I been there on sunday waited for 1 hour and when I get in the car washing station the card slot was not working(tried 2 different credit cards) and then I was looking for the guy in the office to he was not even there.. totally time waste.

I went through the auto car wash and have no complaints. Got the 'Monsoon' which is the basic auto touchless wash. My car came out as clean as I expected it to be. Nice staff.

Not too long a wait. The super friendly guy suggested the touchless, rather than washing it myself-I was concerned about the grime coming off. He said that if it didn’t come off, we could go thru again. It came off-awesome high pressure touchless wash!

3/19/2021 update: Been back twice since Dec 2020 and the long lines (1 Bay only open) has reduced the draw of this wash. Won't go out of my way to come here anymore, unless it's late at night when there's zero wait. The location and set up is difficult to exit if you can't wait any longer. ---December 2020-- I've been to a lot of wand washes, and this is the best Great large timer display Great pressure $2 to start a+

My car went in dirty and it came out a bit cleaner... but certainly not clean. With nobody to complain to... that's $15 I'm out. Not at all worth it. The $8 Sonic Wash on the West side is far better. Update: I see the business responded 2 years later. I honestly don't remember this experience entirely by now, but they seem to take a very hands off approach to customer service. Nobody on site and two years to address a complaint (sort of). I've continued going to Sonic and yes it is touch, but let's be real... to get a car clean, you have to touch it. Not true? Ok then it might be possible with touchless, but clearly not YOUR touchless. Way too expensive for sub par results and nobody to correct it or to even respond for TWO YEARS.

Average coin car and pet wash. Conveniently located. 1touch less drive through bay and a couple pressure washer bays.1 Dog wash room. All services are of an average price for Kelowna. I primarily use this location for the coin dog wash. Ive been using the dog wash since they opened. Through the years it's always been clean, inexpensive and convenient. This is all still true. However....the water pressure coming out of the spray nozzle has dwindled over the years. Today was extremely bad. The touch less bay was used once while I was there so it wasn't that the water was diverted. Sadly, it's gotten bad to the point that it was a pain in the arse to wash and rinse my small dog today. As a result It also cost a couple extra dollars. That isn't a big issue as it's still very affordable imo. It's just a much slower and annoying process. Unless the presssure issue is addressed I will use the other self serve dog wash by the lake. Also the water temp is a bit to warm with no way to adjust. My poor girl was panting thruout. Not painfully warm. Good for a human. Dog wash water should be room temp to lukewarm...not hot

I love the car wash....But I have to say the water pressure in the DOG WASH station was way too light, and it took too long to even wet my large dog. If the pressure improved id go back in a heartbeat, because it's a convenient waist height station and you can even leash your dog up so it doesn't run away. Would be good for a really small dog though I bet!

Crappy car wash. Spent $10 in the wand wash. Wheel and tire cleaner, pre soak, soap ect car still came out dirty. Wiped the car off after and my cloth was black and I could see exactly where I wiped. Car looks worse than before. Water not hot like described and soap sucks.

Stopped to wash the car, had my kids with me... the few cars ahead of us were jockeying for position to line up. Not sure, maybe something went on before we got there, but what happened next was a bit shocking... The attendant (owner?) came out of their office toward a car ahead of us, screaming profanities at that driver. Every other word was an "f-bomb": "What the "f" are you doing?"; "Get the "f" out of here!"; "Don't ever "f-n" come back!". VERY AGGRESSIVE body language and verbal tone. My kids were frightened by this and wanted to leave. This is not a way to treat other people, never mind a customer. Very unprofessional, even for a carwash. Not mistaken!

One staff definitely shouldn't be in customer service! On June 21 (AM), I wanted to use the vacuum and noticed it was a very awkward set up with little room, so I backed up to vacuum my trunk and a worker came out and rudely said I was blocking the bay. I said I would be quick and there was room for the person to pull out if they were finished (which they weren't). I was told that if I thought that, I shouldn't be driving. I said I would go elsewhere and he was rude in responding that I should do that. There was no need to be so rude. I wasn't blocking any one and he could have handled this much better.
