Amazing! I took a really disgusting Mazda 3 sedan today and was really embarrassed at how dirty my car was. I really wanted the interior detailed and the seats shampooed because my large dog rides in the back and I cannot keep a seat cover on it, so it's got a few years of dog grime imbedded in my cloth seats! They did both the interior and the exterior!!! I got back an amazingly clean vehicle - it looks brand new! Even my rubber winter floor mats look new again! They are a great little family business who know how important excellent customer service is! Their costs are reasonable and their work exceptional! Thank you so much!

Detailers were nice, management not so quite. The lady I spoke to threatened to use my vin for legal action when she couldn't figure out the password to e transfer, so I resent it and she changed her tone completely. Two pictures attached minutes after I picked the vehicle up, one spot missed was the center console. Wouldn't go again just because of the lady on the phone

I have been using my truck as a work truck as I renovated my home and yard over the past 4 months. And boy did I beat it up. Scratched, chips, sand and dirt everywhere. Right from meeting Susan and Adrian I knew I was in great hands! My dad uses Showroom Shine for his business vehicles and he highly recommended them to me. I had some minor scratches down the entire side of my car from a tree branch. I stopped by and they gave me a very competitive estimate to have a Cut Polish done to the scratches. Adrian obviously takes so much pride in what he does and they went above and beyond my expectations. I thought I was only getting the side done where the scratches were and when I arrived my entire car was done and looked as it did when I rolled it out of the showroom when I bought it! It looked absolutely amazing and the price never changed from his original estimate! They are the BEST of the BEST and I couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out. Wow!!!! My truck was FILTHY- lived in by 5 teenagers, eating fast meals on their way to sports- dirty shoes, greasy fingers, and who know what else! The folks at Showroom Shine Kelowna took old faithful and gave her the ultimate makeover! My truck is looks newer than it did when I bought it! They were able to get stains out of my carpet that I was told weren’t possible. Beyond that, their customer service was INCREDIBLE! They went out of their way to pick up and drop off my vehicle, last minute, as plans changed for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks Adrian and Susan!

This is some next level car detailing that made my Honda CR-V that’s almost 20 years old look brand new. Truly living up to their name, they’ve earned the title of Showroom Shine! With cool tricks up his sleeve, Adrian brought life back to my front grill that had been fading for many years now. Also, I don’t have insurance on this vehicle as we are going to sell it, so I had no way to get it to them unless I got some, or so I thought! How wrong I was, as they have dealer plates and came to pick up the ride at my place, and delivered it back to square one. I was thoroughly impressed throughout the entire process and we are already going back this week to get another car done, for my wife’s Kia. Another thing they did going above and beyond is put some gas in the tank as I was nearly out and was running on fumes. Extremely helpful, and I’ll be able to sell our Honda now for even more $$$, so it’s well worth the investment. Thanks so much! See you again real soon ????????????????????

Had our 2017 pathfinder detailed today. It is the vehicle we use for transporting our kids to and from school each day, so it was in rough shape when I brought it in. I have had it detailed elsewhere in the past, and today these guys blew the other guys out of the park. They were friendly, start to finish, very thorough, and I really feel they went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. The car looks the best it has looked since we bought it.
