I'm a regular here at this car wash and today the car wash didn't clean my car fully. I bought the platinum package car wash as I do everytime I need my car washed. This time my car was not cleaned properly and the dryer didn't take off the water. I went in and talked to someone about it. They told me to drive my car to the car wash for another wash but this time he didn't give me the platinum wash instead he entered the regular one and went on his day. I will not be returning for a car wash as the customer service was not at par for how often I use the wash. I do not recommend the car wash here. They lost a customer over a few dollars. I even reminded him that I got the platinum but clearly he didn't care.

The car wash didn't really clean my truck very well at all. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want you vehicle to be clean. If your looking for just a quick wash and don't care then it's for you.
