Brought in our SUV that has been through 12 years, five kids and countless dump runs. Got it back in under a day from Black Diamond -- cleaner than it's been in forever, smelling great (you'd never know how many times kids had gotten carsick!) and even all the really difficult nooks and crannies back in the third row were spotless! It was a last-minute booking and Dylan even took special care to have it done exactly at the time I needed it back. Top notch!

Got my new (to me) Golf detailed with Black Diamond before Christmas and they did an excellent job! There were some impressive stains in the seats that they were able to remove, and they got all of the pet hair out. Will definitely be bringing my partner's car in once the snow melts.
