Used twice. First time was at old location. Took a long time (over the suggested time on website) but only one person was there and the quality was good so easy to overlook. Second time was at the current location, it’s a pain to drive so far out of town but again was very happy with the service. Not all the people who work there are great with customers but there was one guy there who was very friendly and personable so still a good experience. Car looked great. Seats where damp after clean but that can’t be helped for a good shampooing. Overall would recommend if you don’t mind a little bit of a drive out of town.

I won an interior/exterior detailing in an auction, and Ryan was very patient with my delay in being able to book it. I lived an hour out of town at the time, and getting my car there and then leaving it there for the day was difficult to arrange. Months later, I was finally able to drop it off, as I was preparing to sell it and needed five years of dog hair, horse hair, and farm dirt removed STAT! Now I wish I had treated myself to this service before, because Diamond Shine did such a great job that the car sold in less than 12 hours from posting my ad, and I didn't get to enjoy the cleanliness for very long myself haha! The stain that had been on the passenger seat since before *I* bought it was gone, not a dog/horse hair was to be found (and I have a terrier whose wiry hair weaves itself into the carpet like Velcro), and under the hood looked like it was brand new. Awesome job -- don't hesitate to bring your vehicle here!

Man some people are really envious of your work...i remember the condition of the brand new Audi a8 s line ...remeber that...?? I most certainly do...it looked like it came off the showroom floor...and all the buttons worked again..that was a bonus...ignore the haters and focus on the other 99.9 % of customers that don't spread garbage.....keep on keeping on Ryan and team

Really happy with the interior detailing! My car looks cleaner than when I bought it and it smells good, not too chemically like it has in the past after a shampoo. A stain on the passenger seat that I have literally worked on for years intermittently is completely gone. I'll be back!

When I picked my car up I pointed out to the owner that my seats still had the stains on them I specifically asked to get out and none of the gauges or vents were cleaned at all. When I pointed these things out he tried to argue with me saying that’s “just how it looks” and pretended he did not see the same problems I did... he was very rude and short tempered with me. This guy seems like a rip off. Yeah you’re the cheapest because your work is unsatisfactory. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Great personal that works there. Very polite and very good job well done. Would have given a 5 star rating but unfortunately they did miss a few spots. Probably in a rush or just overlooked it. Car looks and smells new will go back again. Price is a little high for most budgets but is said to price match competition in town.

Mind blown to say the least. They were offering a promotion for full interior detailing for $150 (it's probably still on, call them) and I wasnt expecting much for that cheap of a price, especially given the state of my jeep. They got me in right away and I was able to pick up my vehicle within a few hours. The interior is back to being black, which I didnt know was possible. It came out cleaner than it was when I first bought it, I didnt know it could look like that. I wish I took before photos, i can't emphasize enough what an amazing job they did. The work they did on my carpets alone would have been worth the $150. USE THIS COMPANY

Ryan and the crew did another great job on our vehicles ! Two years ago we had Ryan detail our 74 Z28 after it emerged from an automotive cocoon after 15 years. It looked amazing inside and out after he was done with it, so much so that we keep getting asked if we had it repainted. He earned his money on that one making the 35 year old paint shine again ! Recently we just had the rest of our family vehicles done and they came out looking like new again as well. Great job and great prices.
