You might want to train your staff on how to use a broom, dustpan and show them how to shovel in winter. The dirt and rubbish flying around the gas station sticks out like a sore thumb. The stuff does absolute 0 to upkeep and clean around their gas station. Now it's snowing and people are walking in ankle deep snow since the morning... This station is disgrace to Shell and to the National Park it is located in. Btw. there is dog poop right next to the ice box, that's been already sitting there for 3 months now! I wonder if it will make it until spring...

I came from quebec and went to 10 different gas station but some are rude or sleeping at work. Mainly their washroom are open but thy dont want coustomer to use it. Their prices aren't specifically all that good either, especially when it comes to the carwash. The guy who usually works nights when I go is also terrible to deal with. I stopped at this gas station in the morning. The credit card reader wasn't working and I had to walk inside to pay for the gas. The worker with the name Raj was extremely impolite and quite rude when he was talking to me. I had to point out to him that he was speaking unprofessionally, so that he would change his attitude. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I wanted to inform potential customers to stay away from this place if they expect a good customer service.

This location recently went had renovation. Late last year, and it looks fantastic. This is the closest gas station to this plaza and the prices are a little bit higher than the average for this area. This Shell Gas Station is on point. All newly renovated with a superb touch less car wash. Friendly staff and a free coffee on offer (limited time for grand opening). They have self wash bays as well (haven’t used as of yet). A solid bet for getting your car clean and prices start at $7 with gas purchase. Diesel pump at separate island very convenient for commercial vehicles. Will certainly be back.

it's a fuel station. not much ore to say about that. BUT, don't use the car wash. not sure what they've done, but the last couple of times I've gotten my truck washed there, it's been really bad. the dryers come on while the system is still washing your vehicle. so, less dry time. and I'm not sure what they did to the washer, but both times my truck went in dirty, came out dirty. so, I'd avoid washing a vehicle there. it's really bad.

I love that the shell has boughten this place. Car wash is awesome cause you get to do your own thing and I can clean and wax my car in 10 minutes for under 10$. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Just a pleasant store. The trick to washing car is start right away on soap spray you may want to use the brush after for deeper clean then go right to wax spray for finish. Drive for 30 seconds-1 min then cloth polish for finish. Move quick while soap spray is active. It may take a few seconds for like to clear from soap to wax, FYI.

Your staff has been really great, prompt friendly service, until today. Your new manager with the pink undercut haircut did not allow me to use my debit card because she claimed "you have to spend $5 before I can accept your debit card". There was no one else in the store and only one car at the pump; it's not like she was run off her feet with huge lineups. The other cashiers have been quite happy to accept my payment when I've used my debit card here every other day for the past year or so. Not good business practice to offend loyal customers.

Where to gas up is a no brainer whenever we are in the Parry Sound area. For the same price as all the other nearby gas stations, why not treat yourself to full serve - especially in inclement weather? Full serve gas stations are pretty rare these days but a full serve gas station such as this one, that also offers 100% customer service is pretty much non-existent. Not only do I get friendly service and with a smile - I get it consistently. Anybody can be friendly once in awhile but the staff at this Shell station never cease to amaze me. Other oil companies would do well to heed the example this station sets and should strive to make it the standard in the industry

This shell recently got sold to people who are so rude and the car wash is always broken for days at a time. When you say “it’s always broken” the clerk snapped and got really offended. Obviously by all the one star reviews obviously they’re not doing a good job running it. I live close so it’s convenient but i always try to go to any other one

Excellent indoor heated self serve carwash. It's amazing to be able to get out of the cold and wind. Wash is very affordable. Super friendly and helpful staff. Make sure to bring cash, as there is no ATM on site, clerks will provide change though

This has been our go to place for fuel and carwash ... But just last week we noticed that there were no soap for the ultimate touchless carwash so we notified the attendant Ginni, she brush us off right away and told us that it was impossible cause she just refilled the soap the night before. She then told us that she needs the receipt so we showed it to her but then look at our car and said "it looks good from here so I cant give you another carwash" she wouldn't let us even finish talking, all those rude comments will never be forgotten.

This is a handy gas station before you hit the Parkway and then Highway 115. It is big and spacious with plenty of room to maneuver around the gas pumps. The kiosk where you pay for your gas also offers food and beverages before you hit the road.

Counter on pump was going up, but no gas was coming out. First day for worker on duty and manager didn't help him out. Tried the pump beside the malfunctioning one and did the same thing. Gas attendant did nothing to help and would not refund our money. Also...the bathrooms were disgusting and the toilets didn't flush properly.

Heading out of the city to go fishing we drive past this location and it clearly states it's supposed to be ooen at 6am it was 6:10 when we drove past and everything was still locked up, of you advertise you're open at a certain time it might be helpful to make sure you're actually open at that time.

No stars from me. Again I stopped for propane thought I would drop the tank then put some gas in my van . Did that and went in to see what was going on with the propane and got told by the guy behind the till"oh you just missed the guy that does the propane by 2 minutes" I was there waiting for at least 5 by the open propane dispenser before I put gas in my van. If you only have one employee that does the propane at least have the courtesy to put up a schedule or a closed for propane sign. This is about the 3rd or 4th time this has happened so I am done with this station.

SIX STARS!!!!! Based on the amazing customer service by Hanith (he really is an awesome individual) and the multiple visits to this location, I have plenty of data to make this assertion. To a person, the employees are always polite, the store is always clean and organized, nicely stocked, and the rest rooms are spotless!! THIS THE GOLD STANDARD, and no, I am not an employee, family member of ownership nor am I affiliated with the petroleum industry in any way. Just calling it the way I have enjoyed it. Too bad more service stations aren't the same. Keep it up boys.....first time I've ever been inclined to send a note to a gas station, but you folks are genuine and deserve the kudos. For some reason the employees here never want to fill my propane tank. Today the guy behind the counter was so rude he didn't even talk to me. Instead he seen me pull up to propane station at 330pm. He ran over to the window and stuck a sign saying propane closed to the door then went back behind the counter. This is about the 4th time I've been turned down for propane in the middle of the day. Because of the poor service I think I'll stop buying gas here too and just go to the Co-op where they always fill my tank.

My husband and son had a flat tire and asked to use their phone to call someone to come change it. They refused. I understand they don't want random people using their phone for unnecessary stuff but when you have a specific reason such as this and want to make a quick call for help, humanity should prevail. Shell station must have been pretty bad to make me come home and write a review. Filled up truck and got an ultimate soft cloth carwash. Once in the car wash i realized it was touchless which i didn't want. Pretty simple - explained the situation and asked for a refund or a "soft cloth" carwash. The attendant said "IMPOSSIBLE" and then began to yell with a line of customers behind me. I stood my ground as I am a customer and was treated as I was an annoyance. I have been a loyal Shell customer for 25 years. You would think Shell Canada would read the reviews of this particular location and maybe look at the tape from roughly 4pm today. Disgusting when businesses are doing whatever they can to get customers through the doors and this particular one is pushing them out. Minus 5 stars. I spend $1000 a month on fuel and live a block away. Never go back.

Stopped here last night to rinse off my vehicle. Just needed to exchange coins for a loonie. The worker was in laundry area cleaning. The sign at front door said back in 5 mins. So I waited and he came at door of laundromat and seen me standing there waiting. Was more than 5 minutes. As he unlocked the store door I waited until he put his cleaning supplies before I entered. I said I need to change coins for a loonie. Not even a hi or sorry for the wait. This attendant wasn't the friendliest. I would rather go to a different car wash next time. Rather than being unfriendly back , and saying something. I just bit my tongue and walked out after I got a loonie. About a month before the same worker had door locked again. He was standing at the atm taking out a bunch of receipts. He didn't even say hi or anything this time too. Just seemed strange he was taking out receipt after receipt after receipt.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. EVERYTIME i go to this location the sign in front of the car wash says broken. Its not broken whoever took ownership of this is just plain LAZY. Especially with the season of melting snow they should be ensuring the car wash is up and running always, i totally understand that sometimes things break.. but this is almost an every second day occurrence. They re did the car wash just to have it not be open SUPER CONVENIENT.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I bought my husband a car wash, which it is supposed to be 180 days to use. Less then 30 days later he went to go use it and couldn’t when he went inside the guy working there said it was used today at 1:45 pm. My husband told him it wasn’t one of us they either sold someone the same code or someone entered the wrong code by mistake and it worked because it was my husband’s code. The guy phoned the manager and they said they had to look at the tapes and it would take a couple of days. It was only a 9.99 car wash but to review the tapes they are calling my husband a liar in other words. After they review the tapes and see it wasn’t us. I’ll never use shell again!
