It was really busy and the lot is actually a bit small so there were a number of vehicles that had to jockey around to get at the pumps. The washrooms were acceptably clean given how busy it was at the time. It took a few minutes to get back out on the street west-bound due to the volume of traffic so while it was easy to get into it was a small pain to get out of.

I hoped to become a regular petrocanada customer. I have got their petrocan points card. Most gas stations you put your payment card debit Visa or Mastercard into the machine and to your pin and then fill your car. When I did this at petrol canada it would not allow me to put my points card in after so I went inside and the attendant told me I would have to phone Petro Canada to get my points added. I was very disappointed. Seems like a big hassle just to get a few points. there should be a way that a customer can recover from not entering things in the their order. every other filler station that went to requires things to be entered in a different order.

Absolutely useless when prepaying at the cash, they charged the wrong pump and we had to tell them numerous times to cancel the transaction otherwise someone else would have left with our gas. Also, double check your credit card should you use it here. My card has been flagged for fraudulent transactions several times after my visits.

I had to come review this. After YEARS of using this has station when, unfortunately, it was deemed necessary. THE MACHINES NEVER WORK! Sometimes I think to myself, well they must have fixed it by now...and I make the same mistake of going again. How hard is it to fix these machines? It's literally the center of your business these machines. You make money yet you don't invest back into your assets. Sometimes I have to go through multiple pumps to find one that works. Absolutely absurd for a company as large as yours. You are losing customers 100% because I know for a fact 5 people in my circle alone in this area that avoid your gas station like a plague. Get your act together.

This is a great place to stop and get drinks and snacks for the road, however taking long road trips and not having air for my tire was upsetting, as I was told they didn't have a button to turn on the air, and they wouldn't do cash back so I could get a dollar to use their air! I was instructed to use the ATM machine so that I could then exchange the money for a dollar!

I stopped to fill up and went inside to get the key to the washroom. I returned the key and asked the staff direction to get back on the highway they were really helpful and friendly. I got to Kamloops and realized I didn’t have my purse. I contacted the station and they found my purse( grateful) nothing missing. I am writing in regards of the EV fast charging stations. Two fast charging towers are in that location which are completely unreliable. They either not working or are failing to communicate with the EV. They need to do better. Petro-Canada doesn't have report an issue on their app but instead asking to call customer service phone and they are not working on the weekend. Are you serious guys? If you have an EV avoid that location. Use Electrify Canada or BC Hydro.

They need to find a new contractor for their snow plowing. I needed to get to the air pump to fill a low trailer tire in the winter and they piled the snow in front of the air pump so you could not get to it. Nice job, totally unaware of the customers needs.

Decent gas station. Employees on the other hand are a different story. You never know what your going to get from them; they'll either be nice, or rude. Over a year ago I used to take the night bus; and some mornings I needed change because I hadn't refilled my opus card. I was able to get cash back if I purchased a item i.e. kit kat, water etc... but some would say no, they can't do cash back (one even straight up said he didn't know how, he was never trained for it), it was always between 2:30am-3:30am. So when they said no I asked if I withdrew 20$ from the ATM (which I had to pay a service fee to the bank, not even the store) they would then change the 20 for me; however one employee one night, i guess wasn't having a good night, refused. Then came the night when the doors were closed, it was winter, this time I had a 5$ bill, and all I needed was loonies/toonies/quarters; the guy inside instead told to go to this little window to left (closer to 32nd ave) and opened a little box (similar to the video rental return boxes) I asked if i could change the 5$ bill for change, he said no; so I said I'll just buy a kit kat... so he puts the debit mahcine in the box, when i said no i want to pay cash, he didn't want to accept my cash.... I've never had a problem with the day crew here, but the night crew needs training on just life (maybe they've gotten better)
