Uniglass were more than happy to fit me in for a last minute windshield repair. With the temperatures fluctuating so much lately I wanted to deal with this as soon as possible before it spread. They were very professional and quick to see to my issue. I was in and out in under an hour. It's hard to even see the windshield chip to the naked eye. I would gladly come back to this business for future work.

They ask me to be there for 9h30 am for a 3-4 hours windshield replacement and they don't provide spare car or driver for the duration of the job, so I walk to tim Horton for 3h, when I walk back the car was still there in the parking lot, the job wasn't done, I lost 3h of my Friday morning because of their laziness or bad schedule managing...I said thank you and get out of there with my broken windshield, I hope everybody will do the same thing....in 2021 business people don't care about giving good services, they just want your money and that's it. I 'll go somewhere else for fixing that windshield.

Had my windshield replaced last year (July 2018). In June/July a random crack appeared in the passenger viewplane. When I phoned and asked about warranty only $80 is covered, not the $540 that I was charged. Would have hoped to get more than one year out of a windshield...

Beware of this location, as they will try to scam you out of your money. Upon having my windshield replaced (paid for at the dealership, who sent me here to drop off my vehicle for the repair) they took my vehicle out, and while leaving it in the rain, attempted to have me pay them again for the service. Despite me telling them the arrangement was already made with the dealership, suggesting they look at their notes and coordinate with the dealer directly, they continued to press the issue at which point the receptionist called me an "a-hole" to my face. Another staff member just stood silent and didn't intervene. Do NOT pay ANYTHING in advance. Also some damage was noted to the leather on my dash following the work. Strongly urge you seek out alternatives and be wary of any up-front payments.

I had a broken driver's side window and called TD Insurance. They gave me two organizations to call, Car Star and Uniglass Plus in Dartmouth. The reviews were very poor for Car Star and excellent for Uniglass so despite the fact I do not live in Dartmouth I called Uniglass. From the minute I called them I knew I was in good hands. They squeezed me in that day and the work was excellent. Everyone at Uniglass was professional and knowledgeable and if you need glass replaced, I highly recommend Uniglass Plus in Dartmouth. They even did all the insurance paperwork - all I had to do was show up with my vehicle.
