OMG! My car looks fantastic. The owner and her staff took great care on cleaning the inside and outside of our car. The owner actually drove me to and from my home whole the car was being detailed. I love the way that owner runs her business. It's great for her customers. It's great for her staff. If you need a quality job done on your car I would STRONGLY recommend Shine Werks. The way this business is run blew me away.

This is our second vehicle Shine Werks has treated, detailed and undercoated. They honour and have great warranties, do a superb job and have excellent customer service! Fantastic service and friendly staff! Two days before Christmas, I had coffee grinds spill all over my two front seats, floor, and center consol. I called and they were booked solid. When I told them my predicament, they fit me in for a vacuum and a seat shampoo if they had time. Picked up the car and they had done both!! Saved the day!!

Had undercoating done using corrosion free as Canadian Tire always does a marginal job at best. Same problem here with lots of areas not under coated. Called and was asked to leave number but no reply. No wheel wheels or fender areas done and lots of under body, frame areas missed. Should have used Shine Factory. At least Canadian Tire took ownership when missed areas where pointed out and resprayed.

I brought my Ford Explorer in for a car detail. We have three kids and a dog and I thought my vehicle could not be brought back to a new state. Boy was I wrong! Have been using this business for years with satisfaction however--took the cap off of truck last week after having it shined and when I got up in the bed the paint on the cab roof was all rust pitted and cracked ---obviously never been waxed over the years --had to take goo gone to get the crud off---totally disappointed and frustrated ---spoke to manager and received denial ---if you use this outfit check your roof

I’ve never had my car professionally detailed before but wanted a real thorough clean. I called around to quite a few places and Shine Werks definitely has the best prices and the customer service is excellent. I’ve had my car for 12 years and I didn’t think it was possible to have it look new again. Yesterday, I had a full detail plus all of my interior shampooed and my car smells and looks better then the day I bought it. My headlights had severe sun damage to the point driving at night was no longer safe. Shine Werks restored the headlights and they’re now crystal clear. It is evident that the owners genuinely care and take pride in what they do. I have already, and will continue to recommend Shine Werks to my friends and family.

If I could rate this less than one star, I would. I went in for a detailing of my beautiful mustang 78 and although the young girl there who did my car did a great job, I was shocked by the owner. She was unprofessional, rude, and shockingly apathetic towards her employees. I sat in the lobby and waited for my car to be done because it doesn't usually take long and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. There was one point when the owner completely ignored her employee when she spoke to her and another point when she slammed the door on her. I will never be going here again as I do NOT want to support the owner of this place. I also seen mice running around. This place should be shut down. I'll be going to the shine factory from now on.
