Probably the best service at a detail shop I've ever had along with good pricing. I stumbled across these guys when i was looking for a place to get my wheels ceramic coated. I got a hold of Steve and had a few questions about my ceramic coated car and he took the time to answer everything i threw at him. Also gave me a demo of his products he carries. You could tell by talking to him he is passionate about what he does and really believes in his products. I ended up getting my wheels coated and they turned out amazing. I also bought a few products to maintain my coating which were cheaper here then my local detailer that coated my car to begin with. My local dealer wanted almost twice the price for the exact same product Steve used on my wheels. I'll be making this my come to spot for my detailing needs and would highly recommend .

I had my vehicle booked for a interior shampoo and super impressed by the service received. I have to admit where I was in the fault by missing my booked appointment that morning for pick up, and they were still able to work with my schedule and get the car done for the day. I was very impressed by this. As well, when the care was done, there was a hard stain that remained on the passenger seat. I contacted The Shine Factory, literally no questions asked, just when can we pick your car up and get it fixed up for you. Goes to show that they stand by their service and work. I'm beyond happy and impressed. Certainly highly recommended for everyone, and will be taking my vehicle back regularly.

I called to make an appointment for a quote due to a vandal who scratched up the hood of my car. I got an appointment within a couple of days. I spoke to Mark when I went to my appointment and I had a lot of questions about getting the scratch out. He was very knowledgeable and also gave me a quote for a reasonable price. Mark had an appointment open up right away and within 30 mins the scratch was gone. I am incredibly happy with the friendly, knowledgeable and fast service i received. I would definitely recommend using the Shine Factory.

Shine Factory Burnside is a certified "Corrosion Free" rust prevention service centre. This was my first visit to this "Corrosion Free" centre and I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff. I have already recommended this location to my daughter for her new car and also to a few co-workers who already have their vehicles covered by Corrosion Free. I just purchased a brand new 2021 SUV and will be bringing it to these fine folks.

I believe I had the interior gold package. Basically an entire full inside detailing with shampoo. Hands down the best detailing I have ever had. It's 5 weeks later and my car stills smells as good as the first day and hardly any dust has accumulated. Every part of the inside of my car was spotless. Beyond thrilled with the result. I had an undercoatings done at the shine factory this week. They were able to answer all my questions and did a great job on my Hyundai elentra. The price was great and they completed the job in the allotted time. The staff were great and I was able to talk to the guy who worked on my car to get his opinion on how the car is looking underneath and got his recommendation on some stuff. I will defiantly be returning again. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an undercoating!

Without hesitation they cleaned the area and 1 week later they had me come back to wash and apply 6 month ceramic. This was done for me at a significant price discount. The customer service here is excellent and the staff are very good at explaining the whole process to the uninitiated. I will be back and I highly recommend this business.

Excellent job all around, quality job done at a great price, and quick turnaround time. Awesome job on the exterior, the main thing that needed addressing was the dog hair from the previous owner, so I was especially impressed by the interior cleaning. Overall a great experience at Shine Factory. I got the gold level detail as well as an undercoating, they gave me an accurate time estimate, dropped me off and picked me up zero questions asked and made my Toyota Matrix shine like new after a long summer of 200km per day. This review is way overdue. My SUV had yellow road line paint splatter all over the lower half after HRM painted lines and opened the road to traffic prematurely. Stephen and his team were able to completely remove all the paint from the expensive rims and body panels. When I got it back it looked better than it had in years. I went for the windshield glassparancy treatment. I had first been there recently for the undercoating and saw a brochure , the receptionist explained to me and I booked an appointment. I felt very safe as you could tell the office was well designed for covid19 and sanitary. Prices were very good and I loved the job that was done. I found going back home my vision was greatest. I will be going back for a car detailing. Great customer .

I have used this company for undercoating my 3 vehicles now the second time. I feel they really care for my vehicle and want to make it last long. Not like the previous undercoating place I used, where the priority was to collect money. This year I also had them do a thorough interior cleaning and shampooing of my company truck which was extremely dirty. It took them longer then expected because it was so dirty, but the person worked till it was completed including notifying me that it would be longer. When I picked up the truck, the interior felt just like the day I bought the truck 4 years ago. Super job, and a careful team. I recommend these people for undercoating and cleaning. Happy client.

Corrosion Free leaves a film over most of outside of car that can only be removed with soap and hand washing. Not a huge deal.

After doing some research on rust protection found a study done by Canadian military showing “Corrosion Free” brand was 90% effective vs 60-70% for competition, but most applicators are through Canadian Tire which worried me regarding quality. Then I found an independent shop using the brand and they gained my confidence as very patient with all my questions and they turned out to be very organized and efficient, and best of all they are dog friendly and Daisy dog had fun roaming the office during our wait :)
