Booked an appointment online for December 23. Peter texted me right away and said he was all booked up and he wanted to reschedule for Dec 29 at 10:00. I said no problem. I texted him at 10:20, December 29th asking if today was still good for him and he said he forgot to put it in the calendar and rescheduled me for 1:30 Dec 29th. Texted Peter back at 2:00 and he said he can’t do today. Wants to reschedule for 10:00 tomorrow (Dec 30th). I couldn’t be more disappointed with how this all transpired. The name of the company is misleading.
