From the initial communication, the service was professional, accommodating, and caring. The scheduling, care and attention to detail was beyond any Auto Car detailing company I have worked with in the past. In inside looked almost new (and for a 10 year old kid carrier thats feat.) We had an overview at the end of the clean and discussed options on what else could be done increase the care, look and value of my car. I had ordered the Super Interior Package. Mike did a fantastic job on detailing the inside of our truck. We have 3 large French Mastiffs and they are very messy and the truck was a hot mess. Very embarrassing. I felt bad dropping it off in that state. It had not been cleaned professionally before. I had no expectations and thought anything had to be better than what I had. I was blown away to see how clean the truck was. It was like night and day. I felt like I had a new truck. I will definitely go back there for my next detail. Thanks Mike!

I bought a 2008 Astra on kijiji. The interior was aweful. Anywhere from coffee stain seats to gum on the floor...I called Mike up and was able to get an appointment for the next day. I dropped the car off in the morning and by the afternoon, I was called to come get my car. Well, I was beyond amazed. It looked as if the car on the inside was brand new. We had Chris come and do an exterior and interior gold package on our couple year old Kia Sorrento - with three kids the interior was looking sad and I had little hope for how well it could be restored. Chris arrived early and got right to work, very pleasant and professional. We could NOT believe the end result - our little SUV looks brand new. Leather was restored and supple, gum patches were steamed out, the exterior sparkled like a diamond. We loved it so much that we are going to have a treatment done to the topcoat before winter. Like the name states, Pristine Auto Detailing is who u go to, if looking for meticulous detailing work to be done. Mike was very friendly on the phone and in person, showed up ahead of schedule and worked through unfriendly weather to get the job done. I recently purchased an as is vehicle which was doused in pet hair. Mike took on the job, and ensured the work was satisfactory to me( the client) before he signed off. His pricing was very fair and I even opted for the Ozone treatment to kill off any odour and bacteria, which is another value in going with his company.
