I moved here in 2010 and have rebuilt 2 cars with this store being my go to place for parts. One being a 1967 Oldsmobile and the other being an odd-ball VW. Both hard cars to get parts for and these guys always came through. Always friendly staff and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I've even showed up as they were closing and they've kept the store open to make sure I was taken care of. After working with cars and inevitably parts stores my whole life, this store really is a rare find. If you don't know much or don't feel very comfortable around vehicles this group is good to have in your back pocket as they will help any way they can and be honest about it. Have recommended this store to numerous friends and family and they have kept my word in good standing. Highly recommend.

I will never be shopping at this part source ever again. The staff are rude and about as helpful as a high wind in a prairie fire. I have never encountered staff at a car part store who knew less about vehicles. I highly recommend you avoid this location. The NAPA in Midland is a much better store. Saves you having to draw everything out in crayon for the inept staff behind the counter.

Didn't have the flyer item, didn't know how to take the tax off, today its tax free. Had to wait for the guy to count his till which should be done before you open. Too small only letting 2 people in the store at one time. Not worth going, go somewheres else.

I bought several items I needed like gaskets...at this store when I did an engine change over this summer. I had some parts that I did not use in the job leftover. When I went to return them in unopened packaging, they would not accept them because it was past their 90 day no return policy. I never heard or was told about this policy, even though it was printed on the back of the receipt. So to a degree I bare responsibility for not reading the fine print. What IRKED me the most was the clerk provided no help.. no solutions.. no options. THERE are always options. He implied I was stupid for not returning the item within the 90 days. Again a policy I was unaware of.. So do yourself a favour. Save your time and money go to NAPA.

Would be great if they were actually open until their posted closing time. Instead of showing up to find them closed at 4:30 instead of 5:00 I might have been able to get what I needed in order to finish the job I am working on. Not very professional, I expected more.
