My issues (as bellowed) has been resolved by excellent leadership from O'Regan's. Their promise is to improve post-customer services via training. --------------------------------------------------- I bought a green certified car just one week from O'Regan's Toyota Dartmouth. The financial manager persuaded me to buy rust protection. I just followed him and paid $399 plus tax. The problem is I still see rust underneath and I don't know why I have to pay much more than the regular price of Perma-Shine. I try to contact them but no answer.

If you are looking to buy a vehicle at Oregans, don't buy the rust inhibitor Permashine warranty! Complete waste of money. There are so many things it wont cover so why have it. They will not honour it and you will be stuck with a large repair bill. They will find a way out of not covering it. I paid for the package, followed the program, my car has been stored in a heated garage during bad weather with low mileage and the hood has rust perforations, lots of them. They told me a rock chip caused it. The chip is so tiny its not noticeable, i took the car to a professional auto body shop and was told its 100% perforation not caused by a rock chip. They said only their opinion matters and that's it. Im now stuck with a large bill for a new hood repair. Be careful what you buy folks!

For the first undercoating - they drive your vehicle over to Halifax (but don't tell you) - only figured that out after I inquired into why my mileage was so much higher! Second time they got the undercoating on the side of my vehicle, hardened by the time I noticed it, so scratched the paint getting it off! Only time will tell if the undercoating actually works!

I've had my car undercoated a few places around Dartmouth; Perma-Shine is a cut above the rest in terms of customer service. Door was held for me upon arriving. Shuttle was great. They buffed my headlights which look great. And I assume the under coating is effective. Looking forward to it again next year.

Showed up for my appointment for the yearly undercoating. First off no place to park as staff is using the customer parking spots. Walk in and was told to leave my car and leave as there is no waiting room and no shuttle. Would be great to know advance. When I said something, I was met with hostility. “ We can cancel your appointment of you don’t like it “. Had to take an Uber home and back. The yearly undercoating now cost double with the Uber charges

Had the rust treatment done and when I got my vehicle back every door handle was covered in the product they use to treat the vehicle. It looked like the tech applied it with gloves on and left the gloves on to open each door after. The interior push button to close the tail gate was covered in the product as well. The location I brought the vehicle to sent the vehicle to another location to have the rust product applied and the only reason they get 4 stars is that the individual I complained to immediately took the car in and cleaned it all off. He also polished out a scratch that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Very happy with him but no pleased with the location that applied the rust produc . I took pics of the mess because I couldn't believe they had left it the way they did.
