I would give less than 1 star if I could. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change plus an inspection that I didn't even ask for. There wasn't a waiting area - I had to leave the premises. Finally I was contacted and told that my car was done and I could come back. Once I arrive back I am told that my car is not actually done and I need to wait more. So I end up having to wait another 20 or so minutes while they finish up. Then I'm told I can wait outside because they are bringing it out. I end up waiting AGAIN, this time in the cold, as they take my car out for a drive to make sure they put it back together properly.
All this for a simple oil change and an inspection I did not want. I ended up paying twice as much as other places, while waiting twice as long as should have been necessary.
Furthermore, in their inspection report they gave me a laundry list of problems my car supposedly had, which turned out to be mostly lies, as I got a second opinion afterwards from an actually reputable, experienced mechanic. Only a couple things NAPPA noted had any truth the them out of the 15 or so "problems" they listed.
Their dishonesty and terrible service has ensured that I will never return, and I will actively tell anyone who asks about this place to not go there for service. They cannot be trusted.
Edit: In response to the owner's reply to me review - As an example of an incorrect assessment I was given, they claimed my power steering fluid was low and they suspected it was leaking out of a hose clamp (they weren't even sure). My regular mechanic looked it over, found no leaks, and told me the real reason it was low: because it's cold out. Once the weather warms up the levels will go up. NAPPA wanted me to replace the clamp and flush the system "in case of a leak", when no action was actually needed.
You can stand by your mechanics' evaluation all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that they were wrong about most of their evaluation, and frankly, it reflects poorly on your attitude and organisation.
Edit 2: Also, since when is "suggest replacing clamp & flush or top up fluid" not a "repair recommendation"...
