Ryan Duffy at the Strawberry Hill location was so super helpful ! He came out and looked at my vehicle, gave me excellent advice on how to buff out the scratches on my wheel well from my parkade kerfuffle . He even showed me an awesome Napa Lego set that’s perfect for Christmas ???? . I came back to pick up the customized paint minutes later and he had a thank you gift for me as well, can’t say enough about this location , the staff and Ryan!

Went in to get the parts for my MVI, they had everything I needed. Staff was very friendly and engaging even though it was right before closing on a Saturday. Clean store, arrows, and hand sanitizer at the front door. Masks required.

Told me they could do my alignment and I double checked with them and told them my Mercedes needs a special tool and to make sure you guys can do it and they said yes so I drove and hour and half to them and took time off work only to arrive and get told they can’t do it. Also couldn’t get me in to do tires till 1 pm when they said they could do it in the morning when I arrived

I'm a licensed mechanic and have bought lots from NAPA halifax. Purchased a NAPA GOLD reman caliper, installed it and had a loose bleeder. Wouldn't tighten. Removed it and found no threads were tapped for the (oversized) bleeder installed. Called the store and because i don't have my original receipt they won't do a thing for me. They found me in the system, found the part I bought. Why do I need a reciept? What was the point of taking my information if you can't use it to do anything? The parts brand new still in box. Had to waste my time installing a helicoil to repair it when they should have replaced it off the bat. After spending about $800 here over the past year I feel like I'm being taken for a ride. I'll never buy another thing from any NAPA location and would warn anyone buying parts that they absolutely do not stand by the quality of their parts.
