I go here as much as I can for all of my needs. These guys are great and don't judge me too bad on my lack of knowledge. I stopped by for an oil change along with my coupon for free wiper blades. I was informed that they could not supply the said blades but could do the oil change. So I asked if I could stop by at a later date when they had the free blades it get them installed. Their response was no the blades have to be installed the same day as the oil change. So I returned a week later and their very rude little attendant told me I was not getting wiper blades again, the only thing he would offer me was an oil change with no possibility of the advertised free wiper blades. So I left the coupon with them never to return and I went to Mobile 1 for an oil change and the employees and the service were far more superior then Mr. Lube has every been and I do suggest you go and try them ...... more bang for the same bucks.

I came here in August for an oil change while I was crossing the country and the employees upcharged me a premium package that was 115$ without asking me if that is what I wanted. Every other Mr.Lube I went to over the summer charged me the 50-60% standard oil change... avoid this place!!

Competent oil change service, but had to deal with them upselling three separate things. Two I know did not need to be replaced. One I would have replaced by my mechanic if and when he said needs to be done, which, it turns out, is definitely not yet.

If you want to be treated well do not come here!! Was passing through and needed a oil change done, pulled up with a light trailer when a younger guy comes out informing me “you gotta take off the trailer” never had to do this across any of the other lube places I’ve been. I informed him that I legally can’t take my trailer off and leave it on the road. His reply was, “either take it off or go somewhere else” he was very rude and unprofessional. Will not come here ever again

I got my oil changed here and within 400km my vehicle would stall on the highway when it got over 3000 rpm. After weeks of diagnostics and loss of travel at a mechanics shop, it was discovered that the wrong oil was put in my engine. All the supervisor did was get defensive and start accusing the mechanics shop. I got some of the diagnostic details from the mechanics shop wrong, but he just started trying to talk down to me about his experience and not willing to even entertain the idea that something went wrong at his shop. I know when people use absolutes with no explanation, they are trying to get me to go away. I know when people are trying to get me to go away when I'm holding the invoice from the mechanics shop, I could see his eyes darting down at the invoice. I wasn't going to ask for my money back, I was just asking for answers. Not happy in the slightest.

Last 2 times I went I’ve gotten horrible service and will never go or recommend them to anyone. Yesterday July 27 2019 I go for an oil change and tell the guy that I have a leak in power steering and ask if it can be topped up because I can hear that it’s low. He comes back and lies to me and says he filled er right up. I get home and check and it wasn’t even topped up. For 70 dollars it’s not worth the headache

I have been using MR Lube for about 8 years and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate these gentlemen. They explain what they’re doing, they constantly go above and beyond offering coffee and a newspaper. They did my transmission oil flush on my last visit, and in and out before I finish the paper. They have filled my tires on numerous occasions and replaced my wipers when I realized mine were terrible. All without appointments ????

Kids running the place, which never reassures me when no signs of supervision showing. I wasn't asked what oil I wanted, they went purely on what I had when I visited once back in 2018, when they overfilled the oil then. I only went there as we had a $10 giftcard to use, but won't be going back

they rely on peoples lack of knowledge to over sell them today i went in for a simple oil change because i didnt have the time to do it myself and they tried to majorly oversell me first they told me my fuel filter was rusty and should be changed which i thought was odd cuz i had just changed it a few months prior so i denied the service and i looked after no rust on it it was perfectly fine and then they told me my transmission fluid was bad because it wasnt golden color but in reality the color of the fluid was just fine and was no obvious issues with it so i denied their transmission fluid change and then they checked all the light bulbs in which they told me i had 3 burnt out 1 side marker and both licence plate lights i denied their service because even if they weren't burnt they were charging way to much for bulbs and apon inspection both of my licence plate bulbs worked just fine only 1 was burnt out they tried to sell many services that were not required and then failed to apply the $10 off coupon i gave them so when i called about this i asked about all the services they tried to sell me that i discovered to be fine and they pretended like they didnt know what i was talking about very poor service they seem nice and try to trick people into things they dont need dont waste your money here
