I was a little skeptical at first as other companies who had cleaned cars for me in the past had made little to no difference in the cleanliness of my car, but when I seen the final results that these guys gave me, I was very impressed!! Told me it was fine to leave my vehicle for them after hours. My car was in full working condition. When I took my car home and put the window down to swipe into my parking garage, it was seemed to be catching and sticking and then would not go back up properly - one end raised up higher and began to come away from weather stripping and frame. When I called to report this issue, I was told that the manager would call me back. She did not call for 3 days. When she finally called me back, she took no responsibility for the damage. She blamed me, stated that it must have already been like that, occurred because I left the vehicle overnight, for which she was no responsible, and "guaranteed" that it could not have been the result of her employees conduct. She literally offered me no potential remedy. Additionally, when I made my booking, I had asked if they clean and vacuum trunks and was told they do. When I picked my vehicle up, it had not been done and I was informed by a different employee that "they don't do that". Overall, terrible service, damaged my car, and refused to take any responsibility.

Very positive experience. Walked in and was looked after immediately. Staff did an excellent job of ensuring proper type and coverage of undercoat was applied. Nice touch to wash off overspray and shine the tires.

Received a gift certificate from my spouse for Christmas for a detail, went in to get my 2013 car detailed. I received a call at my work and was told "my car was too dirty for a detail" and if "I didn't want to pay an extra $50 for a shampoo, then I should take my business elsewhere." Also, "You should have known your car was too dirty to detail when you purchased the gift certificate" (It was a gift) Come to find out, she was overcharged for the detail and they couldn't figure out why. Rather than apologizing and doing the shampoo for free, we were handed a refund and told to go elsewhere. Would not recommend. **The quotes are very accurate. Since you called my work, the call was recorded for quality and training purposes. If anyone would like to listen to it, I would be more than happy to forward you the call!
