The worst service I have ever had in a car wash place! My car was left over-sprayed, tires dirty, mirrors were changed, and the staff wasn’t polite if I ask about something they say that’s going to cost you more money!! Wouldn’t recommend it to anybody! Halifax, Dartmouth, and Bedford has to have some other better place.

They sure know how to run a business! Everything about dealing with these people is positive, from the fact that they always answer their phones and emails almost immediately, to their flexibility in giving appointments, to being on time with appointments and allowing you to wait while your car is being undercoated, to the friendly and professional treatment by front desk staff. There’s a good reason they’ve been in business for so many years. Just a top-notch service!

I came here a month ago for detailing my Hyundai Sonata just from inside, spent around $90! and really doesn't worth it. They didn't clean under the seats or the dash. Not good

This location did a great job on my truck. The frame was soaked! They definitely didn't skimp on the product. I'll definitely use this location again. Comfortable waiting room, the staff were friendly and explained everything very well. No wonder the wait list is so long here! ????

After 6 years of faithfully Krown-ing my vehicle and calling with a week to spare, the rep told us that he couldn't book us in until a month from now (our life totally got away from us this month). When I asked about the terms of the Krown warranty he actually LAUGHED out loud at me and told me it would be totally void by then (need to do it every year within 30 days). He also provided no other possible ways to make this work. I understand that sometimes things get busy and there is nothing that they can do, but that hardly justified the rep laughing at me when he told me that my entire warranty was void. I then did my own hunting around and fortunately there are good people at OK Tire on Hammonds Plains Road who not only cared, but booked us in with lots of time to spare on the Krown warranty. I'm not commenting on the quality of their work as I didn't go here (Robie), but whoever answered the phone was downright rude. Read my other reviews and you will find that I am usually very complimentary. You really have to work to get a low review from me.

No appointment, but they took me right in. I didn’t plan on having it done that day, but I had some spare time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The product looks well and evenly applied. The only thing (small thing) was that the car wash after the application didn’t remove a whole lot of the overspray.

These guys did a bang up job on a rather expensive, foreign station wagon. Front desk was helpful and informative. Really appreciate seeing little things like parking the car carefully and slowly. They began work on the car immediately and was done sooner than expected (~45min). Car is still dripping 12 hours later from what looks like a generous application. See you guys next year.

Took my new car here for undercoating service. Customer service mediocre at best. Undercoating application was very good. However, the person who drove my car in and out of the shop was coated in rust proof goop and got it all over my leather seats, gear shift, steering wheel, door handle and any other place your hand or body may contact. After I complained, the shop foreman came out with windex to clean leather...I left and won't return.

I was about to get into my car at Scotia Tire and okie of your employees stopped a customer car in the driveway and began to scream and screech at me until I retreated back into the building because of this weird behaviour. He has a beard and is clearly unprofessional. I hope you dan fiz this problem soon; Scotia Tire recommended your business to do a rust check for me but I will never entered your property the way your employees act. Sorry to the business but this is ridiculous.

Poor experience for a regular customer. The manager became very frustrated and rude when told that compared with my previous visits I was unhappy with the way they did the undercoating. When you get in you are being told it take about an hour to get the undercoating done. I was in and out in half an hour. They tell you the product will drip for a couple of days.. nothing dripped. When I mentioned to the manager he started coming up with excuses like well if you do it every year it doesn’t drip.., well it doesn’t drip because it’s cold outside ( I am parking in an heated underground parking).. well we actually changed the product and that’s why.. When asking him about how long does it take to do an undercoating he said it takes 30 with 4 guys working on it.. i like keeping an eye on my car when i take it to any service and just two guys worked in mine! Sorry to say I will have to look for a different place to sort my car as the Krown place on Robbie became a disappointment, from the quality if the job to the way they talk with customers and deal with issues.

A COMPLETE RIPOFF. A couple of days ago my wife took our car to the Robie St. location. Today I looked at the car and wondered why I didn't see any overspray or drips in the driveway. Upon taking a good look I realized they didn't bother spraying around any of the doors, hatchback, or wheel-wells.. They only sprayed underneath the car and the engine hood (and the engine hood was already greasy). A COMPLETE RIPOFF. Spend your money somewhere else! Like a lot of garages they assumed a woman doesn't know anything so why would they bother to do a good job.

The good folks at Krown Rust Control really know their stuff. I have taken every vehicle I have ever owned to them including recently my soon to be antique automobile 1991 Toyota Celica GTS sports car. I highly recommend this family owned business because this is how I was treated, like family ????

Very professional and efficient. Three years in a row of rust proofing my truck. Just drove 50 km and smoke is still rolling out from under truck. Some people complain about product over the paint and what not, I see it as sign that a generous amount of product was used and I'm getting what I paid for. Love to see it smoke and love to see it dripping everywhere for days. Great product, professional service. Keep up the great work.

0 Stars. I took my car here last winter for undercoating as it was recommended by many people. This year, I took it to my mechanic to see if I needed any additional touch ups for this winter. He showed me the under carriage of my vehicle and Krown did not spray my whole car. It looks like a skunk, only pieces were done. Needless to say I am angry that I paid full price for a service I did not receive and but my car went unprotected all winter and could have rusted out. I am NOT impressed at all and would never recommend this company to anyone. Do not take your care here!

Very poor service! Do not go to the Datmouth one.......stay away....in & out in 25 mins. My car was left dirty overspray everywhere.......did not rinse or offer anything to get rid of dirt or salt before hand. No coffee no tea. Waste of money & time. Halifax seemed much more professional even talking to then.

Worst Service i have ever received. The undercoating went well. Pierre from Krown told me I was good to go. Two months later the undercoating destroyed my fuel pressure sensor. I call Krown to discuss the issue and see if we could come up with a reasonable solution, instead Pierre denied everything saying that I have no proof and Krown's Product won't damage vehicles. Krown would not do anything to help. Now I am left with a $500 bill to repair my sensor. Thanks Krown!

Good Service. They do not recognize coupons or discounts. I have a coupon, downloaded from their website and they would not honour their coupon for their 2007 "Fall Special" offering a free 400g Aerosol Can of Rust Protection. In fact the sign at their counter indicates that they will not honour any discounts or coupons. This is the reason for a 3 star rating.

Bad experience with them i took my suv for detail to clean and shampoo everything from inside and they charged me $196 and when i received the car it was wet from inside dust and durty many places like if they did not touch it. I will never go there again. Zero star
