I have been using Daryl's and Mildred's service over the years for Audi, Mini, BMW, Acura and the service has been top notch for all of these cars. Daryl goes above and beyond with diagnosis, fixing issues cost effectively, and he always shows me the worn out parts that came off. At times Daryl has fabricated brackets etc where it made more sense than ordering a big brand new part. I have used the BMW and Audi dealers down the street - horrible, horrible experience. When you are past your warranty, just don't bother. You can actually trust Hebb's to have you covered.

Very rude over the phone! Wouldn't even consider this place because of the poor customer service I received. What a joke! Doesn't even deserve 1 star. $400 for labour only to do front and back brakes/rotors when I myself already have the parts. What a rip off!

Quite possibly the best automotive shop ever! I have been going here for several years and have always received above and beyond customer service. Prices are very fair and Darrell and Mildred have always gone the extra mile for me. Will never forget the times they came to jump start my car to get it in for a new battery, or the time my exhaust system suddenly gave out and they stayed late to fix it (same day) before going on vacation. Honest mechanics who actually care about their customers and their cars are a rare thing these days. Keep being awesome! Also ask about Mildred's sea glass art when you're there. Fantastic!!

These guys blatantly lied to me and tried to rip me off. I brought my car in for an MVI and they said I need a brake job before passing the inspection. I took the car and got the brakes done elsewhere with better prices. When I called Hebb's back to book another MVI, they remembered me and after initially making an appointment with me for this week, they called me back shortly after to say the person who does the MVIs is actually on vacation for the next two weeks. My partner called back the next day from a different number and lo and behold, the MVI guy was not on vacation and there were appointments available this week. The only reason they didn't want to book my inspection is because they were going to have to pass it without making any money for themselves. Greedy, deceptive, crooked business. I will never go here again and will spread the word that this company can't be trusted.

I had done some research on this garage and based on a Better Business review I wanted to give Hebbs a try. I'm from out of town (QC) and needed to have wheel bearings replaced to do away with awful grinding. All to say, the work was done professionally and within expected costs. I will now be sending my daughter and her honda civic to Hebbs given my experience . I would recommend Hebbs to anyone. Thank you!

Great service, they repaired my car in a timely manner and they were proactive on showing me the broken parts of my car that they repaired. They also showed me videos of the quality of the damaged parts while they were still on the car before repairing. Prices are more than reasonable and I'm very satisfied!!

I stopped in to Hebb's Auto today, and found out a sidewall blew on one of my tires. Darrell took great care of me and had me back on the road quickly. Not only did you fix an issue that for over 1.5 yrs has been driving me crazy but you also informed me about issues with my exhaust others had failed to mention.
