Be careful leaving them your credit card number, they messed up and charged something to me that should have been charged to insurance and it's been 10 days that have been "working on it" but no refund has been issued. Annoyed, wish I would have done a cash deposit.

I had an issue with my reservation when we arrived in Halifax on Dec 23rd. Bit of a mix up on my part. When I arrived at the Barrington location they were out of cars (my bad as I should have notified them that I was arriving late). Initially they informed me they were booked out past Christmas but they took the time out of their very busy morning to phone around and found a truck for us at their Hollis St location. As it was a Saturday that location was closing at noon but they stayed late to get me set up with a vehicle (upgraded to a 4x4 crew cab pick up for no extra charge). I was on the road I short order and they literally saved the day as we were driving to my parent’s place near Liverpool later that week. The best service I have ever received from any rental car company. The staff at both the Barrington and Hollis St. locations were phenomenal. You saved our Christmas. Thanks so much!

There was a dispute at the other end regarding a pre-existing condition on one of the rental car’s rims. Dan had it resolved right away. My van broke down on the highway and the garage couldn't fix it for two days. Dan made things so easy for me. He set me up in a nice vehicle with ease. He quickly picked me up and even waited while I got my things from my van that was inside the garage bay. Very professional and pleasant guy to deal with. I had booked a minivan for our 6 person trip for a 14 day rental from sept 14 to 28. A few days prior I called and spoke to a rep. She informed that they did not have a minivan at that location but would try their best to provide one from another location. On pickup day we were so relieved to see that we got our requested vehicle. The same rep (think her name was Alison) was also present at pickup and provided great service both at pickup and and return. Location was ideal for us as it is located inside the via rail terminal and we were travelling to/from Halifax from/to Toronto by train. Excellent service and location
