The woman who is working in the shop is really bad and unkind to the customer. When I asked for something, she just ignored me and didn't answer for that. When I asked it again, she looked annoyed to answer for that. And she didn't apologize me at all. And all the staffs were not wearing the mask at that time in the office.It scared me. It was terrible experience.

Gf needed a chip in her windshield repaired. Was able to get an apt the next afternoon. Staff were friendly and the chip repair took about 45min. You can barely see the repair knowing where to look. Doesnt interfere with vision through windshield. Good experience.

Great service. I got my back window replaced there. At the start of the job they did chip my paint a very small amount by accident when pulling off a temporary window. My car was a white honda civic 2016. Could of been a problem with the paint, possibly faulty. They owned up to it because they wanted to keep their customer happy and satisfied. In the long run it will help their business. I know they didn't need to do that. I will refer as many people as I can there. Very straightforward, hardworking Manager there. I believe his name is Damion, I could be wrong. He's a younger guy, but knows his stuff. Very detailed and does a great job. I would recommend. If I got his name wrong I'm sorry.

I was able to get an appointment to fix a chip in my windshield the same day I called, which was impressive. The staff were pretty friendly but the dog is the best part. They did a good job fixing my windshield and it only took about an hour. It was fully paid for by my car insurance, which they took care of. When I went to pick up my car, it was parked in front of their office with the windows all the way down. I was a bit put off that it was left unattended with the windows all the way down, but nothing was taken so it was fine in the end.

Had my window replaced six months ago by them (happy then too)and barley used car since but had a small issue this summer when I started driving again They said bring it over and Damon instantly came out and fixed it. Was fast, not bad pricing... paid 220+tax total with installation of a part that was 110$ and so 110$ labour And an additional 40$+tax to install a window regulator that I provided to put in the same door they had apart. Not horrible paid 150$ for an hour/hour n half work. People were very friendly who work here

Had tree branch fall on windshield at 4pm on weekend, called Apple first thing next day. They took car in and had me back on road by noon same day, less than 24 hours from branch falling! Replacement looks great, very clear and no distortion. They dealt with insurance too, was probably easiest car repair experience yet.

Amazing customer service! They really went above and beyond. I had done a duct tape job (very badly) to get my window to stay up, and they even cleaned up all the glue from that. I was not expecting that and it was a really nice surprise. Also, waiting was more than fine with Winston to keep me company!! Will recommend over and over!

My window got smashed 3 days before I left for a 2 week work trip. I called every window repair center in the HRM, everyone of which estimated 4 to 5 days time for delivery of the glass. These guys went above and beyond and had the replacement window in the next day, and installed in 1 hour the day after, right before I left. I was even running late to pick my car up once completed, and they stayed open an extra 10 minutes for me on a Friday. These guys rock. 10/10.

My occasion for visiting AAG, Hfx. was to have some upholstery repaired. Gas had been spilled and had eaten through the seams and discoloured the fabric. The folks at AAG were very helpful and Bob, who did the repair work, was very skilled and did an excellent job. When I picked up the car there were several useful items in the front seat. A nice touch indeed.

The only place that is more expensive is Speedy. Novus appears to be the only company that will wave any portion of your deductible if you choose to go through insurance. With my 10+ years in the automotive industry (in Alberta mind you) I have never seen this type of price gouging. Just had a phone call back from coastal auto glass, since I've been away from the industry it does sound like the insurance company's have stoped paying what the used to for windshields so it has made it harder to wave the deductable. I recomend novus or coastal based on their willingness to wave some of the deductible unlike the other companies that say No Company will wave any of the deductible lol.
