Just got home from getting my car detailed - the only plus (hence the one star) is that they were done at the time I was told they would be done. While my car is clean, my radio/CD player will no longer turn on and there is visible moisture or liquid behind the display screen. I called them as soon as my car was in park on my driveway, but conveniently there was no answer. I'm awaiting a call back to the voice message I left but will now have to drive back to Guelph today to get this fixed ????

They did a superb job on every car no matter how dirty it was, and were a pleasure to work with. I also had them paint correct my fathers older M3. I went here to get my car detailed before I got my windows tinted. The car was cleaned decently but I got them to buff a few scratches out and ended up with paint chips on the front and rear bumper and near the license plate, which weren't there before. Also the stuff they used to clean the leather seats actually pulled the finished off and now it's back to the normal colour. When I told them about it, they took so long for the owner to get back to me and all his response was, was it wasn't us and I'm not fixing it. So I won't be back to that place, so take pictures and everything before you get it cleaned if you go to these people.

Bought the interior detailing package and they did a great on the seats, dash,. windows, etc. I had a few marks on the head liner ( tan color) from the handlebar of my bike and they said it would be an issue to remove them. After cleaning, there were stain marks from the cleaner used but figured it was wet and they's disappear after they were dry. Two weeks later, you could still see them so I went back. They said they'd spray them again and they would take care of the issue. It didn't. They look worse now then they were before.

I called in to book my car for a detail and let them know my car was really dirty. They told me there will be an extra charge if it’s soiled. I didn’t know how much extra it will be and thought it was going to cost me a lot more, but it was only 30$ more after they inspected it. I never seen my car so clean before. It was like the first time I got it! I was so happy and pleased with Speedvale Auto Detailing. I recommend everyone to take their cars there. They have a shuttle service which saved me money rather then asking someone to pick me up and drive me back. 5 stars all the way! Will definitely be back and telling all my friends and family to go there!

Wow! I chose to come here over another place to get the interior of my car cleaned based on the reviews and I'm SO glad I did. They did a fantastic job on my car, and it's absolutely spotless. I'm speechless and so happy with the job! The interior of my car was a mess before coming in, and my cat had *urinated* all over the back seat on the way to a vet appointment, which was my main reason for coming in. Not only is the smell gone completely, but the rest of the interior is spotless too, and the car is 14 years old and has never been professionally cleaned! The price was completely reasonable for the quality of the job, and they actually came in cheaper than some other places I had talked to. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car cleaned & detailed! Thanks for the amazing job!

I can't describe how delighted I was with Speedvale Auto Detailing. I took my really 'lived in' Nissan Murano in on Friday as I wanted to sell it. When I returned to pick it up - in just a few hours - I couldn't believe it was the same car. And if that wan't enough - the shock continued the next day, when my first potential buyer popped the hood. It was pristine under the hood as well! My car sold, for asking in less than 12 hours. Very Bad service, I paid(CAD 28.24) for an Express service, I understand the express service is a fast service but They didn't make the vacuum, didn't clean the car, They gave me the car the same how I left the car for the service and they was upset for my inquire. They don't care the customers only take the money.

I brought both my vehicles in last week for detailing and they came out looking better then the day we bought them 3 years ago. My SUV is the vehicle I use daily to cart around my 2 giant breed dog's on their daily hikes, 3 years of muddy paws and wet dog smell are gone without a trace. I would never have believed they could clean the seat fabric so we'll if I hadn't seen it for myself. Definitely will recommend.

I brought my vehicle here on short notice because I had a bottle of wine smash on the floor of my car. It was going to smell so bad. They cleaned the carpets and the smell is 100% gone. They charged me less than half of what numerous other places in town were quoting me and did an amazing job. They were happy to squeeze me in on their already busy day. Will come back here based on that one experience.

Let me start to say that I’m not comfortable writing this review but the I don’t like being taken. Was there today for an engine bay shampoo. After calling other detailing shops the time were all an hr for the job. My truck was out in 25mins. Opened the hood and you can see the dirt that wasn’t cleaned. He told me the water must of been dirty(come on)They took the truck back in and it took longer the second time. The engine is now full of some type of oil residue including my fenders and windshield. Got lots of pics! Don’t bother!! Thanks for getting back to me promptly. Issue resolved. Thanks

We were having problems cleaning our front windows as there was this filmy residue all over them. Tried literally EVERYTHING ...tried a few places before I went here and they had no idea what it was and wouldn't help.. the one person at a detailer told me to use rubbing alcohol (which I tried) and use a razor blade...UH NO!!! Then I called SPEEDVALE AUTO, the young man and I spoke with was EXCELLENT and said to come right down... he took a look...tried something on my windshield and side windows,and cleared the problem like magic and made my windows sparkling and looking NEW!!! Thank you so much!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE... just wish I had got the young man's name.

I had my truck detailed at this place in April 2019. The interior looks good. I'll give them that. As for the exterior that was supposed to be washed and waxed I give them 0 out of 5 . The truck was still dirty when I got it back. Bugs stuck to the front of it, dirt everywhere, not even close to being washed.never mind waxed for which I payed. So it cost me $260 to get the inside of my truck cleaned. After I pointed all the dirt to the manager he offered me $50 back. So now I have to pay someone else to do again what I payed for once already. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere because these guys either don't care or are incompetent. The

-5 Be sure to check the functions of your vehicle esp.the auto-window buttons after they do the detailing and send it back to them right away or else they will deny rework service. I don't think I can recommend them to anyone. You cannot expect extra mile or good customer service from them. So now, we were left with a damaged window button. Thanks to your carelessness!!!

So I saw that this place had pretty good reviews and I’ve never gotten my car detailed before . Long story short there was some bs getting my car in but when I picked it up 4.5 hours later there was still green slime left over on my mats from the soap (which is still there 3 days later- I’m gonna have to wipe them all down) also my seats are all still soaking wet. So for the last three days I’ve been driving around with seat warmers on A/C and driving with windows down trying to dry everything out. I don’t know all in all I feel like it was a waste of 160 bucks because now I’m gonna have to wipe everything down and get this weird smell out of my car from everything being soaking wet. Does anyone have any advice on how to dry out the seats and get the musky smell out?

Prompt at returning emails and getting an appointment. Reasonable priced. Cleaned inside of car in exactly the three hours as promised. However, not a very thorough clean. Visible wipe marks and missed spots on surfaces and missed vacuuming areas. Disappointing.
