I'm almost moved to tears. Not only did they do a shockingly good job of cleaning my car's interior (it's stunning how good it looks and feels), they fixed the hinge on my sun visor! I certainly didn't ask for that, but they did a much better job of it than I could have. What service!

The clean was ok, they are happy to fix anything you aren't happy with though. They did a good job getting it done on short notice, but they totally forgot to clean the rearview mirror (which was filthy), and I just did it myself at home. No biggie, but it shouldn't have been missed.

Emphasis on the quick. Paid $30 for the quick in and out. My car was already clean just needed a sprucing. They were so rushed that they missed vaccuuming up dirt in clear sight along with leaving my interior wet and streaky. Hardly worth the money, better off doing it yourself!

The only service I use here is the exterior wash. They do a great job of pre soaking the car and getting extra dirt off, then hand drying it right after. The owner is very nice/professional but some of the staff can have their off days, most of them are nice for the most part. If I'm in the area I definitely will continue to get exterior washs here.

Was going to bring my car here, but I walked by and saw employees throwing trash out of the cars on to the ground and the sidewalk and the boulevard. You can see the business cards and wrappers and tissues from cars thrown all over the place and onto Wellington Street. No doubt it all ends up in the Speed River. It's really quite disgusting. There was a broken light bulb smashed right next to the sidewalk that was left there for months.

I was disappointed with the quality of service for price. I paid $170 for a full-interior shampoo/vacuum/wipe and exterior wash and wax. There is a spotty residue left all over vinyl, screen, and outside of car. The small side door compartments still had dirt in them as well. I didn’t notice the details until I was driving hone. Be sure to check your car very very carefully after.

This is the second year in a row I have had the undercarriage sprayed here. I asked to have the full package and they did the door panels as well. I was very happy with how friendly the service was, booking an appointment was easy and without any hassles. The location is easy to find and they make it easy to drop off or wait until the treatment is complete. Good value for the service provided.

Cleaning was good, but I would take pictures of your car before going. I have a large ding on my drivers side door that is huge. It looks like they threw the door open when cleaning and it smacked a corner. (It is my word against theirs). I know that it was not there before. I did talk to one of the workers, and he said "we didn't do it" without any investigation at all. I will never go back. It is too crammed, not enough room to park. No wonder this happened.

The dog washing station is a life saver ! $6 for ten minutes. There’s three dog washing stations and each station provides multiple options from shampoo, rinse, conditioner, drying rig. THANK YOU !

Disorganized, rude, and unprofessional. I called the day before to confirm an appointment time, came in and was told they weren’t ready for me & couldn’t have my car done until 7 hours after my scheduled appointment. The man initially told me the cost would be $10 over what their website says, but then he tried to charge me an additional $10 at the cash because the vacuuming took “longer than expected” (the vacuuming job hadn’t been done well). I refused, but he snuck it in by calling it the “tax”. When I asked for them to go over a section again with the vacuum because it hadn’t been done well, they got defensive and spoke harshly to me. Will not be going back.

Undercoating/ rustproofing spray: very sloppy job! I had multiple vehicles come to this place unfortunately and only one was done well. The other four these guys missed the bottom door panels, did a crappy job in the engine compartment and drilled the door hole so close to the edge that now I'm concerned about rust and water coming in.Missed quite a bit underside and neglected to spray the bottoms of the doors. Very poor job. I would never go back!

No. Had their Full $109 service, and just a day out and am still finding issues. Stains on silver plastic accent panels on my doors. Water/soap marks on my windows and car body. Still greasy looking on the dashboard. And they even put someone else's floor-mat in with mine. For a sub-compact car and 4+ hours. Absolutely not.

Okay, I will be the first to admit that the inside of this place is not the Royal York, but it is a place of work. And work they do. I brought my daughter's and son in laws vehicle which needed cleaning in the worst way. It was dirty. It has been years maybe never since it was cleaned. Anyway, wow what a great job done! It looked great! VIP package starting at $65.00 extra $15 for leather seats and $15.00 due to the amount of dirt. Fantastic job. Owner wanted me to inspect it and ensure I was pleased with the work done and the employee who did the work asked me if all was good, I told him fantastic!!! So, don't judge by the outside or the inside, they folks do great work!!! Thanks again!!

Excellent service. I didn't recognize my car when I picked it up, it looked brand new. And that is after having my toddler and German shepherd in there for over 6 months not cleaning. I am honestly blown away at how well they did and how well a customer like me was received.

Bad experience. Pricy. They basically spray water on the car and they do not care if water goes inside when they spray the open doors. And they get mad if you make any comment.

Terrible undercoating job. Intimidating customer service and bad drilling job on the door edges as mentioned by a previous review. The owner was in my face when I approached him about my concern and when I mentioned that he missed my break lines he said " they weren't important on a newer car". I know they need to be sprayed the most as I've done my research and from asking around! I would never go back and this guy needs to learn how to deal with people and stop ripping people off!

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Would not recommend to anyone. Left the vehicle there for 6 hours and it was still not clean when we went to pick up. Took an extra hour after pick-up time for it to be completed. They also wanted to charge me extra at pick-up for the time it took, even though I used a gift certificate. Did not put all car items back in place. Poor exterior clean. The man before me also lost his bumper in the car wash! The owner did not seem to care and put the blame on him. He was not happy either! Overall, was not treated like a valued customer and would not recommend anyone going here.

Well, this car wash is total different and new place . I have my car full detailing on Friday and now guys gave my car in lads than 4 hours and I never had shine on my car all over dash , leather seats even in side panels . All mats , long story short my car including trunk got shampooed so nicely that I ever had that service from any other place . I 100 % suggest to all my colleagues and friends to come and try this place services . Thank you guys . God bless you .

I brought my VW Golf in for a full interior detail. I have cloth seats and have about 5 years of dog hair stuck in the seats. They had my car for 8 hours and brought it back to 90% new!! I was so happy, I havent seen it this clean since I bought the car in 2010. They did multiple vacuums and shampoos on the seats. Everything turned out great! Reviews on here complaining about smell and wetness. You need to leave your window down a crack for 7 full days to get the smell out. I dont have a garage so I left it down a crack. If you have a garage leave all windows down for a few days. Should be good. Super happy with the service. Will go back soon!

Took my car here last Saturday. Paid 170 for everything to be done. I got to admit that the price is fair. But when it comes to having streaks all over in the inside of your windows and this gross white residue on one window, don’t think it’s worth it.

Do not go to this guys rust check spray wash just off of Waterloo Street downtown Guelph, the vacuums don’t work the carwashes don’t work and the machines eat your money! It is also a rundown disgusting place your vehicle will be filthier as you leave!

This place is amazing. I got detailing and shampoo done and it was cheaper than any other place. The job was fantastic and my car was sparkling clean. I had taken it in with whole bunch of salt stains. The owner was so friendly. He even came by after and inspected the car and personally removed the minor spots from the carpet. Really recommend the place to anyone.

Wow, unbelievably aggressive and inappropriate behavior from the owner. Our car stinks of chemical overdose, and all he can say is it is our fault and we should have cleaned our car before bringing it to them. Beware! You have been warned.

Supreme Car Wash & Detailing did an outstanding job on the interior of my vehicle. The previous owner smoked in the car and used the interior ash tray. They were able to remove all visible traces of ash and smoke residue from the vehicle. They did an amazing job removing years of salt and dirt from the floor mats and carpets. I asked them to pay special attention to the exterior tire rims, which they did. They removed all built up dirt and brake dust from the rims! Very friendly and professional staff, my car was ready for pick-up at the promised time. I am very pleased with this service, and highly recommend this business to others.

Avoid... very sloppy job. I had car completely done here. for engine shampoo I got only top plastic wiped down, and soaked with Armoral or something. .. Wheels are cleaned outside only, inside the rims still had mud and brake dust. Outside all tight spots around windows still full of dust and dirt. Cabin was OK but overdressed with Armoral, everything greasy. And service air bag light was on for two days after wash, most likely one or more sensors have been flooded.

I had the interior washed. I was told it would be damp, but it was actually really wet. I called them about it and they had me bring my car back in and put fans in it to help dry it out. While I wasn't initially impressed, I did like how they handled it. My car was much dryer after having the fans in it for 50 minutes.
