Have never been a big fan of the car wand wash, and the auto wash is one of the worst in the city. We pulled into the Truck/Trailer wand wash to wash my ATV and trailer. It was completely quiet, no one lined up, and yet the wash bay was a disaster. It had a half of foot of mud , garbage cans overflowing, and hoses running everywhere. I had to put on my rubber boots just to get out of my truck. And it cost me $35 to wash my unit, because of a $5 minimum, and 20 minutes. What an absolute dump.

I only go here for my car washes.. the stalls are sometimes quite muddy but other than that the soap and water pressure ect are great!

Edited as this business is under new management. This place has turned into my favorite place to wash my rides. Great pressure, all options work, bays always clean. Staff are professional and always there to help. A+++ Even saw a loader with broom collection attachment in parking lot this summer for clean parking lot.

It was expensive, slow and the service was not very good. Prices were not advertised. Staff was standing around while I was waiting, talking to each other instead of working in my vehicle. I even had to ask for a window sticker because they forgot to tell me when to come back. Should have gone somewhere else, I guess I will next time.

The water is hot enough to get all of the soap off and get a nice shine on your car. I just wish the lighting was a bit better so I could see in my wheel wells to make sure that I get all the mud out.

Dirty, muddy, most disgusting car wash in Grande Prairie. You have to wash your bay before you wash your vehicle. Wands are always dirty, floor is muddy, over priced, can't leave without getting vehicle splashed with mud. Attendance like to stand around listing to their i-phones. Yuck!

Mobile one line express is understaffed, pulled up waited ten mins. someone steps out and tells me it will be a 45 min wait, and that there was a big rig that rolled in and he had to go help with that. 20 mins later I've seen 3 trucks pull up and leave because of not enough people working here. Losing lots of business.

WOW what a change new management can make to a business. This was once my go-to for washing my vehicles. Even though it he's probably the furthest away from my house. Before a long time things are two seem like they were falling apart. So I stopped using them. I heard they were under New Management and had new owners. So I figured it was worth a shot and man a difference that has made. Great staff and nice facility. I think the only thing they're missing is a little background music.

What a great car wash! The bays are nice and clean and its nice to be able to go in and wash my vehicles and have them come out clean! I have used other car washes like this in GP and this one is way more cost effective as well! I will and have been back several times! Thank you

9 times out of 10 this place is great, but there was one visit where the soap foam setting simply spewed out soapy water. The girl attending the place shrugged it off as normal... Wasn't sure how no foam whatsoever was normal in her mind?

Love this place, I prefer their carwash over all the others around GP. Their wash equipment works as well as its suppose to, so you get what you pay for. Tends to end up with a line up, all that means is it's worth waiting in line rather than go anywhere else. Hopefully they plan to expand!

The new owner Brad is one straight cat, showed up today for a wash and there having issues with some of there bays, Brad made sure to inform myself and 5 others there is a wait and to show his support he handed out 10$ pre paid cards ! Like any car wash, the time of day you go plays a big role in your experience. I come during off peak hours typically in the evenings. The water is piping hot and the detergent is plentiful. The last 2 times I've been there I've kinda been a douche and was only half washed at closing time. Both times the staff just mentioned as they walked by that it was closing time, but to take my time and do what I had to. That tells me 2 things about the business: That management is working to instill a customer first mentality, and that the staff are treated well enough that they aren't desperate to get the hell out of there right at 10. I'll keep coming back whenever I'm in GP and feeling dirty.

Amazing service and always CLEAN. The one time I went the tire wash wand wasn't working. I let an employee know. Seconds before im done washing my car the manager stops the wash early and hands me a 10$ gift card. Apologizing for any inconvenience. There was none at all but I appreciate the outstanding gesture.

Almost every stall has something wrong, waxes not pumping properly or certain functions not working at all and charging top rates. Poor maintenance of their equipment. I used to like coming here :-(

Lots of pressure behind the wand! Everything you need from a car wash. Easy to pay just swipe the card and hit stop when you're done. Around $1 per minute I think. Some of the display screens are distorted and not functional but doesn't affect your ability to wash.

This is by far the best manual car wash in town! I've never had any issues with service or parts not working. I had three gift cards for Centre West from before and the ladies at the desk were very friendly and switched them to a new usable card. The only con to this place is there is no air fan at the exit so your car might have water marks

Nice facility. But the vacuum wouldn't work. And if you're just washing off general road grime, the wash bay is fine. But if you have any real "oil patch" mud on, keep driving. The pressure on the wand was pitiful.

New Management and super amazing people! Our fleet uses them alot and we get nothing but great service. A lot of bugs to work out and new relationships to mend from old ways and old management/owners but the drive and hospitality of new is super positive! The quality of the touchless is getting very good and more reliable than the old one. Wash bay employees are learning and dojng great as well always willing to take a suggestion without the eye roll of some. Thanks!

Dont waste your time! Nothing works, its all broken. Waited all that time in line, and I could only soap and rinse. Couldn't even scrub, clean my chrome, or get the bugs off. Been here a few times lately and its gone downhill big time from when it started. Added bonus, giant mud puddle in front of the entrance when you leave. Let the girl at the front know and she replied with "Ya!?". Well sorry you have lost my business, I'll use Sprinkles Car Wash next time on resources road.

Terrible washing experience. Twice as expensive as other places. For starters the screen that displays payment and washing info was not functioning, most of the screen pixels were toast. Had no idea what this was costing. I was washing a Dodge Ram that was fairly clean, just bugs and dust from highway driving. No mud at all. Did my normal routine. Part way through I noticed fluids dripping on the roof of vehicle. It was leaking from the swivel connection. Who knows what it was as it was different colors. Attendant is walking around playing on cell phone, figured he wouldn't be much help so didn't bother complaining. Finish up washing. Did a high pressure soap, brush, rinse, wax and rinse. Didn't lolly gag and hustled. Normally this would cost be about $20-$25 at my usual spot. Had to wait till I got home and found that it charged my credit card $39.95. Lighting in the car wash is pretty dismal as well so once I looked at it in the light I found the wash was sub par.....all in all a waste of money. Will stick to my usual car wash.

Perfect place to wash off all offensive things drawn in the dirt on your vehicle. A little soap and a rinse will get rid of any drawings on your dirty work truck. A simple "wash me" written on a window is no problem for their high pressure wash wands. You can also easily wash off "I wish my wife was this dirty" too, but the sting of the truth will linger for years after it's cleaned. That's not True North Truck Wash's fault though. 5 stars.

This used to be a great place to wash ur semi truck and large vehicles. Large indoor bay with the hot pink foam soap cannon. But now it's awful. Half the spray hoses don't work properly, the rinse water and wax leaves ur vehicle looking like it was washed with a dirty diaper and the bay itself is filthy. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time.. It's an awful waste of time and money to have ur truck come out dirtier than if u just washed it in the yard with a garden hose..

Edit: Old pricing. price has since been adjusted to be more reasonable. Works well for a big super B, in and out in 20 mins or so vs 1.5 hrs to wash in a normal bay. Used to be a decent price for the truck autowash, but it's been raised to $200 per wash. No longer worth my time. I've since pulled my business from this company.

This place used to be among the best for wand washes. Lately it doesn't open till 720ish, the equipment is failing, the cleaning solutions are weak or non existent. The sign says it opens at 7, yet the doors don't open until 715 or later. The wands don't move properly, the vacuums are missing the canisters and the ventilation is poor. The bays have been dirty and full of mud. I don't recommend Center West anymore.

I like the prepaid card idea. You can go in early or late to avoid lines. Equipment upkeep isn't the greatest, seems like there's something always out of order or not working. Door Automation or attendees need improvement, doors will open with a green light only for you to be half way in and discover no available stalls open UPDATE- Worst up keep ever. Went to use wand, got sprayed by bug remover wash that came from a previous failed and poorly executed hose fix . Door attendants that sit on stools eating potato chips rather then pay attention to available bays or lack of.... allowing you to go through on a green light only to find no stalls available. Card readers that take multiple swipes to use with broken displays....... once my prepaid card runs out, so does my time with this business

Great place to wash your vehicle whether you have a sports car to a truck and trailer. The automatic truck was is mighty convenient for people who worked a long day and simply dont want to wand wash their vehicle. Their staff is always friendly too. Sometimes they have longer line up but it's a car wash in gp at a great location so I expect that. And yes like a good car wash sometimes they limit their bays for maintainance but that's to help minimize down time in the future.

Worst truck wash of my life. Bay was dirty and disgusting foam cannon wasnt working soap in wand wasnt there essentially just water poor pressure. Everything was either broken or gross poor poor facility was not worth the money i paid way over priced. Person behind counter really didnt care at all. Will not return wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. One star is way to much of a rating for this place

Had a card here with at least $30 to $40 left on and I couldn't use it cause they got new system and new owners took over. .I will never come here ever again cause I just wasted money for no reason. .if this company is going to keep updating the system or get new owners then keep the old cards working till everyone is transfered over to the new cards not just cancel all the old cards and have people with money on that card that they can not use ever again

Automatic big truck wash doesn’t do a good job sitting in front waiting for door to open I tell front desk girl there’s no one in it she said it was up and running it would only take a minute. After sitting 20 min lazy people running it. Finally the kid decided to open door. I like the idea just need better service.

Bit of a wait, but it was busy Can't control that. Lighting was poor but everything else was set up pretty well. Was pretty happy till I checked my credit card statement . The meter said it would cost me $16 and some change. When I checked my statement I had been charged 39.95. Never going back. Edit* just called them and they confirmed its a preauthorization charge and it will be updated with my correct charge.

Not quite as advertised on the website, did a very poor job of cleaning moderate mud off of under carriage, hard to see where the 3500 gallons was. Overall for the price of $60 its hard to be to critical. The instructions display is positioned wrong, blocked by mirror so no veiw when to stop.
