I had my vehicle interior destroyed by a local vendor who agreed to cover it, and recommended Suzy Q's. I booked it in, but they had cancelled on me, so I rebooked. The whole time they were willing to bend their schedule to accommodate me. When I finally got it detailed, I needed it done by the afternoon. Despite how busy they were, they did it. Very clean, and fresh smelling. Thanks for the mints!!!!!!

They are getting a full 5 star review, although they damaged my bumper. A lot of people might scratch their heads on this one as to why they are getting a full five stars. We all make mistakes, and they were quick to tell me they damaged the bumper which needed to be replaced. They called to let me know this happened. The owner followed through and had the bumper fixed the following week. The work I asked for on the vehicle was great. The paint looks amazing and the interior was cleaned. Thank you.

Brought my ole girl in for a cut and polish. It's a 2007 gmc and black. And by no means was it waxed and washed like it should of been. My youngest daughter one day decided to help wash the truck with me i was on other side of truck and she was on the opposite side. Long story she took a cloth and started to wipe the door dry and it was dirty. Well it looked like you took a wire wheel to it after. The girls there brought a shine back to that truck like it was new. Very friendly and even shined up my tires and the plastics. Would post pic but truck is dirty right now. Would definitely recommend this place if you need and exterior work on your vehicle.

So happy with my vehicle after Suzy Q's did their thing!!! I have a dog that travels with me for work and my vehicle is constantly full of paw prints and fur. Suzy Q's did an amazing job and were super friendly. Worth every penny for sure!!

I had heard good things about Suzie Q's, so when I decided to have my '09 Porsche Cayman polished I took it to them. The 12 year old black paint was in need of some attention, to get swirls and light scratches out. They spent the time on it to do a top notch job, I was really pleased to see it when they were done, it looks like a new car. Quite apart from the great job they did, the staff are also very professional and friendly, and obviously they go the extra mile to provide quality service to their customers. I absolutely recommend them, and will use them again as required in the future. Kudos, Team Suzie!

Love this place! Im sad to say im not big on cleaning my car but these ladies really know what they are doing! My journey was full of dog hair and lovely kid products ???? It came back cleaner than the day bought it! Booking was no problem at all. Very polite and helpful staff! I'll definitely be returning. Thanks ladies

0 star experience! My work trucks turn from a muddy dusty mess to slightly less muddy mess in a few hours! I called in the morning and was able to get my vehicle booked in right away, by the afternoon it hadn't moved. When i did get mt truck back the dash was all cracked from their employees, and i was missing the sensor cover on the dash!! Thank you Suzy Q's for overcharging to do garbage work and not fixing my truck. The owner Sheena made no effort to fix any damages and laughed it off saying it must have been like that before, no miss, my Denali was mint before taking it to your shop! I would never recommend this service for anyone who wants their vehicles returned to pristine condition! Over priced inferior work, dirty shop, owner will say anything to take your hard earned $$!!! 0 Stars!

Poor quality of work and poor customer service. They will send you off after dropping off your car but you have to find a way to pick up your car once it's done. I had to take a taxi to pick up my car. They cannot remove the stain on the seat and when I rolled down my windows, dirt was still visible. It's not worth it for the amount I paid.

My son passed his Explorer down to his sister to drive and after 2 years of teenage boy, Suzie Q cleaned it up so well my son almost changed his mind about giving it to his sister. We get our personal vehicles and our work fleet all detailed at Suzie Q's. Excellent work and a great rate!

I recently had my truck detailed here for over $400 it was an insurance claim it was stolen and there was drugs left in it I got it back and it still had mud and other things wrong with the condition. This brings in the the quality of their workmanship and I redid it myself Won’t not ever return would not recommend it to anyone If the option was available I would give zero stars

Not happy..it's not a complete detail...I pay for a complete detail interior and when I bring home I can still find dirts..thou the carpets are clean..the headrest wasn't clean...some dirts are still on the backseat..can be seen as u inspect it..can still see some sprayed chemical that was not properly wipe..uhhhj was not really happy...you can see it was rushly done...not recommend to anyone!

I get my vehicle detailed Once a year. I booked at Suzy Q’s last year because that is where I was working. They proceeded to scratched the gloss coating so bad that there was no hinding the damage done. Then they proceeded to take no responsibility for it. They didn’t even wash the roof, so bottom line everyone has a bad day but they own up to it in some manner AND SUZY Q’s DID Nothing but double charge what other companies charge. I was very disappointed in their workmanship and customer care.

I couldn’t be happier with how my car looks! The staff were friendly, and got my car done in the time frame they promised. They got me in and out within 24 hours of my first call. I will highly recommend this place to all my friends and family!
