Loved the vacuum, because on the driver seat a lot of water had accumulated and the vacuum sucked it all up. Easy and fast cleaning; however, I wish there was a separate buttons for wash and vacuum so 2 people can do 2 separate type of cleaning at the same time.

I will admit the place is clean the employees are awesome and super on it HOW EVER, this place does not get my vehicle clean at all. I spent over 30 left and there's still dust and water Mark's up the sides of my vehicle the automatic washers do a way better job and are way cheaper. Their water pressure does not feel as strong as other bays I have gone to.

Sprinkles is excellent. It's clean and well maintained. There are lots of washers and dryers that work good.There is a machine to purchase your reloadable laundry card to operate the machines. The washers we use cost $4 per load. Dryers- we put 2 loads in one and run it twice. One load of laundry for us costs $7or $8. It is in an easy to access location on resources rd. There is a counter with seats at the window and a snack machine. Or there are a few restaurants and pubs nearby if you want to get some refreshment. We call it our laundry date, and try to make it as fun and romantic as possible : )

I dropped a bag of cloths to get washed and received an excellent service. Cloths were folded, dried and cleaned. The place is very clean.

accidentally forgot to put soap in the wash machine and they wouldn't let me rewash, not like I ask for customer service everytime I'm in there , I'm a repeat customer and use this laundry mat all the time .....NEVER AGAIN! needs new management obviously

I love this place! I have used the laundromat and the car wash many times and have always been satisfied. The staff are great - always willing to lend a hand and are super friendly. I love that this place has a digital system for the laundry mat, it makes life much easier when you don’t carry coins! Highly recommend this place, and am becoming frustrating trying to find an as clean and maintained service in the Edmonton area.

Sprinkles Carwash is a great place to wash your car. Very clean and you have the option of self-checkout or you can pay inside the store. Bigger vehicles might find it a little difficult to get in or out of the car wash bay due to limited space, but other than that it's great.

Without a doubt, The Cleanest laundromat I've ever walked into. Plus never fiddle with change again, they have a reloadable card system.. it's great. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Prices are average.

Being from the states have never seen anything like this before it's a really excellent idea. It cleaned our car up really nice for the drive back to the States. Oh it is also very expensive but I understand why it's heated and very very bright inside there's even vacuums. All inside.

You have to check this place out. The bays are the cleanest and brightest in town. Staff is helpful and friendly. And if you have a company, get a corporate account with RFID chips. You just drive in, wash your car and drive out. Simple.

The hours of service claim until 10pm. I showed up at 7pm(3hours until close) and was refused to do laundry. The workers are very rude. Been going here almost a year but this was the last straw. I needed clean work clothes for the weekend and was not able to. I will never waste my time here ever again. I recommend going elsewhere. Miserable Staff...

Exceptionally clean, bright, and new! The friendly and helpful staff are wonderful. The car wash has excellent water pressure and has been out fitted with the newest technology. Love that the laundromat has numerous different sized machines that easily fit even my largest duvets. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Was hard to walk into laundry mat as bags left by staff all over the floor. Asked a simple question as I've never used their card system before (witch is awsome no change) and staff member was very rude. Will definitely be going somewhere else next time.

The place was ok till they put in a card system instead of using change . It's a rip off now ,,they make you buy the stupid card,,no refunds.. but the worst part is ,,,now you have to pay a flat fee for the dryers,,before if your clothes were not yet dry,,you could ad mins by 25 cents at a time but now it's gonna cost you $2 even to dry for a extra min... Total rip off and they just lost a regular customer,,I'd rather drive out of town and spend my money on fuel instead of lining their pockets

As a truck driver I have been to all the laundry mats in grande prairie, Sprinkles laundry is the very best for your dollar Clean machines friendly staff always willing to lend a helping hand when they moved from the place by winners I followed. If you like clean machines and clean laundry Sprinkles is the place for you I just wish the car wash they have would accommodate big trucks then I would have it all.

By far the best car wash in town. Bright and clean facility. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is it’s quite tight to get in and out of. Especially for a larger vehicle. But I think it’s still worth it!

I went to go give my car a quick wash on feb 9th around 5:30pm. I ended up being called home so I had to leave before washing. I pulled up to the exit door and the bay attendant told me to go inside with my ticket. I told her that I didn’t wash but she told me I still had to go in. The woman running the till was unbelievably RUDE! She told me I owed $4.50 even though I didn’t wash and the bays were practically empty. She also told me that I had to pay because I was “wasting time in the bays”. I only paid because she controlled the door and probably wouldn’t let me out if i didn’t. The bays were clean but the customer service was absolutely atrocious. Would never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

I wash my car here because it’s close to my place. As for the service I occasionally see my car still soiled after wash because they put little soap in the water. I can see how little white foam there is in the water. They do have better days but in comparison with Crystal Clean car wash they don’t compete. Also sometimes the water jet wand and handle are very dirty…definitely room for service improvement. Update on 19-AUG-2021: Washed my car after yesterday's rain and soil. Car came out of wash almost same as it went in. Complained to staff and showed them the car. I paid $12 and had to keep using my hands and towels to try and remove the dirt from my car's body after the wash. They mentioned thay had a bad soap valve last time and that they fixed it. Nope!! It's not the valve it is the soap. LAST TIME FOR ME HERE. NEVER AGAIN! I am looking for another car wash now. Any good car washes close to DT? I appreciate any recommendation.

Went to use the facilities, people had left loads in machines and left, attendant wouldn't empty or move even though it had finished like no ago. Pretty bad attitude, not impressed, went to town centre laundry and was treated great!
