The detailing job was superb. The communication was not the best. My original booking was not recorded correctly, so I had to reschedule, I was told the detailing job would be 2-3 hours, it was closer to 6 before it was done. Get the facts up front, plan to leave your vehicle there all day and you'll be happy. They do great work.

They got the best detailing shop in town and my wife really likes the smell of the perfume they used on our car. Would definitely be back to get our car detailed. And the ladies are very helpful and nice.

They blow my mind ever time I take my truck there. My interior was covered in dog hair, but when I picked it up, it looked brand new! The staff is top notch as well Definitely #1 in GP ????????

All I can say is wow!I'm so impressed with the interior detailing done on my car.It looks better than new inside and smells amazing!I will definitely be back and I received a loyalty card as well that gives 50% off.I will recommend Shinez for sure!

The detailing on my truck was excellent; extremely happy with the job well done. However, I can't give any excellent rating because I had 40 dollars in loonies and toonies in my centre console, and I should have known better than to leave it in there, but all of it was missing when I picked up my truck. I had quarters, which were left, but the loonies and toonies were gone. Like other reviewers posted, not the greatest communication either; they wrote down the wrong phone number, so my truck was in there until the end of the day.

Got my truck detailed at the beginning of January, The staff was extremely accommodating as I had to leave the province for a family matter. I came home to a clean truck and they even got ALL the dog hair out of it! I will always recommend Shinez as their customer service and their eye for detail can't be beat. Sarah and Jamie are amazing and I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else.

This place does a great cleaning on your truck. .only thing is I got rubber mats in the front seat and they used wax to clean it and the wax comes off the rubber mat to the bottom of my shoes which makes my shoes fall off the break and gas peddle when driving. .to me that's not a good idea. .I rather the rubber mats to be rinsed off instead
