I drove to this place to take a shower while traveling on my way to Alaska, and they told me that I could not take one because I did not have the right kind of card. I frequent Flying J in the United States, but I think I'm going to stop doing that now. This is a horrible and terrible rule. They didn't even offer me the opportunity to get the right kind of card that they require.

Is the worst corner store / gas station in Halifax. Staff are the most rude and unfriendly group I have ever had the displeasure of being around. If the manager's goal was to hire/train people who hate there company, 5 stars you succeeded. Will never go back.

On 2021-05-09 afternoon I pumped Gas to my SUV at this location and after an hour I noticed that I lost my wallet. Went to this location and asked from the nice young lady whether anyone returned a wallet. A kind hearted lady found my wallet at the gas pump and returned it to cashier and she returned it to me. My heartiest thank to the kind lady who found and returned it to cashier and the young lady who work at the cashier for keep it in custody.

I find it unacceptable that one of the busiest truck refueling stations in the north can be allowed to have half it's pumps out of commission during the winter months when so much relies on service by truck.Not to mention the DEF pumps continually broken down forcing us drivers to leave not knowing where we can get it.I find it shameful that a company as big as Suncor can let the public down to that extent.If I could I would give you a -4 for effort.

On the heavy truck side, lots of pumps so little to no wait. Well stocked store open 24 hours, showers are clean and well kept, lots of parking depending on the time of day and needs of the patch and last but not least, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Its really handy for if you choose to take the bypass around Grande Prairie and theres lot of pumps here ensuring traffic moves through quickly. Inside the store is always cleanly and well stocked. Its my key stop when going through Grande Prairie.

So this one gets one star less because of the washrooms. The store itself is always clean and well-kept but the washrooms... well let's just say something left to be desired. And I get that it's a truck stop and there's a lot of traffic but really... The washroom is the first place that makes or breaks a person's review. The are always friendly, the place is well-stocked and has lots of selection for those coming in. The attached A&W restaurant that you can walk into is also a huge bonus.

The toilet was plugged, there was poop on the walls and when we went to leave, my whole family witnessed a trucker throw a container or urine out the window into the parking lot. What an experience! Won't be back anytime soon. the lady was nice at the till tho!

For a truck stop with showers they make you card in and every time ALL the sinks showers and floors are nasty. They should have staff who clean it up and issue keys at the desk holding the card to ensure clean showers.... laziness.

Once upon a time I would only use petro Canada. The points system was fabulous. However. The people they have are very rude. To be told they don't have to accept rolled change in such a way. So I decided to drive all the way to my job in shearwater from this location on less than an 1/8th of a tank. I'm glad I decided to go in and ask before I pumped my gas. Had I pumped first I wouldn't have been able to pay with the type of money I had on my person. I makes me sad and mad. I will NEVER use this gas station again. My boyfried had told me about a similar situation that kept reoccurring with him at this location, I didn't think they would be so rude. Oh well . Irving for me now.

Convenience store staff always friendly and professional. A&W not so much. Store well kept. Bathrooms lack cleaning. Showers are absolutely disgusting. I felt dirtier after my shower than I did before. They need some help and Reno’s wouldn’t hurt. Card lock and parking is good. A little tight at times but for most part it’s one of the better truck stops for parking.

The cardlock is usually pretty clean. There is a Petro-Canada gas station that houses the showers, laundromat and washrooms for truckers. (I've only fueled up at the cardlock, so I've never used any amenities other than the bathrooms)

Sand haulers park all over the place close to the store. Too lazy to walk and take up parking. Kinda of ignorant when people like myself want to run in and get a coffee or something quick. I've had to leave many times because I could not get a parking spot because of Sand haulers blocking everything off. You would think management would do something about it. I'll fuel and get coffee somewhere else from now on.

Great station. Very clean and located next to the highway. Petro-Canada in partnership with RBC offers 3 cents off a litre when you use a RBC card. If you connect a credit card with your Petro points account you also receive extra points for each.

Great place for trucker to stop and refuel with everything you might need. I'm here just about every day. Showers are clean. Store has everything. Plus there's an A-W there also. Lots of parking. Definitely a hot spot for trucker. The only down side is there Internet has been down for over a year now. That would be a great feature. Thx for every thing.

Showers are dirty. Even a landfill shower is cleaner. Mold all over the place, floor muddy. Men's washroom only cold water. Try to wash your teeth with that. The staff wear the same T-shirt everyday saying: "I'm here to get my 11.25$an hour, don't care about anything else" . I guess I'll stop only for fuel from now on... Bathroom has ICE cold water at the sinks. The fuel pumps are as slow as molasses flows in winter time. Even tho I'm buying in the convenience store, gas for my car and diesel for our big trucks they still proudly hand out parking tickets. Please everybody, do yourself a favor and patronage a different business that actually values their customers. The only good thing is the A&W

Never been impressed with Petro Canada service centers. Everything seems like an afterthought. Bring your own towels and floor mat. Also be prepared to mop your shower room floor. (Mop and bucket at the end of the hall) Redeeming grace? When I was there plenty of hot water and no line ups.

Small truck parking lot, trucker showers dont have soap holders in them and they are not cleaned good at all. Seen too nails on the floor of one shower stall.
