WOW!!! just wow! I cannot Thank this team enough for how amazing my car turned out. I have horses, and two dogs my car is always full of SOMETHING - mud, hay, dog hair, saddles covered in smelly horse sweat.. .. I could go on! I felt like I was picking up a brand new car again. From the amazing service with everyone i interacted, to the condition of my car at pick up.... I wil be back, and I will refer you to whomever will listen :)

I used to love coming here, the owner was always friendly and there has always been tons of soap, it has always been fairly positive, I used to recommend going here. I always bought extras on my visits, as I felt it was important to support small and local. I started getting my oil changed done here as well, because of my previous positive experiences. Unfortunately during my most recent visit to the carwash, it seemed like there was less soap than usual, the soap function was mostly just water and not the nice foamy soap this facility normally has. I carried on washing but decided I should just give the staff a heads up. It wasn't a big deal. As I was finishing paying, I made mention to the owner that the soap was really low, since I already paid it felt pretty apparent I was just passing the information on as a heads up and not trying to run some scam to get a free carwash. The owner was VERY dismissive of me all but calling me a liar, stating that he 'just washed his truck beside me', and didn't notice anything, I felt totally discredited, humiliated and disrespected. This was done in front of several employees. I won't be returning anytime soon. There are plenty of other competitors who offer similar products without being absolute jerks in the process.

Had girlfriends truck detailed here. They did a few hundred dollars damage. When confronted about it the owner was very rude and told me I must have done it. Very poor service and the detailing job wasn't even that great. Do not do business here! It's not worth the risk.

Booked a uHaul trailer, showed up, system was down, told to call uhaul, then they shut the doors right after i left. Could not get the trailer after I had previously spoken to the owner to make absolutely sure all was in order. Could not believe how rude they were. Such lack of respect.

I don't post unless I feel the place is a good thing. I don't have time during the day to get oil changed so after work, this place is usually still open. So just drive up to the shop, guys open the door, you drive in and let them know what you want done, 14 minutes later you're on your way out the door. There is no service manager squawking in your ear that your vehicle with 20k on it should have the brake fluid replaced and a new muffler bearing installed. So if you need your oil changed with no pissin around, this is the place to go.

Amazing service, booked truck in for an oil change and detailing...they steam cleaned the inside of my sons truck and washed/shined the outside... best detailing in Grande Prairie, was showroom quality! The staff went above & beyond???? Would 100% recommend ????

Great and fast service. Did not need any appointments. Got done with the cheapest oil change in the city that took around 10 minutes and then took advantage of the affordable car wash bay. Best thing is, this place only does lube and wash, so you wont be nagged to get unnecessary stuff done like you do at those lube franchises. This is the place!

Great service we take our company vehicles to them and they have always been great. The wash bays are a little small for larger trucks but the staff always keeps the bays clean. The oil changes are fast and they take the time to train their staff properly. The selection of cleaning supplies is good as well
