Went for a oil change during "covid times". Driving up, we will were signalled to drive through the bay and stop the car. Told to stay in our car, just roll down the window. They checked under the hood, checked the air filter, offered to top up the windshield wiper fluid,washed the front windshield, picked out any little bits of debris that were in the engine area,we were asked what type of oil we would like put in the car, and even instructed how to reset the oil life sensor in the car's computer. The entire process took less than 14 minutes, and there was no waiting. We found it to be an extremely enjoyable and efficient process. The only minor complaint would be that we looked up the hours of operation before coming and it said that they were open at 8 but when we got there there was a sign on the door that said they open at 9. During "covid-times", lots of businesses have different hours than usual, it was just disappointing that the hours were not updated online. We would come back here anytime! Very pleased!!

I believe she wouldnt get taken advantage of at this place if she went on her own! The young man showed us the air filter also to prove that it needed changing! All in all A++ experience

Found the main manager deceptive. I had stopped in the for basic 49.99 oil change. During the oil change the manager/cashier guy came and told me some of my fluids were low. Tranny,power steering and washer fluid. He said we can top those up for 5.99, I replied " awesome, windshield washer fluid alone is 3-4 dollars so great deal" He does the work and my bill is now $79 He tells me " ya 49.99 and 5.99 for each fluid we topped up". I was upset with him and said " you never said each, I even told you the 5.99 seemed great because just the washer fluid is half of that alone" He said "ohhhh sorry" And made me pay full bill. Will never return to this place, I have some family who use this exact jiffy lube hence I gave it a try, will never return and neither will they.

I have used this place before for my oil change and it has been fine. But my husband went there today for an oil change and got completely ripped off. He asked for a normal oil change and they used synthetic , doubling the price. When he pointed out their mistake they refused to fix it. Never going there again, thank you for ripping us off right before Christmas when we need the money.

This is where I go for all of my oil changes. They have an online coupon that saves you eight dollars on an oil change and I use that every few months. I’m never here for longer than 15 minutes and I have never had to wait. It’s always the same staff and they are very friendly and helpful.

They treated some guy in a truck next to my girlfriend better because he was male. Ripped my girlfriend off because they assumed she didn't know what she was doing. A simple oil change nearly costed her 150$ until me and her father intervened. Only reason one of us didn't do it for her was warranty reasons.

My little 4 cylinder engine cost the same for an oil change as my old V8 synthetic did 5 years ago. For convenience and speed I recommend Jiffy Lube, but for value and if you have the time to see your local mechanic.

I'm posting because this business is so caring and community-minded! Sure, they do a fine job changing your oil and looking after your car. They're fast and courteous..buy they are much more than that. I just returned from there. My daughter in law was scheduled to take her driver's test and her brake light was out. They immediately tried, and succeeded, in getting her car ready for her road test....which was thirty minutes later. They did not charge her for this kindness, and this was something outside of their typical car care menu! (As a side note, they also happily donated to their stag and doe last year...) If you want to support a business that is more than just $$, get your oil changed here. Such a nice group of people!!

Usually very fast and coordinated at this location. Only complaint would be they only change tires seasonally (Not avaliable as of Oct 25th 2021) and is on appointment only now, which at the other locations I went to, this was not the case.

Went in yesterday for an oil change on my truck, waiting maybe 30 mins before entering. It was busy. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. And even tho it was busy. They still did my tire pressure, washer fluid too up and air filter and wiper blade inspection. Now on to the prices. 148$ for a mobile one full synthetic A bit pricy imo but if you take care of your stuff it will take care of you.

These guys were great. Service happened immediately. Was told by another shop my transmission fluid was burned with an appropriate $300 bill. These guys gave me an honest assessment, showed me the fluid and gave me the correct information. I wanted to give them a tip for the service, but they wouldn't accept it. High level of integrity at this location, and I would 120% recommend you get serviced here.

Terrible attitude from guys, particularly the manager. Zero customer service. They broke the “dipstick tube” on my car and denied it. They approached me very poorly about it and show no remorse. By far the best place in GP for an oil change. I know--I've checked them all. The staff at Jiffy Lube are friendly and knowledgeable if you have questions but also work quickly and efficiently to get you in and out. Prices are excellent as well! I have a vehicle with synthetic oil which is usually much more costly than regular. I was pleased at how reasonable their rates are. Sometimes they even have special sale prices! I also know they work well with local businesses who have delivery vehicles. I always leave this place with a smile.
