Dereck is an artist in the craft of vehicle detailing! I brought my brand new BMW X5 to him to get a ceramic coating done, which extended to to a bunch of additional work. Let's start with the paint correction: the attention to detail was stunning..above and beyond what I expected. He treats the vehicles as his own and will do the job until its perfect, not just good enough. The before and after pics are mindboggling and really opened my eyes to witness how paint should look like on a new vehicle, not how it was delivered to me. My paint was so bad that Dereck spent nearly a week just correcting the paint and not once complained but accepted the challenge. For the ceramic coating..he accommodated my mix of different products and layers. The fact that he can bake the coating is a huge benefit as I don't believe anyone else in town can do it. This ensures the ceramic coating cures properly before you drive off. I got some other work done as well but the black vinyl wrap of my grill was truly amazing. He did the job so meticulously well that I have people asking me how this job was done so well. I could go on and on with the positive criticism but I'll stop here and just say that I spent hours researching and speaking to many detailers in town and I'm happy I chose Waxed Detailing Services. There's no doubt this is one of the best, if not THE best, auto detailing shop around. I guarantee you whatever car you drive, Derek will treat it like if it was his own. I brought in my new Model 3 right after taking delivery to have Derek put a paint protection film on the hood and bumper. He went above and beyond and also put it on the lights, mirrors and part of the fenders at no extra cost. He spent many hours (throughout the night, I'm pretty sure...) buffing and polishing the car to get rid of all the factory paint defects before applying the C-Quartz. The car looked amazing after it came out of his shop, and still does today. Any shop can likely do this work, but no other shop will put in the attention to details like Waxed Detailing. If you're on the fence about choosing a shop, do yourself a favor and choose this one, you won't regret it.

They have been able to clean my car up and fix things that I've been told can't be done even by detailers that I work with at my own dealership. My car has been seriously messed up by very amateur detailers, the paint was horrible, half-assed unfinished sanding and polishing amongst other issues. Dereck not only fixed the paint all around but also helped me apply one of the best ceramic coatings (C-Quartz Finest Reserve only provided by the CarPro brand to the most skilled and trained detailers) which keeps it glossy, hydrophobic, and very scratch resistant for years (with a guarantee). The time, effort, attention to detail, and overall passion for perfection is really worth it. My blue colour doesn't even look like the same colour it's so nice! I had break dust (rust spots) all over the car. Let's just say my car was more than overdue for a thorough cleaning. We were not satisfied with that amount, therefor we spent a few bucks with these experts and got it looking & smelling brand new. We went back and got an offer of 11,500! He goes above and beyond to obtain nothing but the best results for his customers. My car had some pretty nasty scratches even fresh off the truck (can you believe that???) and Dereck worked into the night to get those out (at no extra charge!) and the outcome was unbelievable! (before and after pics attached). He provides very professional services and delivers exactly what he promises at the price he promises. He is well aware of the money we spend for our babies and I can say that I got every penny back in the quality of his work. I highly recommend Waxed !!!!

In this day and age customer service with a smile is hard to find, but not here. I bought a brand new 2017 black Gmc duramax and the dealership washed it and swirled the paint quite bad. I did my research and went to a shop I will not mention as the technician there referred me to Derek and said if you are looking for perfect, he is the guy that can make it happen. Now folks, remember, you get what you pay for. The price was a little higher then other shops but Derek assured me my truck would look better then new. He was right. I don't think I've ever seen a truck that clean or that shinny ever. The paint was mirror like, as was the chrome. I was able to stay in touch with Derek via text the entire time and he provided progress pictures as the job went on. If you want the best job in town he is the guy to go see. Big thank you for making me love my truck again!

I got in touch with them Thursday morning in hopes of having my car polished and some cquartz put on in time for subiefest, the Saturday. They squeezed me in and worked late on my car to have it done on such short notice, the even dropped me off and picked me up. 5 star service and a 5 star job. Definetly the detailing service to go with. It was literally a night and day difference. The swirl marks that were on the car completely went away and 10 year old paint that had been abused came out looking like it had been newly painted, the depth and shine was impressive.

Incredible is an understatement to describe the detailing work Dereck does. He takes pride in his work and often time goes above and beyond on a job. I came across Waxed detailing a few years ago through a friend. I’ve use him a couple of times, with an Audi A4 and most recently brought a white dodge Ram that is used as an everyday truck, covered in everything from Dust, and mud due to working in construction right to copious amounts of dog hair and crumbs and of course remnants of that dreaded salt. Sure we’ve cleaned it here and there with our vacuum and soap and water. We thought it looked good, But once Dereck worked his magic you quickly realize that washing your vehicle at home and having your car detailed & cleaned by a professional like Dereck doesn’t even come close to comparable. Not only did the interior look like it had never been seen by a construction worker or any dogs let alone two that shed insanely. He removed a profuse amount of brake dust particles on the vehicle which that alone made the truck look brand new. There are very few words that would do justice to Waxed Detailing services and luckily once you see your finished product from Waxed Detailing, words aren’t needed. His works and dedication to customer satisfaction speaks for itself. Waxed detailing has truly redefined detailing standards in my books and if you are from the area, supporting this local business is one thing you will not regret

Horrible experience. Job not done as discussed. Clay bar and wax not done, bug splatter and other marks clearly visible that suggest no such waxing done. Paint felt rough and no smell of any wax whatsoever. Some wax spritzer used to give impression veh waxed. Will never go here again or recommend to anyone! Reaponse to owners attempt to spin the situation: : horrible job. Clay bar and waxing not performed as agreed to, false attempt by owner to fool client. Never using your shop again. Produce video like you claim to show work actually performed as requested and I will stand corrected .

Dereck really hooked it up with tinting my tailights. His method is definately the best as he uses a film that goes on top of the tail light which can be removed later on. Other shops charge an insane amount for a permanent spray . He is a perfectionist when it comes to his craft , from detailing a car or tinting headlights he takes his time and does it right.
