Update - my wife took the car back in and they cleaned up the salt free of charge. Had our other car done the same day and did a great job. Must have just had some bad luck with the first try. Had my car done here about a month back. Paid extra for the salt removal, looked fine for about a week and then the salt stains magically reappeared. Whatever they used just masked the salt stains and didn't really get rid of them - remember that this is in May so I'm not tracking more salt into the car at this time of year. Felt like a big waste of money to pay extra for the salt removal if they're not really going to take care of the salt stains.

De plus, mon auto est seule dans la cours, avec le moteur qui marche, les clefs dans le contact et les portes déverouillées. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils n'ont pas utilisé mon démareur à distance pour la faire marcher si ils en avaient vraiment besoin. J'ai cogné à la porte pendant 10 minutes avant que quelqu'un vienne m'ouvrir. Tout ce temps la l'auto fonctionne et est déverouillé sans personne quu jette un oeil. N'importe qui aurait pu partir avec mon auto. Quelle genre de sécurité que c'est ça? Puis un employé qui ne parle pas français me fait payer ma facture. Meme si je lui parle anglais, il répond à mes questions à moitié, en utlisant des mots courts, aucune phrase, et sans même vraiment répondre aux questions. Je n'y retournerai pas, ne serais-ce que pour le manque de professionalisme. Franchement.

They just put in a new automatic car wash, so I thought I'd give it a try. I like it a lot. It does a much better job then other touch-less car washes, it is a soft cloth car wash, and when I came out my car was perfect! The people who worked there were great as well, very nice and friendly. The price was comparable to the gas stations, but you obviously don't have to buy gas to get the good price.

Paid 60 dollars for an interior clean. Got our car back and there was still dog hair, dirt and stains everywhere. When I asked to speak to a manager the person informed me they were the manager and that it had been cleaned. I didn't see the interior of my car until I had already paid for the "service". When I mentioned that I spoke with someone on the phone the day before, and they had told me they do a spot clean for the carpets, they told me the person I spoke to on the phone doesn't work there..... As a single mother with not a lot of extra cash It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service ( one I had to save up for) and not get what I paid for and have to finish cleaning it at home. I would strongly suggest not giving these people your money.

Done full interior cleaning there recently. Salt was removed really well. However, their seat shampoo made zero improvement on seat stains (just dirt, nothing serious). Expected a better job for what I paid. I’d probably go there again to try a simple in and out. But not for seat cleaning.
