Je me suis tout de même présenté sur les lieux pour apporter mon véhicule (à 8:45am au lieu de 8am, heure où ils m'attendait). J'ai exprimé mes réserves sur la façon dont il m'a parlé au téléphone et j'ai eu droit à de lamentables excuses sur l'impact du covid sur sa compagnie ainsi que des insultes personnelles. J'ai alors cancellé le rendez-vous et suis reparti.
