I am taken back really. I have been a committed customer since they opened. I would go there at least 3 times a year to get a $15 vacumm. Sometimes I would splurge and get the $50 option. They do a great job, and they did the whole car.. generally it took a half an hour. It seemed like such a great deal that I even felt they were short changing themselves. I just called this morning and the man on the phone first suggested a full detail, I asked if there were other options, he suggested 2 other options. In the end I said I would call back when I have made a decision. When I called back and said I would like my usual $15 vacumm, he said 'we only vaccum the drivers side'.. I said it was quite strange to only vaccum one side of your car'.. he lost it on me. I wasn't even debating with him.. lol.. I actually believe that it was too good of a deal, and they need to change that. But he continued to go off on me. It would have been better if he either increases the price of a full vaccum, or let's the customer know what they will provide ...not just change it out of frustration. It's too bad.. because all of my other experiences have been good.

The 15$ package is too expensive for the service provided. I booked an appointment for 16:15 and arrived on time. The car before me was done and thought my turn came but no ... i find another car being drove in the carwash by the owner stating it "it won't take long it's just for an outside clean" . i waited and my turn arrived.the car was sprayed with water and cleaned with way too little soap. when this was done they vacuumed the car and that was it they left it wet saying it costs 5 extra bucks to dry it. the car was not even cleaned well the front windows had bugs stuck on them and the trunk was still dirty. for 15$ that's a rip off ... noting that the car is 10 days old only and thus was pretty much clean before entering their carwash. I do not recommend it at all.

Stopped in to wash the Nissan as it was filthy! Proceeded to put money in payment device only to realize you needed $5 to start the wash cycle.... any place else is $2-$3 to start. , I proceeded to wash the Nissan and before I knew it I was adding another $2 thinking that would be enough I'd I hurried. No it wasn't nearly enough so I added $2 more.. finally $11 later the car was washed. Not nearly as clean as I would have liked it to be but it looked better anyways I dont think I will go back anytime soon as the car wasnt as clean as I thought it would be especially after spending that much time and money to hopefully have a clean car when done.

i also brought in a very dirty car inside and out and dog hair! My vehicle looks like the day I bought it. The best part is there isn't a chemical smell and some places use so much armour all that I slip on the seat and my steering wheel feels greasy not Maple. Loved the detail my tires are black even the dust in the vents are gone. I'm so happy!!!

Appointments only. Really nice staff. Wiped everything down all that was touched. Follow all covid protocols. Suv looks amazing. I live rural and the vehicle was filthy! Dirt roads and coming out of winter... they had their work cut out for them. The right tools and techniques makes for an easier job than me trying to do it. I am super happy and will be back for the basic and book in our cars for a full detailing. Very affordable and happy to tip for the great care and service.

I would highly recommend the professional services at Maple Car Wash Inc. Rakka was extremeley professional, polite, and accomodating. The vehicle itself was detailed thoroughly to a high standard, without the use of harsh chemicals. If your vehicle is needing a cleaning, this is a great place to go!

I brought my car in for The maple package which includes inside and out total clean. My car was filthy and now it is sparkling clean. They got out every stain on my cloth seats. My car looks brand new! So impressed, reasonable prices and very friendly service! Highly recommend
