It does what its supposed to. Although I put a Toonie in for my time and apparently 3 dollars is the minimum. Probably my mistake for not reading everything, but it ate my toonie nonetheless.

Do not wash your bike with bristle brush, will scratch the hell out your paint, there never kept clean, low pressure on water , and when you change to soap, you wast 30sec to a min, waiting for it to change. very expensive.

Good place to go for a nice clean car.... I know what you're thinking when I say that! You're thinking well that's why you go to a carwash right? Well a few car washes in Kingston are good but then some of them.leave a residue all.over the vehicle then it looks like hell when it dries. Not nearly as shiny looking as when the vehicle was still wet!!Grrrr

Not impressed and probly won't be back. Only thing I was happy about was the water was warm and decent pressure. I spent $8 on a wash for our new SUV. Absolutely no soap came out of the gun and I dared not use the brush because it was filthy and probly would have scratched the clear coat. $8 later and my SUV still looks like I've been down dirt roads all day. From the ridiculous $3 minimum fee to the no soap to the dirty equipment, I highly DON'T recommend. Go to Suds for a quality wash, not here.

The coin wash is pretty good. It is the only self serve place in Kingston that uses warm water to get the dirt off better. They have vacuums, carpet shampoo machine, wet towels, Amor all pads, air fresheners. The only critisms I have and this goes for all of the car washes is that in this day in age with digital payment becoming more and more popular they should now have such vendor devices installed so people can just pull up tap their card and go. They also raised the price recently to 3 dollars from 2 dollars which sucks but I can understand it.

Convenient location along Bath Road with Vacuums, Car Scents, Tire air pressure machine and change bill acceptors available with excellent car wash bays available that have air drying available. Open parking area to use for hand drying your vehicle or cleaning it out as well.

**edit: after a week the DW40 smell went away only to be replaced with a mildewy stench as also mentioned by another reviewer (which I didn't see until too late!). They have an interior shampooer at this location but I dare not even try to use it. I'll have to take my car in and pay $$$ to be professionally shampooed bc it's enough to trigger your gag reflexes. Washed and vaccumed my car which was fine and no different than any other DIY coin car washes, but 1 star is because I used the fragrance machine and I really wish I didn't. Followed the directions to apply on the carpet behind the seat of my (brand new) car. Easy enough to do except it doesn't smell like cherry. It smells like staleness and DW-40 (Ugh, it's headache inducing). Save yourself from making my mistake and don't use it!

The owner of this coin-op has all the bells and whistles to wash your car, from vacuuming stations to full car wash's (pre-soak, soap, pressure wash, Brush wash, rinse, ionized post wash and hand held air blowers to dry your motorcycle, car or truck. I have visited this location several times with my motorcycle, my wife's car and my pickup and never had an issue. Noticed that if you do have an issue there is a suggestion box with forms to complete and the owner will get back to you next day or sometimes same day. Owner on site usually daily during the week, his name is Terry.

It has competitive prices, but be careful using the tire cleaner because too much of it can stain the body of your car temporarily.

Great central location. For most of the negative reviews it just seems like common sense to me to never use some of the weirder things (carpet spray? engine degreaser?) and also things like brushes (of course they will scratch your car old or new every single time). If you know anything about washing cars you'll need to get your own products (I bring my own carpet cleaners, interior cleaners, etc.) Otherwise the price is fair, vacuum works well, soap, spot-free rinse, dryer all work decently. Also have never had one single issue when bringing my buckets and hand washing (I always go at night so bays are not full anyways). Overall happy with it and I'll keep going back since it's close to me.

One of the best coin wash I have used in a long time. You can tap and use your Credit/Debit card if you don't have change. There is also a change machine outside. Facility is very well maintained and the water was warm which made cleaning a hassle free task.

This really is a great car wash. Last week I tried to change a $5 bill and it got stuck in the changer. I wrote a note and put it in the message box. I washed my car using the visa tap option. When I was leaving I checked the bill changer and my money had come out. The next day there was a knock on my window with a person from the car wash with a $5 bill in his hand. I thanked him and told him my $5 came out after all. Wow what great service!

I was there this past weekend and used their carpet spray air freshener. I chose the cherry scent, but it smelled like mildew that was coming out of the gun. My brand new car that I just got four months ago, smelled like mildew for days. I have a 2 year old and had to spray my whole interior with vinegar. I would say very poorly maintainted. Do NOT use their spray scents.

Stopped for a quick wash. Used the new "tab debit/credit" for a $5 wash... Said successful, but nothing happened. Money is gone from the account though. Used coin for another $5. Cold, low pressure water that took almost 45 seconds to produce soap. Never again. I'll stick to Sudds
