Halfway through the wash, the hose lost pressure and started spurting. Called the number listed above the paystation, and the manager came out, fixed the issue, and gave me tokens to make up for the lost time. Great customer service, thanks!

Awesome! I used the auto-wash. I got the most expensive wash, platinum plus or something like that, $14. I was amazed at the amount of water that was used. It was much better than the gas station touchless wash that I was used to for a comparable price. I'll be back.

Generally the equipment is well maintained but the biggest disadvantage is the water is not heated. For the same price I can go to Aaron Auto or Free Flow on rez with heated water (gets grease and bugs off way better.

This place does a great job with maintenance. The bats are clean, the brushes aren't destroyed and there's lots of soap with the pre-soak option. I've used loads of these places and Hosers does a great job maintaining their place. Highly recommended. They have a pet washing station and water cooler jug refill station as well.

Smart idea having a car wash and dog Wash at the same place if it wasn't so expensive. I used the dog Wash while my boyfriend washed the car.. cost me $7 for 5 minutes... Not giving me enough time to wash, soap, condition AND dry my dog. I'd rather go to Pet Valu and pay $15 for unlimited time and unlimited soap/conditioner.

Man ia very rude.....had to wash my truck and trailer off after work...loaded loterally 40 dollars in change in machine amd started to wash for about 5 mins..all of a sudden thenowner came out asked what i was doing...i said washing tuck amd trailer..he told me hurry up i got five more mins thats it that people are waitong...first of all..i waited for almost an hour like evryone else ..secondly 5 mins cause other people are waiting...then make a time limit fornyour wash..dont let it accept 40 dollars from people...it's a really nive wash but swrvuve sucks...i ended up leaveinf cause the guy was rude that day and gave me time limit..when i oulles out i still had prob 27 or 28 bucks in time left on there and half clean vehicle...i get that ither people need to wash there vehicles..hence why i was there as i needed same thing...but because im young he wanted to rush me so the elderly person behind me could get done and be on there way..whats messed up is i want my vehicle clean just like then ..dont get his rudeness at all ..he also doesnt clean his bays out very often..which the customers should do with the sprayer ..that being said ..instead of just showing up for five mins once a day..sombody should be paid to be there all day so they can rinse the chunks of ice or snow and mud etc down the drain....he has like 10 wash units that ar3 manual plus and auto car wash ..plus pet wash etc..and nobody to worj it all day..there is constantly change problems money problems etc ..run out of soap and have already paid money..u name it..most well setuo washes in belleville are the hosers..they are also the worst ran and he doesnt care as he kniws he owns that market here

We used the pet wash. It was a great set up and super convenient. It's in its own room that is heated and even has a rubber apron to wear to keep your clothes a bit more dry while washing your pooch. There is even a dryer there. You can swipe a credit card or use change. It's not for nervous dogs though.

Nice clean and tidy....for 10 bucks i used the lots of foam brush to scrub the thick gravel road dirt and then switched to the high pressure rinse wand and then to the spray wax...took me 10 minutes and the machine takes cash or card....also a hands free wash bay there

I actually enjoy this location.2 stars is based on the fact that the last 3 times ive gone here,and exchanged bills for change at their machine,it gave me some tokens which the change machine treats as toonies,but when inserted into the actual car wash,it reads then as a loonie,so I lost at least 2 or 3 dallars each time.Really frustrating.so bring your own change and that wont be an issue for you.Unfortunately it already took my money and made me angry,but that doesnt have to be you.

Used the Dog Wash area today. What a mess! The tub was full of water as the mat isn't seated properly and isn't draining. Our poor guy ended up standing in cold water the entire time of his bath. The water was cold for the first 3/4 of the time and too hot for the remainder and there was no way to fasten the dog's collar/leash to the rusted chain they have on the tub. The dryer was sad. My dog expels a stronger air current when he snores. Not to mention the dirt everywhere! I wasn't expecting a sterile environment but I also didn't think I would walk out feeling my skin crawl. First and last time we go there.
