Friendly staff with some cognitive challenges being gainfully employed. It is not quick, but it is very thorough. They do a fantastic job, and I will be back. Their prices are reasonable and well worth it in my opinion. Comfortable waiting room with free WiFi; just a great place.

Went there for the first time and had a great experience. Wonderful and polite staff. My car was so dirty that they had to wash it 2 or 3 times and it came out sparkling clean. Very reasonable prices as well. Will definitely return when in Kingston.

Good basic interior clean including vac and wipe. Noticed after they missed a few spots and left streaks but can't complain as they made a big improvement to the interior for only $17. A VOCEC business.

I had my car detailed today by the Car Cleaning Service at VOCEC and I can't say enough how impressed I (and my spouse who worked in the car industry for 20 years) am with the job they did today. We've never had it this clean before! There wasn't a speck of dirt anywhere after! Even gunk in the console and cup holders was gleaming!! Door frames and windows sparkled! I should have lead with the fact that this is a barn vehicle that had mud..LOTS OF MUD, hay and hair in it!! I hope they took before and after pictures!!! Whoever worked on my car today THANK YOU!!!! Your workmanship was impeccable!!!! We will definitely be nack and will definitely spread the word!

This place has great prices for detailing and does a good job cleaning the car. I had a few issues with picking the vehicle up. There was a miscommunication (my end and theirs) on the procedure at the end of the day and the vehicle was locked and the keys left in the store when closing. I had to take an uber home to retrieve a spare set of keys and return to pick the car up. I voiced my concern and left a negative review. The owner later got in contact and handled the situation very well. I was impressed with the way he explained their side of the story without assigning blame to me as well as explaining the steps they would take to make sure this didn't happen again.. He offered to pay for the uber which I accepted. I really appreciate a business that turns a bad situation into a good one and I can see hands on car wash is that type of business.

I bought an SUV & booked detailing, either I was mistaken about detailing or Hands On Car Wash have their own definition of detailing. Door panels were absolutely below par. Dashboard was barely cleaned. Salt on carpet did not get cleaned. They kept saying we don't remove stains on seats or carpets, we just vaccum inside (standard detailing includes it). There was dust under fuel lever. Headlights scales were not cleaned. Trunk had dust & pabels were stuck in gaps. On indicating flaws, they redid spot cleaning. I didn't have time to reclean interior on spot with pickup help. It seems they discriminate customers. Must check your car before payment, not worth the money & time. Disappointing experience, not recommended I have cancelled booking for my truck.

I'm having problems with this website, when ever i click on something, it doesn't open up for me...i use to go to this car wash/detailing, the only reason i stopped is because of the lack of getting me a spot in there. It use to be pull up and if there are people there you just wait for your turn. More then once they could take me right in. I presumed that this would not be ongoing. I was told to try just showing up as my changes would be pretty good. So i did and after 5 times being sent away i gave up...I'm wishing them the best of luck and i'll try booking again and we''ll see how this plays out in their new place. .. May 21, 2018
