I purchased a 2016 Cadillac ATS in Nov 2020, Unfortunately 4months later I had a major breakdown in the vehicle, not knowing there was still warranty on the vehicle. I called Mark right away, and he said he would see what he could do. Very shortly his service dept called me and assured me there was powertrain warranty on the vehicle and not to worry. Even though I was not going to fix my vehicle in Gannanoque Chev, because I live in Toronto, they still cared and provided excellent customer service to me. Thank you again! When I finally went to Gan Chev they took care of all the issues my engine was having (they basically rebuilt it), with the friendliest customer service I've ever had at a dealership. I love that they offered complimentary pickup service and I didn't even have to think about it. When the men arrived to pick up my car on a cold morning, my battery was lagging and they suggested I call to get it looked at while my tires were being replaced. Sure enough it failed the battery test and they went on a hunt to source the correct battery for my car. I use my truck like a truck and when I go hunting the dog rides in the truck. I have leather seats so they can be easily cleaned after the dog is on them. My wiper motor stopped working and I took it to Gananoque Chev to have it replaced. Bought a 2017 GMC Sierra. Salesman ( Ryan brown ) was fantastic. We liked that the dealer would pick up the truck and take care of the maintenance( oil change etc ). On one such occasion I returned to work to find the front end of my new truck looked like it had been taken off road ( had sticks/mud/ and grass wedged between the bumper and diffuser-as well as gouges in plastic-ALOT ). I immediately called the dealer to find out what the hell had happened but got the usual BS. I told the service manager to text me so I could send pictures which as soon as he saw them told me he’d take care of it. they told me they put new diffuser on and went over the truck. It’s been a few months but I still can’t get over it. To be honest I just don’t feel I can trust the dealership anymore and will move on to another. P.s they also tried to completely low ball me on my truck 9 months after owning it-just wasted half a day. The dealership contacted me and offered an independent shop to go over the truck as well as them a second time. I was happy with the effort they put in to make sure I was satisfied. ****UDATE**** - After emailing the service manager about my incident, he continuously tried to get intouch with me due to phone tag. He would not give up until he was successful. He wanted to make sure he could rectify the incident. I was wrong and plan to remain a customer. They really value their customers! Original review....Not happy at all. Very misleading. Asked to look at my rotors and brakes, they gave me a quote to replace everything and told me they were okay for a bit. Turned out I had no rear brakes, my rotors were shot and apparantly my e-brake fell apart and was clanging around in the rear wheel area....the very next day!! They told me after they never took the wheels off to check the brakes and rotors properly, just simply looked at them and measured the thickness. Not sure how they missed the fact that my rear brakes were pretty much gone! I've been going here for years because I trusted them. When I emailed the manager, I got no response.

My husband Russell and I just want to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service they provided for us. We have been traveling from our home Newfoundland for the last month and experienced some drive shaft problems with our 2004 GMC diesel truck. After calling CAA and receiving very prompt towing service from a Gananoque towing service we were handed over to Gan Chev late on a Friday afternoon. Larry (Shorty) and all of the wonderful staff looked after all of needs, going so far as to offer us space in their parking lot due to the fact that our truck has our truck camper on it and that has been our home away from home during our travels. They ran an extension cord from the dealership, offered us a car to use and even offered to buy us groceries if we needed them amazing!! A part was ordered from Woodstock, delivered to Napean, picked up by Gan Chev by 8:30am Sat. morn and installed on our truck before 10am the day after our break down. We are still traveling and enjoying an amazing adventure and will be forever grateful for Gan Chev's outstanding attention to customer service.
