The owner is two faced pontificating con artist.this carwash.the wash is filthy and recycles its water from previous washes.two employees could care less how clean your car is reguardless of the tip.MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING!!! I would advise going anywhere but here....the rain washed my car better.

Today was my first time to Splash express and I have to say, BEST job hands down I’ve ever had. The staff was so friendly and paid attention to every single detail. It’s been a while since I’ve washed my ride so they had quite the handful to work with. Outstanding job! I don’t think it’s been this shined up since I took it off the dealer lot!!! I will be back and only place I’ll go from here out. There’s something about having a clean ride that just makes you feel good. That mixed with excellent service and quality is an awesome experience. Just spent $14 on a car wash. My SUV is only one month old, so no grime. There are still bug spots on the hood, front grill and bumper, and the windshield. There is soap residue on my grill. At least 4 Guys were cleaning my vehicle from different sides with hoses and scrub brushes. I could’ve done much better at the car wash myself and spent four dollars. If I could give them a zero I would. If there was a spot for me to post a picture to show you, I would do that also. I’ll never return.

I use the self serve carwash. They have good equipment but they don't give as much time for your money as others. The guys that work there are always friendly and the premises is well maintained.

The workers obviously have a bad attitude. No sign to say "when you pay"!! So I asked "do I pay at the end?" and he just said "Pay here!" No please, thank you, nothing! They don't want to be there. They did a poor job. Just used brushes and missed a lot of grime. They take no pride in their work. Then they just sit down and mumble and act like they don't care. When I was young I worked at a car wash and had fun. I will not go back there. The manager obviously does not know what he is doing if he allows this to happen. ---- UPDATE! Yes, this place has changed for the better. They are doing a great job now, so I changed my rating fro 1 to 4 stars.

They have cut their time down from what it use to be. I just to be able to wash my truck for 3.00 I was there yesterday, 10-7-21 to wash the same truck and it cost me 6.00. I have found that the carwash on Phoenix behind the quickie gives one a longer wash time with a more powerful spray.

Best car wash I have been to in YEARS!!! I commute 3 hours, five days a week and had a months worth of bugs collected. They got ALL of them off! The guys are very professional and hardworking! **Just a little side note.. They literally hand wash your car without you having to get out and wait. With two littles, one being a 12 months, I find this very convenient! However, this means it is not a place you can just drive up and through. You will have to wait, but I promise it’s worth your time!**

The DIY wash works great, it's clean, and safe area. $3 you get good basic wash, $5 and you can real get into the details. Vacuums are OK, not the best but they do the job.

First visit-paid for next to the top car wash, with light bug removal, left with bugs on my vehicle. Second time paid for top notch car wash heavy duty bug removal was told by attendant that my car looked really nice, decided to get out and check, there was still bugs all over the front of it. Third visit went to self wash, there were signs advertising spot free rinse all over the car wash turned it on spotless rinse, it did not work at all. When I went to tell attendant he said we do not use spot Free rinse here, we use regular water and I said the signs are advertising spot free rinse, he said I will give you a refund but you should ask before trying it.???????? Third time is not charm. I'll find another car wash and recommend you do the same

Nothing to be done about long lines but the younger guys working were more focused on their phones which slowed the process. Total time spent was 33 minutes. The young man that was supposed to dry my car barely took notice of the job and looked at his phone the entire time and just casually ran a cloth here and there over the car. Definitely not worth $22 The older gentleman appears to be the only one of the 5 that actually does his job.

I was hired part time by the guy Ralph just on Saturday and sunday due to me having another job... I worked about a month there and I got all kinds of good jobs , your a great worker and always asked was I coming back the following weekend until he asked how much I made at my full time job . I told him my pay rate at my full time job and about an hour later he sent me home and never called me back ... I wonder what Id did wrong I don’t know if I was making more than him or what but it shouldn’t be like that .. Absolutely a great place to get your car washed , hands down one of the best on the river valley but Ralph is a dirty guy ... I don’t hate him or nothing I just know who the guy he really is

After a long day on the interstate & several weeks without a good wash, stopped in for a full service wash. I was greeted by the owner who was working side by side with his employees. I felt like I was in a NASCAR pit stop ... they attacked my truck from all sides, thoroughly prepped it before the wash, kept after it even while it was going through the touch less wash system, cleaned & dried my windows, made my tires shine, hand dried it and then I hit the vacuum station. OUTSTANDING customer service & a great job!

Went today for the first time in a couple months. Looked like all new people working and one yelled, "That's all I want to do is wash another F'ing truck". Heard it again with the truck behind me pulled up. They started scrubbing my paint without wetting it down first. F-bombs the whole time I was there. I will never, ever go back here again. Started telling people about it and they all mentioned cases of scratched paint from this car wash. Stay away!
