Staff is pretty rude but hey, they work at a gas station. So did I, but at least I tried to have some kindness. However!!!! The car wash is good, but the wait is a killer!! I know touchless takes longer, 4-6 minutes a car, which is the sacrifice you’ll have to take not wanting the soft brushes on your paint but blahhhh! You could be sitting here for 30-60 minutes at times! They really need the owners to invest (1-1.5 million that is) on another one in town or even in the region. This is the only touchless one that belongs to Petro Canada. There’s another touchless but it’s at the Canadian Tire in St Catharines. But man!!! Business is good but painful if you’re the customer. If you check out the pictures. Red car at the end was at 11:02am. I left for a coffee came back 3 cars behind the red. In the second picture the red is now finally making it to the door to go in next, it’s 12:24pm. 1:22 min wait ????

My dad was trying to buy 2 lottery tickets (one pick-3, one quick pick) in a single transaction after spending 6-7 mins in line. After requesting the quick pick, the staff there told him he had to go back to the end of the line for the quick pick. It would have taken 2 minutes to ring through this simple purchase. Instead they want him to wait another 8 minutes in line? This is a completely idiotic policy. We won't be coming back.

This station is has been out of premium and mid grade for months. They regularly run out of diesel and pumps will end up broken and not be fixed for weeks at a time. Staff seem blissfully unaware of how to fix the problem and just give canned answers on when the problem will be reconciled. This station needs a management overhaul or if is a franchise, then it needs a new owner, one that care about his/her property.

One star because I can't do zero. Bought a car wash. The scanner wouldn't scan my ticket. Screen wouldn't work for me to punch in my ticket manually. The guy behind the counter wouldn't give me a refund only another ticket that may or may not work. He also wouldn't give me his manager's info and told me to go on line and find it myself. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. I will not be going back.

I took it to customer service on the back of the card and they say to bring it back to the place we bought it which was this petro-canada, and they absolutely refused to refund it after I had spent over 500 dollars here and had been going for a year. Purchased a basic wash and it left my rims very dirty. The attendant told me that I needed to purchase the works package so I offered to pay the difference, was denied ... They would only give me a rewash. Why would they give me the exact same wash when they admitted that it doesn't clean your rims? What kind of car wash package doesn't wash your rims? The carwash at this location is horrible. It leaves several parts of your car dirty especially the rocker panels, mirrors and back hatch on Suv's. Tires and rims are less than 50% clean on The Works package. Do not waste your hard earned money on this service. The reason for the 3 stars is because after taking pictures the attendant gave me a rewash ticket for the Petro Canada at Wellington and Southdale that is not a No Touch. She only gave me this because I was taking pictures of the poor results. At least she finally did though!

The staff here are always super nice and friendly. I was trying to get air put in my tires by their car wash, but the cold weather here in Fort McMurray caused the cord to stop working properly. I asked for help and they were more than willing, sad I didn't catch their names. The store staff are always friendly, the PK's kitchen staff are super awesome, and especially the guys at the car wash station, they helped me get air in my tires haha. Thanks so much! They're also one of the few places I know in town that has a free air pump, most gas stations charge for that service.

Love this place, the staff are friendly and nice, and I’ve been using the car wash here for many years, they usually dry off the car at the end no matter which level wash you choose, except for today, there was nobody there to dry. It’s usually a nice feature. They also have an interior car cleaning service, but I have not ever used it myself so I can’t give a review of that portion. Would be great if they had a monthly subscription based car wash like some other places, maybe that will happen some day.

Need a car wash but no gas? $2 extra. Thinking about cigarettes? $18 a pack. I've reviewed over 20 places in my travels across Ontario, this particular gas station/convenience store has been my worst review despite me being a neighbor to it. They jacked the prices up once the variety stores nearby closed down. I walk away after hearing the high prices ($3.99 for 1 litre of pop), but the smiles on the employees faces show that they either don't know or care about customer satisfaction. I refuse to spend money here in fear that this mentality will spread.

2nd time going there.... 1st time i was sold what was claimed to be "94 octane" and that bikes in the shop because i thought it was the bike. Second time i brought my girlfriends bike there. Same "94 octane" and no this bike barely made it home now has a major misfire. Both times i tried taking the gas back and asking for a new tank. But the owner was very persistant that I move the bike off the premises in a rude manor. Dont not recommend going there for motorcycle gas. And i wouldnt go for the service either.

Mix review here. Some of the staff is very good a quite friendly. Other staff, especially during the day is generally lousy. They have diesel here which I need. The car wash here is very good and I believe the only touchless Petro Canada car wash in the area. A little more attention to detail on the supplies outside would be helpful as well.

The car wash used to be good when it was a touch car wash. Now that it's a new machine and it's touchless it is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. It also breaks down a lot for a new machine. It is not worth the money at all. RIP old car wash you were the best. The vacuum station on the other hand is probably one of the best gas station vacuums I've ever used and it takes interact flash. Update: The photo is from when I used it March 2021 and it has hands down taken the award for worst wash job I've ever had.

The self service car wash was very outdated for the cost, there's no timer so you don't know the remaining time, no foam would dispense from the brush, and when switching modes it takes a long time to change, wash bays are dirty and unserviced, but they have a sign alerting of a increase of cost, but nothing has been renovated. You'll pay the same as a rubber ducky wash but not the same service.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I only ever stopped for Gas here once, & I surely never will again! I purchased the car wash after buying gas and the attendant asked me. Mind you he was not polite at all. The car wash was so aggressive on my SUV it damaged my passenger rear-view mirror. I went inside and told the gas station attendant, they seemed to not care at all, made me fill out a big form and said the owner of the Gas Station will review it and contact me. 2 months later, still no call. I am a busy person and have no time for ignorance, disrespect, damages and bad people so I simply will never return here again, had it been a larger issue I would have taken all necessary actions. This is an example of someone being a liar and corrupt. They want us customers to pay, but they will damage our vehicle and not reimburse us restitution? Nefarious and draconian are the only words to describe that!

This is one of the stations with a "Super Wash - Touch Free" carwash. (aka the ones with the arms that go around your car, and you are NOT pulled along a track.) If you're getting a car wash go here. Although it is busy sometimes. On top of that this station usually has cheaper gas than the stations right near the University.
