Went in to get an oil change on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Technician was friendly and helpful. I had all the materials already for the oil change so it came to just over $50 which is very reasonable. Would definitely go back in the future.

Ok so there are two things to review here, first off the car wash is poor as the other reviews mention. But if you get serviced you may get the wash for free, and what do you expect from a free wash; not much that's what. As for the service it is very quick and efficient, just pull in wait 5 minutes in the car with your kids and oil change is done for a reasonable price. But I could not understand a word of what was going on or what their intentions were for my vehicle. I only acknowledged them shouting when they needed me to start the vehicle, and again when they needed me to turn it off. They did show me a visual of the oil at the proper line and the clean filter they were installing. I also got to choose the oil. Still could have been a little clearer but overall speedy service and I did come out with all my fluid and tires 100%

I don’t know how to rate this. I can say this. For 15 minutes of my life I’ve never spent so much for an oil change, ever. I’d give 5 stars to the efficient of the worker and getting me out, once I got in, fast. Was 30 min wait to get in. For wait time compared to my oil change. I’d give a 2 Star 1 Star - to the price. I was asked synthetic and then charged for the 5L my car takes to their system. 4 stars - It’s winter so the store was well kept. After it was done I got 3L of windshield wash top off. I paid the over priced bill. There is a base price and then the oil then the filter. For the amount of time it took to do my oil change and if they did my car in an hour. I’m still shocked that I was charged for the windshield wash. A sticker for 5000 km printed off as the order was being completed. I had to ask when the next change was. The guy didn’t take the time to scrape the old oil change sticker off and put the new on. No options on price, really no option on oil as one was offered. Oh and if you look did to the side. It appears they have a station setup to drain the residual oil out of the containers into other containers, which he checked to level and seemed like he was going to use and charge me for oil that was already charged out and spent to clients. What a way to make an additional 10 dollars on 1 L bottle of oil and charge the exact same to the clients.

Went to have my winter tires switched over to summers and an oil change. The shop called me to inform me they couldn’t find the master key to take off my tires. The tire and lube guy at this shop was the last person to use the master key as they put my winter tires on for me and I haven’t switched them since and wasn’t even aware there was such a key. Therefore, they lost the part and never offered to replace it or even give me a discount on my oil change. My car is a Honda so I couldn’t even go to a dealership in town, leaving me to drive to Edmonton (ruining my tires) to replace the key they lost. Now I’m driving down the highway and my skid plate is hanging and dragging on the road because the lube guy doesn’t know how to do an oil change properly. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle somewhere else.

I’ve always had fast, great service here, but today was exceptional. I was my car here once a week or so and went in this morning, to find out the internet was down to the machine and they couldn’t accept my payment. There was a lady coming into work that hadn’t started yet and took the time to help me and give me a free wash. Awesome!
