Once again. I have liked this place but they are so inconsistent. I went to get my car washed complete inside and out. There as garbage left on my dash. Dust on my dash. My mirror wasn't wiped. They didn't vacuum. My back seat cover was left exactly like I out it to see if they would actually clean under the cover. That is one hour of my hard earned wages to keep them employed. I'm never going back. Ever! I am so angry half a mind to turn around and take my fiat 500 back there and tell them to actually clean it. Washing my car mats and wiping one window and washing the outside which is automatically done, isn't what I'm oatingt for. I can do that myself only I was hurt and couldn't do it this time. So disappointed. F××××ing waste of money! Seriously I took photos but Google won't let me post them. Of how dusty my interior is and how dirty it is After the wash.

Awesome place.. very very quick and detailed. For only 24 bucks they washed inside and outside of my vehicle.. floor mats floors , Windows, vacuum carpets wipe down everything including door jams. They were literally done in 5 minutes and it would have took me well over an hour.. can't beat it for the efficiency... and I've only got the basic interior exterior wash and am quite happy.. I would imagine the higher packages are amazing.. anyway I would suggest this to anyone..

Awesome car wash only wish I could have had a little more time spend on the inside doors and the trims. I could see the effort though. Perhaps my car needed a different package in order to feel the car was completely cleaned. It was a fair job though. The staff was very respectful and very coordinated. I will definately return again.

Unless you want your paint to look like somebody went over it with a giant sander please don't go here. It completely ruined the paint on my car and my mom's car, the cost and time it takes to correct the paint is enormous. These guys are the paint butcherers.

Went here today for an Ultimate package paid $27 including tax and got a free car was within 5days. My main reason to go was for interior cleaning as it was some what dusty and some gravel on my mat. I’m very happy with the exterior car wash. But the interior job could have been done better. They got most of the dirt on the mat but parts of the dashboard were still dusty. I don’t expect a detailed job but would just expect a basic cleaning to be done properly. I’m not sure if I’d go again for the interior cleaning. But the exterior was a good job.

I take it back. Almost 30$ and my back window was not cleaned for the second time. Too much money for what you get. I took my ride to Welland Ave carwash in St Catharines! Everything was better. They seemed to take a little longer but didn't miss anything.

Haven't been here in close to 20 years. New owners of course now. Seems like everything is being taken over these days. Wasn't really impressed. Rude staff with no manners and no smile. Pulled out onto street and there was still bird droppings on rear window and some grease on the bottom of the car doors. And car wasn't completely dry which left water spots. 2 stars given only because at least my tires and rims were cleaned properly and tire shine put on. Also, just a tip for you detailers......when vacuuming a vehicle out, hold the hose away from the finish of the vehicle. I watched you vacuum a vehicle out in front of me and the whole time, the hose was dragging across the paint of the vehicle. Don't do that, it will leave scratches in the clear coat. I wont be back again. Maybe in another 20 years, maybe!

I was told about this place by a friend. Was recently looking into having the truck detailed, but decided we didn't want to spend that much on it. These guys were awesome, quick vacuum, mats cleaned, exterior cleaned, and everything wiped down in less than 15 minutes and under $30, you can't beat that and the truck looks like we just drove off the lot! terrible company!!!1 I've been going here for years and years, i went to this place on the weekend, and they damaged my windows on my car, and wont take responsibility for it, instead there asking me stupid questions like " do you smoke in the car"? im not a smoker at all, this happened right when i got home and noticed it from the car wash, i cannot even see out of my front two windows. terrible staff!! be careful. Also noticed two things missing from my front console, so be careful for thieves as well because they arent truthful at all!!!

I took my friends company car in for a detail today they asked me what is wanted I said and in and out car wash they said the good on or the best one I said the best one please & went and sat for 15 minutes while they cleaned my friends car when I got back into the car I had to ask the person who just cleaned the inside of the car for the towel so I could clean up the center console that was still filthy, then I left . After driving away into the sun I actually started to notice that for the $27 I just payed the car wasn't even clean at all there was still finger prints all over the windows the dash wasn't even wiped neither were any of the doors, nothing was done ! So I called and or one to the owner who told me to come back so he could see after I just wiped everything down myself, he said that wasn't a detail you payed for I said I know that but my windows & dash wants part of the car being cleaned for you best clean he said ya I said well nothing is done he said well if you already cleaned it how am I gonna see . Very poor service ! They dont even clean your car at all for the $27 ! The owner is very rude !

I just went today to wash only the outside of my Jeep Cherokee. The guy at the beginning told me the cost was 9 dollars and some cent. At the end of the wash, the guy who collects the money said it was 14.00 because it was an SUV. It did not say that on the big sign and it was not what was said at the beginning. I will not go back, as I think they are gouging.

They’re definitely more about quick than clean, I got a full interior and exterior clean with engine cleaning for 226$ For my 2010 Dodge Ram, but when I got home I had to get out the windex and clean the bugs of my windows and mirrors myself and not to mention they didn’t even touch the box of the truck so again I had to sweep it out and clean it myself. The stuff they did clean was good but they missed a lot

Firstly, if you haven't been there in a long time, it's different owners. I paid twenty something dollars and tipped them (before I saw my car) to get the interior cleaned and exterior washed and dried. The interior was dirtier when they finished than it was when I got there. This was 5 months ago but my original review was removed so here it is again, just a short version of it. I'd rather drive to Welland and have my car cleaned properly as opposed to EVER letting that place touch my car again.
