$12 for a hot shower, you can't go wrong. The 4 showers are newly built they get cleaned in between each customer, included are full sized towel, face cloth, floor mat, shower stall also have a soap dispenser. The restaurant is currently under construction, The staff were very polite.

Excellent and fast Customer Service They have everything you need when you travel. All gadgets for your phone and car. Great selection of food. They have salads, breakfast hot sandwiches and Pizza. Lost 1 Star because as Vegetarian they only have a Vegetarian Pizza which is very good but it is never ready , you have to order it and wait 7-10 min and as Vegan option they only have hummus and pretzels snack. But beside the Store there is Subway . You can also bring your own food as there is a seating area with microwave.

I'm a long distance truck driver so I'm here regularly. This place has the worst customer service during the day. There was a line up from one side to the other. One person working till. 5 people behind the counter plus the manager over eating lunch watching the line up get longer tempers getting flared. This is just one visit. How about sitting in fuel line while customers are done fuelling and shopping in the store....of course there service is still slow now big rigs nearly lined up on the highway to get diesel. We are now buying DEF in new liskard so we can avoid this truck stop.

I came here on a Thursday evening just to use the shower facilities. We originally went to the Husky travel center in Saint Catherine's because it was closest, but they wouldn't allow showers for anyone other than truck drivers. We have used Flying J in the past and loved the experience, so we decided to drive an extra 20 minutes to this location and we were so glad we did. The people were friendly, the wait was short, and the showers were spacious and so clean! We will choose Flying J over Husky 10 times out of 10.

Just going to say it, BEST GAS STATION IN CANADA, and I travel one end to the other non-stop. Showers are as hot as you want for as long.g as you want, and they're crazy clean seriously. If you wake up in the massive parking lot with tons of room for semi trucks and any vehicle, go inside and the staff is so damn nice, they'll put you in a good mood instantly.

Went to have a shower, they said it would be about an hour. They took my number to call me when ready. After an hour I went in to see how much longer, my number had passed and they said I'd have to wait again. I lost over an hour and don't have time to wait again. It's a sure way to annoy you're customers having them wait then not bother to call them. Not happy!

Avoid this place like the plague. Rude staff. Posted signs taped to the mirrors in the men's washroom " No face washing, no teeth brushing permitted, hands wash only" . Take my money for some of the most expensive fuel on the highway and not offer me the decency to be allowed to wash my face and brush my teeth before going to bed. Where am I supposed to do this basic necessities when I'm driving a truck? Shame on you Flyng J.

Truckers, avoid this place as much as you can. standing in a pond for fueling during the spring. no def pump working during the winter. 20% chance here or there not working. today, all their pumps were broken. im on a pump for more than 6hrs now. still no one can fix it. 1 star for frendly staff, but this is the worst flying J in north america.

I always love stopping here on road trips. The selection is wonderful and it's a nice place to stop for a bite to eat and a refresh. It's one of the better "gas station" type places to stop in Western Canada. You can get a hot meal, snacks, and whatever else you might fancy for a long road trip. Highly recommended.

I stop at this centre every time I take this route. The gas station has everything you could possibly need. And the centre features a subway. I find the gas prices to be lower than elsewhere. And it's always nice to take a break from driving.

Stopped by on June 8th, 2019 -- there is no longer a Denny's Restaurant here. But they do have a restaurant which mostly serves Indian food. I ordered a potato samosa with some eggs and coffee, and spicy Indian sauce., It was good! The female host/server was very polite and wore traditional Indian clothes ;)

This is a new stop, while we could see it from the highway the turnoff is tricky. They have gas, subway and a store.

A gas station, a mini-mart, a truck stop and even a station for filling tires and radiators. It is very well situated and organized so that there is plenty of parking and excellent traffic flow through. If you need a quick break from the highway, this is close to the town of Hope BC, where you can find most major banks and restaurants, a theatre, a park and a grocery store, several hotels and a few liquor stores. It's no luxury resort, but it fits the bill for pragmatism.

I just wanted to share with all of you this remarkable experience in this travel Center , today 10/23/20 I was waiting for a shower . The cleaning person was out for lunch and guess what the manager saw me standing around waiting for a shower and this great manager decided to go himself and get it clean it for me . This truck stop has gone from one of the best in the Golden Horseshoe, to one of the worst. They should have bent over backwards to keep the Denny's. The hot-box food is a horrendous ripoff, as per the included picture. 6 miniscule chicken tenders and old dried-out onion rings cost $14!!!

Completely indifferent staff after several issues trying to pay for diesel at the pumps. Very difficult for large non commercial vehicles to get diesel as the pumps have poor access for anyone towing a trailer unless you go to the commercial truck side. Nice store but going to take my business elsewhere from now on.

Edited review... 2 years ago the staff was awesome... My time here this time not so much... Needing to lay over for the night for gas, was told this is a truck stop not a car stop.... Trucks are allowed to stay the night but i wasnt. Even though 5 yrs of traveling not once were we told we were not welcome over night At ANY flying js(even tho we just purchased food and drinks).. We traveled in a station wagon and took up only one normal sized parking lot....id understand if i had a huge trailer or and rv and try to stay in the normal parking but no.......It was so upsetting that instead of put the 50$ in my tank here and getting our shower and coffee before hitting the road, we tanked upat the Esso across the street..i will not be using this flying j for a long long time.

This Flying J is a good store with good service, my only complaint is that it's not big enough. 1st, very often there are trucks lined up to get fuel, so not enough fuel islands, also these trucks end up lining up throughout the whole parking lot so the parking lot is not big enough either. Lastly, there are only 4 showers, it's time that this place begin to think about expanding and updating some of their services.

Omg was that food disgusting. Of course the price should have been a tip off, but wow. Their hotdogs have some filler that feels like tiny plastic beads. I imagine it's probably ground up cartilage, but I fear it's worse than that *shutter*. The horrific flavor was actually the best part... it was the texture that had me gagging. Despite the extremely low price, I felt I had to say something. To their credit, they didn't hesitate to replace it with something else. I chose the pizza. Big mistake! Whatever unfortunate animal went into the hotdogs must have crapped out whatever went on the pizza. One bite, one spit... then I was gone. Convenient one stop shop with friendly staff, but wow... that "food" is not worth the risk

I would normally give 5 stars to this place but during COVID is different. Too many bodies allowed in at once and too many coughing customers, many masks not pulled over noses and no enforcement. Tell customers to pull them up or leave. It's not like they have other options close by. I walked out today without a purchase. I'm not sure if staff have heard but there's an ongoing pandemic and it's going off the charts. I'll take my business somewhere safer. My parents lives may depend on my responsible choices.

More than just a gas station/mini mart. This place has anything your car might need for your trip like wiper blades, straps, bulbs, diesel and gas engine oil (in large containers), a radiator filling station, etc. The food is hot and fresh with lots of healthy selections, they even have a large section of dvds, cds and just about anything you wouldnt expect to find at a gas station. There's also a subway, and a little movie theater with rows of cushion seats to watch TV. The washrooms are huge, open doors so you don't need a key to wait in line, they are well kept with very private stalls. It's a must go to. P. S. I use to work in an oil field service company in Alberta where I visited many flying js, they are by far some of the best gas stations in the world.

This is the only Flying J north of Toronto / Mississauga on Hwy 11 south of Nipigon/ Shuniah. The store is on the smaller size, but they do stock most of the essentials for the road. A&W burger joint next door if you prefer something other than what they have, mostly a small selection of burgers and pizzas. Good selection of coffee, just as you would expect from flying J. It's always a little chilly out here, and in winters the parking usually gets slippery. Almost everyone here speaks French and English, in case you would like to brush up your french.

The people working here to clean things up like showers etc are not motivated. Slow and not good cleaners.. the place is nice but the crew .. 5 showers were doors open and not cleaned in the morning and the parking was not even a ⅛ filled with trucks..
