This was a pretty bad experience. The water pressure was equivalent to my garden hose. The pre-soak option Donnelly even put soap out, the forming brush did have soap but it was more water than suds. I've been going there for years but it seems like they have cut too many corners now, I won't be going back

This has been my car wash for 10+ years. Convenient, always clean, and most importantly, always works! Warm/hot water in winter. Lots of trash cans. Great spot Tip - try to limit the use of brushes at public car washes to preserve your paint!

Everything was fine except the foam brushes weren’t working (it was just like using a wet broom, no soap or foam) in the second wash from the street. Looked like they weren’t working in two others as well that had cars in them.

Have had many problems, with bays swallowing coin & of course wash doesn't work, when u call the phone # to log complaint , no one follows up, no refund , it's a piss off... When the system works, it's a fine wash .

Good coin car wash. It starts with four dollars and you can pretty much get a quick car wash. I go there few times during winter so I can clean the mats. I never had any problem with vacuum or soap. I have not used the change machine yet. Everything seems to work as it is supposed to. There are lots of parking spots to dry your car. Very well lit place.

This carwash is great for quick visits as there usually isn't any line ups. They have a self coin carwash and a vacuum area. There is also a change machine on the premises if you forgot to bring some. Its open all year long and there is lots of free parking.

A little disappointed that they only had one working vacuum and it didn't even have a strong suction. I had driven up to a machine only to find coins jammed in the slot, looked around and the other machine had the wires hanging out. When I finally found one and inserted my money, the vacuum wouldn't even pull pressure on my hand. The property was clean which is why I've given a 2 star rating, but without working vacuums, it seems like a pointless car wash to go to.

Came here over a year ago decided to try this wash agian and must say very disappointed. Foam brush no soap came out or bare minimum not enough pressure from the spray gun Please fix this owners

Terrible place. I have been there twice to wash and vaccum my minivan. First time, the vaccum I used had no suction, so I lost money. Second time, the car washer timer ran so fast, I bearly got to soap my van before it stopped. Will not be going there again!

I hope to improve my rating on another visit. This was my first experience here, I didn't even bother using the car wash as people were complaining they kept feeding money in, but the machine wasn't working. At least someone was coming to return money to those who lost it to the machine. One of the vacuums didn't work at all, another didn't have the attachment at the end, and the third vacuum had little suction. There was enough suction to collect rocks, but not to pick up pet hair. Overall, the trip was a disappointment. I give it the second star because at least the garbages were cleaned out so cleaning out the car was still manageable. As I said, I hope the next visit in a month will be much better.

If you love your car you need to visit this place to have awesome time with your car. This is not well advanced and well equipped but for few bucks it is offering enough. You can have your good cleaning time. If you have dirt and bugs stuck on your bumper recommended to keep your bug removal spray with you. Don’t forget to bring your own microfibre clothes to dry your car. I didn’t use vacuum as I did at home. I went there on evening and it was not that busy. I have checked reviews and people say equipments are not working and dirty , but I haven’t seen anything wrong.. there is machine which can give you coins. Earlier it was not working but now they have fixed it. Enjoy your car wash!

It's an alright place... Just don't use the brush on the paint because it's definitely not used for that... Only good thing is the pressure washer.

Washing pressure could be increased to get tires clean. As a professional washer the washing wands should spray up and down not side to side. Soap isn't as foamy and/or strong enough to get grime off.

Typically a positive experience. On my last visit the vacuum was not functioning. The other one the vacuum tool kept coming off. Additionally, the last bay on the left had no soap. Lol. Not a good day. Unusual for this place as previous visits have always been great.

Good, clean, family-run car wash. Can count on this place, everything works. Owner on-site several times a day and they're the type of folk that wouldn't hesitate to make things right if you had a problem. Nice parking lot with lots of room to dry off your car.

None of the vacuums works, I tried to call them and no one answer me. I lost $3 trying to see which vacuum works but not luck. I know is not much but it’s annoying. Really bad place, is not in a good condition. They have machines to dispense stuff to wash your car but also no one works. ???????? I’ll give 0 stars but is not a option for it.

2 days ago I went to wash my car. I put a 10 dollar bill into their change machine and nothing came out. I called the number on the wall and left a message telling them what happened and my info. I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

The change machine hardly works. I put in bills but it just spits it back up. The soap the brush dispenses is minimal. Owner is some old guy that seems to be clueless. You're better off to go off to a different city because all manual car washes in Niagara Falls don't even hit average standards.

Old broken machines, terrible soap, pressure washers missing tips and falling apart. I keep my truck very clean and it cost me $20 to wash my truck with no change to vacuum due to their terrible equipment and product. I will never be coming back. Wouldnt recommend whatsoever

Old broken machines and smelly water. Rinse cycle still has soap in water. They probably recycle the same used water for months.

Run down place. Don't waste your time or money the soap if any is no good. The vacuums are all broken. What a waste of time. Who ever owns this place does not care about it. Soap brushes look old and worn out probably do more damage than good.
