Delta Sonic has set a standard for me that no one here can match. You need to open up a branch here, you'll make a killing.

27 degrees outside and the kids here are working with water hose/sprayers to get the layer of salt and grime off vehicles before entering the conveyor belt wash. There is a package that can be purchased here for unlimited washes for a few dollars a month. I got the $15.75 wash, which came to$16.20 ish after taxes. The wash is good for five days. So if it snows tomorrow or the next day I can get a free wash. Not to shabby for $16.00 There is a drying area were the Delta Sonic folks use airbrush hoses and clean towels to finish off your vehicle. This service is free. You may tip based on how well they do if you like. It’s always busy around 11:30-12:45 and 3:00 - 5:00 PM. Oil changes, air, gas pumps are offered here. They do offer a vehicle detailing service as well.

I use to go to Williamsville location. I never had any complain about the wash but this location is terrible. My car was not cleaned well, rear mirror was dirty after cleaning and stain from the snow-water was not cleaned at all. I will never go this locaion.

I’ve took my brothers 2008 Nissan Altima and my 2009 Honda Accord to get an interior detail at two different times. And I was not satisfied at all with their cleaning. And paying $120 you expect it will be professionally cleaned. But honestly they just do what you can do at home for only less than $10 just buy the soap and leather shiner. There’s still stains that can be removed with a little bit of scrubbing but they don’t even bother they just pour a little bit of car seat soap and then pour water and vacuum it. It’s NOT PROFESSIONALLY WASHED OR CLEANED! And floor carpet still dirty just like they only poured water on it. And I hate mostly delta sonic the one on Seneca by ridge rd. That one is just AWFUL! Their washer deep scratched my hood and the sides. And their detailing is HORRIBLE! And the “1 hour interior detail for $99” that delta have as a “Deal” is just complete nonsense, $20 more dollars and you can have the fully interior detail but that still sucks also. I like taking my car to this place on main st to have an exterior wash only but everything else? And I DO NOT GO TO THE ONE ON SENECA AT ALL CUZ THEIR WHOLE WASH IS AWFUL! It sucks and do not recommend it to anyone. Take your car to a real professional who will actually professionally clean your car.

I go to the Niagara Falls location and I have to compliment Derelle ( please forgive my spelling) on the way he treats me when I get my car washed. #1) Smiling....and doesn’t act like he hates his job... #2) My car has a weird hatch problem where water gets released when I leave. He is happy to spray it out for me and I appreciate that. 3) He treats the cars he does like it’s his. This guy deserves a raise along with this praise. I’m 63 years old, a former teacher and this young man will be successful in whatever he chooses to do. Delta Sonic should be happy to have him.

I like to get full synthetic oil changes here. I usually buy vouchers for oil changes during their christmas sales (you get a gift certificate to Applebees). The gift certificates are restrictive, but this is a great value if you can use them. A few years ago it was only $50 for a full synthetic but the last time I got the vouchers I think it was $65, which is a similar price to other places. Their new oil change process is strange. Now they have you pull your car into the shop and they work on it while you sit inside. The temperature isn't controlled in the shop, so this is an uncomfortable experience in the winter and on hot summer days since your car can't be on, so I'd suggest going only when the temperature is comfortable enough to sit outside for 15-20 minutes.Every time I go they try to get me to buy a new air filter (I'm a woman, I think the only time they didn't try to sell me this was when I was with my father). The oil changes also now come with a super kiss wash, but I would not recommend getting it. My sister and I have both gotten super kiss washes here and both of our windshields were ruined by some sort of film that makes it difficult to see while using the wipers. It wasn't a slight haze either, it was to the point where I could barely see while driving in the rain. I've tried to get it off but haven't been able to. I tried new wipers but the haze is still there. I mentioned the super kiss wash to the man who installed the wipers for me and he said that he has had several people with that problem and that he had already told a manger at Delta Sonic that there was an issue with one of their cleaning solutions, but obviously nothing was corrected. I considered getting a new windshield but haven't because of the cost. Two years later the residue has lessened but is still there. I don't know if they've changed their cleaning solution since as I haven't washed my car there after the windshield incidents.

Specifically asked for windows in my truck to be a priority as I have carpal tunnel in both hands andis verydifficult for me to do. Very disappointing to see the job that was done on interior express detail. I had previously vacuumed the interior myself so they could concentrate on the windows getting a good cleaning. This was not the first time I've been disappointed with the detail shop.

I have to say the car wash experience was great. The workers ,from the girls who collect the money, to the cloth dryers were all pleasant and kind. We tipped well. I think sometimes the boys pull the cars in too close to each other. My son had an accident when a women's car hit the backend of his truck in the middle of the wash! I was not happy with the oil change people or their work. They were unprofessional and rude. All my tire stem caps were missing when I got home. I didn't realize I had to go around to each tire and check if they were put back on. They must have a pile of them in the garage, since a friend of mine said that has happened to him also. We know we won't be back for an oil change. The car wash section is probably a safe place to spend your money, if you slow yourself down to not be too close to the car in front of you and let the boy wave his arms frantically. You won't have and accident, if the car behind you does the same.

My explorer has a huge face so it ends up with a lot of bugs. I just bought the unlimited wash and went through it twice but bug splat was still present. Overall very happy with the service and pricing. I think if I don’t wait till the bugs to dry up on the paint, it wouldn’t have been a problem.

I normally have a good experience at this location. My last visit was for gas...there was none. Maybe it was a one time deal. The attendant was polite. I'll definitely return but it was a real inconvenience to drive to a Delta to get gas and there was none. Next review will hopefully be better.

Often times businesses look down upon women when they enter, but Alan was super helpful, and got the services done immediately! I highly suggest going in and asking to speak with him! I went for an oil change in September I was already an unlimited member getting a 10$ discount on oil changes being an unlimited member making my oil changes $49. The older black man who serviced me that day offered me a promotional price if I paid an extra 35$ plus my 49$ I would get oil changes at no other charge for a year. Of course I took the deal. I then contacted everyone I knew and told them of this awesome deal. Well today I went for my first "free" oil change to be told there is no such thing. My total is 49$. I then called corporate to be told by a woman named Noel repeatedly I wasn't told that and I was charged for a premier club in September giving me discounts on parts. My car is 7 months old still under warranty I dont need discounts on parts. In September my car was 5 months old. There was another person in my car that heard what that man sold me. Noel then tried to make it seem I was getting a deal when in fact I'm out money and the verbal binding contract that man sold me is not being held to.....on another note their car wash is trash. Does not clean your car. They push you through so fast how can a car get properly clean.

This is one of the priciest Delta Sonic's for gas in the region, and there is no excuse for it costing $0.15 more than the Delaware location a few miles away (as one example). This location has about 5 times the number of pumps and it is always packed. The entrances/exits are in terrible shape and even if you approach them very slowly you will likely damage your car. For a business that is car-centric, I cannot understand why this has not been fixed for several years now. They have the feel of a flagship location with multiple vendors and a large footprint, but seem to have forgotten about customer service and competitive pricing.

I gave them 2 starts because the prices are unbeatable on the other hand the service wasn't that great. Were from Canada and we stopped here, my boyfriend and i, so he can have his car washed and shampoo carpets and cleaned the windows we waited almost an hour and a half when they said it'll only take 20-30 mins. The car was nice a shiny. We stopped at auto know parts and noticed the back and side windows were all smeared looked like they didn't even try. The Mats were soaked and could still see soap.. bottomish of the car was still muddy. No wonder it's so cheap there. The workers don't even bother trying. My boyfriend asked for the seat conditioning but the dude said it wasnt worth it. I would think getting paid by the hour would make them work harder and better... guess not.

Water spots all over my car, I had the interior cleaned as well no problems there except I sat waiting and waiting for my car meanwhile I watched people who came in well after me leaving. I finally asked someone where’s my car they went looking for it returned saying oh it’s been sitting in the front ???? I don’t know know how to accurately review my experience and I don’t even know if my complaint is valid due to the circumstances. Here it goes: 7:55 I pulled into parking lot, waited in line. 8:15 I finally reached the interior detail shop because you guys were busy. 8:20 I purchased a 1 hr. Interior detail after getting approval from the manager because it was getting late. 8:35 (in the waiting room) A younger guy wearing regular clothes approached me and said, - Him - “are you the customer having the 1 hour detail done at 8:30 at night” - I said - “yes, why?” - Him - “ well, I work here, I’m just not working right now. I have to tell you this because they won’t. When customers like you come in at 8:30 for a 1 hour detail that means they won’t get done until 9:30, even-though we close at 9pm. - I said - “ I sat in line for 20 min and If they didn’t want to clean my car this late they could have told me that” - Him - “ All I’m saying is that we don’t like when customers come in this late. I’m not saying that they’re not going to do a good job or that you shouldn’t come here anymore but now they’re probably going to be here until 10pm.” 8:50 I complained to the manager 8:55 the gentleman working on my car came to me and apologized. 9:16 my car was complete. I want to give 5 stars to the staff that was actually working on my vehicle and handled my situation professionally. I want to give 0 stars to the younger guy who harassed me, after making it clear that he was representing “Delta Sonic”, off duty.

Visiting a Delta Sonic really changes your mind about how gas stations should be. Has cheap gas (cheapest in area usually) a nice car wash (really recommend the $30 a month unlimited super kiss), and good food. The pizzas are great, but the normal crust is a bit too thin for my tastes. The employees do a good job, and if there ever is an issue they help with resolving it. I can't speak of the mechanic shop, but from other reviews I'd assume it's also good. Considering it's directly on my route from home to school, it seems I'll be a regular for years to come. Oh and don't be that guy who doesn't tip the people who wipe off your car.

I have always tipped the workers to try and give them a extra ascentive to do a better job but it doesn't help...Especially when they apply the gloss and half ass wipe it off and all it does is streak, car and windows are always streaky like they never change up their rags... Always very very disappointed... I don't even know how they have stayed in business this long... Its not rocket science to wipe a car down..

I get the 15 dollar super kiss wash. It's not worth what they charge. The pre wash from the kids is done with no effort and half ass workmanship. A person would think with all the staff helping the vehicle would be spotless. Not the case.

The kid pulling cars in for interior cleaning does not know what he is doing. He pulled my Mercedes in half way in the belt that pulls the cars thru my front tires was rolling and the back tires was not because he didn’t pull the car in properly on the belt when asking him why did he do that he said oh I didn’t know after looking at it and still did nothing. The kid should not be pulling cars in if he doesn’t have the proper training to do it right only at this location ????‍♀️????‍♀️????????‍♀️

This place is super untrustworthy and they try to scam you. They don’t show you the menu with the price options but instead some worker is telling you off the top of her head their most expensive options. They also overinflated the price because you get a “free” extra car wash. Its not really free when you are paying $50 ($38 internal and $9internal) for a car wash. If you want to spend a lot of money this place is for you!

I brought my car to be washed yesterday after my husband drove out through a swarm of bugs. When Nick started to dry my car he realized that there were still many dead bugs on my car. He sent me back through and radioed ahead for a manager to clear the way so I could get back in the line. That manager then used a squeegee to clean the windshield and then the washer used a hard spray to clear more of the bugs. I returned to Buick and he used a sponge to get the few remaining spots. Went to get my oil change that I pay as an addition in my unlimited plan. Um they said I only get ten off because I don’t have the upgrade part. Um I showed my receipt but the guy said ten off. Delta besides gas is a pure rip off. I even discovered ALL this time I never was receiving the gas discount within that “the card”. Every time I went in the store to pay for gas they would scan the card. Nope discount was never being applied and I had this for at least three years. SMH. Sad, but it’s likely of delta sonic because they care about ripping customers off. Royal here I come.

I spent about an hour today cleaning out my car and using their new and free vacuuming area. It's nice to be able to clean more fully and use the vacuum as you need it. Afterwards, I went through the car wash with my unlimited wash membership. The upgrades they've done for the car wash are great, such as extra treatments being applied in-wash so that the car drying option can truly be optional. They also do interior cleanings with or without a membership

Their gas station (which had two food stands; Dunkin Donuts and their Brick Oven), does NOT enforce a MASK rule. I was in line for Dunkin, and there was a woman w/ a small child coughing and not wearing a mask. I went up to a worker and asked him he had access to a mask. When he said he didn't, I asked him to talk to the manager which, he did not. I went up to the register for the actual gas station and relayed the issue. He stated that they couldn't ask her to leave or put a mask on ???? I'm sorry, but you guys need to be outed for this one.

LUKE!!! What can I say about Luke? I can go on about him but I’ll try to keep it short. Well let me begin by saying that it was a pleasure to be greeted and serviced by someone so professional such as Luke. He provided such phenomenal customer service and although his Sales pitches were on point, he never made me feel pressured and still was very courteous and kind even after I declined the many Sales offers. It’s extremely uncommon to find such great customer service nowadays but when it’s given, it kind of throws me back because I’ve learned not to expect it. So I really take it to heart and I appreciate the service by providing a great review. Luke is wonderful and he is an asset to your company. He really represents your business as if it were his own. The unlimited car wash pass is not so convenient when you have to wait 15 minutes or often times more to get your car washed. Thats my only "gripe" with Delta Sonic. Lately, I have gone to other self car washes to clean my car the old fashioned way, defeating the purpose of a monthly pass. But, i'll deal with it for the time being.

Went for a full interior detail recently and added on the headliner package. Upon picking up the car, it looked like they spent 20 minutes with the car. The vinyl in the front of the car was wiped with the shiny protectant while nothing else was clean. Upon getting home, I wiped part of the front seat and part of the headliner with a damp cloth and it turned brown with only a few wipes. They offered to redo areas that were neglected (most of the car) but was very unhappy I had to go back there and deal with the whole process again. After the second supposedly full detail, the car was better but was still disappointed. The trunk, headliner, and shelf above rear seats looked like they weren't touched. There were grease smears all over the clear plastics on the console. FYI, DeIta Sonic will not clean your seatbelts, "company policy". I payed over $100 for a full detail because my car needed it. For this kind of money and the 4 hours they supposedly need with it, this was awful. Now I'm stuck cleaning the car myself which I should have done right from the beginning. UPDATE: I originally gave one star but the customer service has been very good trying to rectify my original experience and I'm now more satisfied.

Come here to have other customers try to cut you off and skip ahead of you in line for a car wash, they'll get off their cellphones and on their horns to let you know that their time is more important that yours. Make sure you leave your standards at the entrance because once your car comes out of the carwash, it is wiped down in very briefly leaving streak marks everywhere. The mirrors, windshields, etc. If your car is even a little bit angular they won't get into it and wipe the excess water so when you get home you have water marks all over your car. They have literally never wiped the underside of my mirrors and water will always end up dropping from there to the fenders. All these marks make you wonder if they import water from Flint, Michigan. The Delta Sonic off Niagra Falls Blvd is significantly better, but you will still have the same issues, just to a lesser extent. Come here to get your car rid of snow/salt to prevent corrosion and instead get scratches in your clear coat. The issue here isn't the individual staff, this place clearly promotes quantity over quality, they want you in and out. Go to Buffalo Car Care or any place that gives a damn, they'll charge more but at least you get a clean car out of it.

Have been coming to the Main Street location for a long time. Over the last year the level of service has taken a huge nose dive. After coming out of the wash to get my card ride, it took the detail crew outside 1min 38 secs to start drying my car because apparently talking about their schedules and their plans later after work were more important than drying my car and getting a $5 tip. Then once they finished drying my car, I pulled away, got out of my car to check it out. They neglected to dry my back window an entire back end of my car. This isn't the first time that these kids don't dry your car off properly. I don't expect everything to be 100% as that would be a lot more time consuming, but at least do the basic stuff that you're supposed to like at other Delta Sonics. A week later I went in to use the bathroom and had to wait 20 mins because there was a line. When I finally get to use the bathroom, the bathroom was disgusting. I had a wipe down and clean the toilet seat off. Lining the toilet seat with toilet paper wouldn't have been enough because there was stuff on it from the last person who used it. I spent 3 mins cleaning the toilet so I could use it. When I sit down to use it there's a knock on the door by somebody else demanding to use it. Told them I was in here for a few minutes, they continued to Banter and curse. Then I get another knock on the door a couple mins later by the security guard checking up on me. I appreciate the welfare check after 5 mins, but let me finish doing what I need to do. At 9 mins, I'm finished and I leave the bathroom and I'm mediately get harassed by the security guard telling me I shouldn't be in there for so long, that there were 15 people waiting. There were no line of people waiting to use the bathroom when I walked out. The security guard continued his banter and got in my face about how I should take my business someplace else from now on. I sent it to explain to him how long I was in the bathroom along with specific times and how discussed in the bathroom was and that if I did not have to clean it to begin with I would have been in there for less time. He told me it didn't matter. I walked away and ask to speak to the store manager. I was letting the store manager know of my experience with having to use the bathroom and dealing with the security guard. The security guard overheard part of the conversation and came into the conversation and walked up and got in my face, chest to chest about the issue trying to be a tough guy and instigate a physical altercation. Then the store manager came and intervene and the security guard continued and then eventually backed off. I tempted to let the security guard know my concerns and what was going on and what was not acceptable all because I had to use the bathroom and then I'm being told to take my business elsewhere by the security guard because I apparently spent an extended period of time in the bathroom. 9 mins in the bathroom is not an extended. Of time. This is very very disappointing. I come to this location and spend money almost on a daily basis because I spend a lot of time on the road. I'm not coming back here again for fear of the stool pigeon security guard giving me a hard time about doing any kind of business because I might spend too much time in the store. Delta has definitely lost touch with it's customers. That's too bad.

I stopped going to delta sonic awhile ago due to a bad experience at the one of the locations in Buffalo, when I found this location I was a little hesitant but went anyway and if it wasn’t done right this was my last straw. Let’s just say I found my new place. My car was cleaned perfectly and the staff is very attentive . I told one of the girls Samantha about the experience and she made sure that my car came out perfect so I wouldn’t feel like I wasted my money. I dropped off my abject disgrace of a vehicle here and slunk away in an uber so nobody could judge me. To be clear: dog hair covered every inch of the interior including the ceiling, there was mud, gravel, and possibly the beginnings of shrubbery in the footwells, and the fragance was such that when I rolled my windows down to air it out nearby cars swiftly rolled theirs up in defense. While I enjoyed being immune from designated driver status for months on end, finally I could not stand the rolling den of depravity one more minute and I figured before I light it on fire and consider it totalled let's see what Delta Sonic can do. They must have used witchcraft to transform my irredeemable vehicle into one that could drive the pope himself around. I do not understand how it was physically possible for them to achieve this miracle within the laws of thermodynamics and the bounds of the time space continuum. I checked several times to make sure this strange new vehicle was actually mine. They must have weapons grade vaccuums. Either that or they just flat out reupholstered my car. It's the only logical explanation. I remain astonished, and I will certainly be returning! Thank you!!

Generally your interior cleaning are quick and sub-par, but Sabrina who did my vehicle did an excellent job. She paid attention to detail and made sure everything was touched and perfect. I was very impressed with the time she took to make sure my vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. I've had the unlimited interior for quite awhile, this was the best cleaning I had. After what seemed to me to be an onslaught of Sand Flies and their desired offspring of Biblical proportions, I was at a loss as to how to remove the flies and the MILLIONS of green and orange pin head size dots from my ENTIRE windshield and front of my car. I was smart enough, having never experienced this before; not to use my windshield wipers. A friend said take it to Delta Sonic, you will never get them off. So off I went attempting to see thru the multitudes to Delta Sonic. After requesting a wash from Sam and Tatyana, who were most KIND and HELPFUL I went thru with the wonderful assistance of Luke at the 1st pre-wash pressure wash. I was then asked to drive off to the right so that I could receive the SUPER Pressure Wash to hopefully remove the would have been offspring of these flies. Mike was determined to get every last one. It boggled my mind his determination to free me of my concerns. You see the end of the hose was practically on the glass and those minuscule things would not let go. But Mike persisted and Saved the Bat mobile.(from the front it looks like a bat mobile, atleast for me it does) Lori joined us assisting me in backing up so I could resume a place in the wash line without incident. All went smoothly without a hitch after I shared with her the awesome people she has at this Car Wash. Up until now I had received superb service and to my relief that level of service continued as I was power washed again by Colin as he guided on to Charles who would point me to the right direction into the rails. Both Colin and Charles were generous with their smiles, allowing me to Finally begin to relax. And there it was the GREEN GO light. Relieved the worst was over I moved to the drying station where I met Dev. I was grateful the end was near. I had a question for Dev so I rolled down my window. He finished off the process by wiping dry the window after I rolled it up. It may seem small but it meant a lot to me. How many times at a car wash have you wished the drying person would follow thru. This attention to detail reinforced the amazing customer service I continued to received. I went on to vacuum what I could of the interior. Austin came by to make sure all was well. He graciously listened as I told him of a concern I had with the vacuum cleaner nozzle leaving a dark marks on a rag I attempted to vacuum clean once dusting the dashboard was done. In the process the nozzle attached itself to my shirt leaving the same black marks. He immediately took notes and assured me he would look into it. Now you might think I was done. But, no, I received the best way to leave this amazing journey thru a car wash! ;) I had to go in to purchase some thing and there to my wonderful surprise was Letrice. Her smile was contagious as always. You see I had met Letrice at a different Delta Sonic location. It was the PERFECT ending to what I thought could have been disastrous. Everyone was at their highest level of customer service anyone could ask for. I know I will be back there again, and again, and ... Thank you all for easing my fears and giving me the ability to smile again. This car wash is average compared to others I have visited. My vehicle is usually pretty clean, not spotless though. The wait times can sometimes be longer than average though. Just be sure, if you're going to get your car "detailed" there.....to instruct them not to put all that slippery, slimy, shiny, Armorall-type stuff on your dashboard! Dashboards come from the factory with a dull finish for a reason: so you don't get GLARE off them!! I bitched at head office and they gave me a couple of free carwashes AND oil changes.....but it was a stupid thing for them to do in the first place. Their excuse? "Many of our customers ask for it." Insane. Why not put slippery stuff all over the brake pedal, too!

First lady holding the hose wasn't to focused on getting the water she was spraying actually get on the car. When the got me from the waiting area, there was still bird poop and wax writing (from them) on my window, and no air freshener as requested (which they said they put in, but when I checked it wasn't) What Delta Sonic can do to make it better: supervise people paid to spray water on cars in pre-wash area, or simply eliminate that position if they don't actually get the car wet in the process. Have a supervisor in the detailing area to make sure no cars are released until all Delta Sonic was instructions are wiped off car windows, and no visible dirt is on car (e.g. bird poop) and air freshener that they offered customer at beginning of the process actually makes it into the vehicle.

I've been a customer of Delta Sonic for 20years. The Niagara Falls location is terrible. During the remodel I tried to avoid this location, but I am disappointed to see the remodel did nothing to address the waiting area, and the inability to visit the store for a beverage. The unlimited queue lanes are now a longer wait than the attendants. During my last wash, the people pre washing the vehicles could care less about actually get the grime off the back of any vehicles. The people wiping off the vehicles don't care. They barely wipe the glass. Everytime I go to the drying lanes, they ignore the recycled water streaks on my rear window and back of my SUV. Leaving the wash there's huge potholes that are full of water, so that splashes up too. Maybe Benderson could spend some money on training, and asphalt maintenance.

THIS REVIEW ONLY PERTAINS TO THEIR CLEANING SERVICES. Please do not take my review as a reflection of their automotive services. I have never had an issue with their automotive services. TL;DR: Delta Sonic's cleaning services lack one thing: attention to detail. To provide some context for this review, I frequently detail my own car. I have gone to Delta Sonic a few times when I didn't want to detail due to time constraints or the weather. After going a few times, I now feel that I am able to give an honest critique of the services they offer. I have purchased both the 30 minute detail and the 60 minute detail on a few occasions. I never expected to be blown away, but even with lowered expectations I always left unsatisfied. Ultimately, the problem is that I end up paying 30 - 60 dollars so that Delta Sonic can spend 30 minutes to an hour doing what I could do in 15 to 30 minutes and do much better. The service they offer is not worth anywhere near what they charge for it. My biggest complaint is that there is no attention to detail. During my most recent visit, I paid for tire dressing and they forgot to put it on. They also forgot to put in one of the scent sticks that comes with the detail. While I understand that might seem nitpicky, they also did not clean the gauges, the stereo, the ac/heater vents, the steering wheel, or the rear view mirror. What they did (kind of) clean was not done well. The vinyl did not look like it was particularly well done. After I got home, I grabbed my detail kit and spent a little less than 15 minutes redoing everything and cleaning all of the aforementioned spots that they missed. After less than 15 minutes of my time, I did a far better job than they did with 30 minutes of theirs. Now I'm left scratching my head and wondering why I paid $30 for a service so sub par that I literally had to redo all of the work. So to all reading this review, I recommend you buy the following (I use meguiars): - A Vinyl Cleaner - An interior quick detailer - Mirror/Window cleaner - A microfiber towel. All of this can be had for less than $20 and will last a while. Spend 15 minutes, sit in your car, and just clean the areas that draw your attention. You will save a boatload of money and after 15 minutes, will have done a better job than Delta Sonic is capable of. I would say use their service every once in a while if you don't like to or cannot vacuum your own vehicle. Their carpet shampoo service is also great to get once in a while. Just do not ever expect anything other than a mediocre result. I will not use their services any more, and I would not recommend them to a friend outside of vacuuming/shampooing carpets once in a blue moon.

I love summer time in Niagara Falls, but I absolutely dread going through the large cluster of gnats and other various flying insects on the south grand island bridge every night coming home from work. Its safe to say I had over 9000 dead insects on my cars grill and windshield. I decided enough was enough and I took a trip to delta sonic and was greeted by Jimmy D and WOW! was he great. Jimmy helped me sign up for the monthly car wash program and even suggested ways for me to keep my windshield protected from those pesky insects by using rain x products on My windshield. I cant say enough of how wonderful my experience was. I will no longer have to worry about cleaning off these bugs and will have delta clean it for me!

BEWARE. They will lie to you. My car wash was closed for almost a month yet we were charged full price for the wash. They offered free interior cleaning. Terrible. Management is terrible! 8am went in for oil change and tire rotation. Took them 2hrs to complete. I was the 1st in. The place is a joke . GO to the one in Amherst or Hamburg. Put in a complaint spoke with the manager and was guaranteed I would have my oil change refunded for other issues that occurred. No return calls. DO NOT go here for an oil change if you have a newer car! I brought my brand new car to their lube shop for its first oil change and they ruined the bottom of it. They man handled the splash guard, braking it to gain access to the oil pan and instead of replacing actual screws that they had taken out, they decided it was a better idea to use zip ties. The man doing the oil change was cursing the whole time. I will never be going back to this place.

The entrance and exit is difficult and create a traffic. There is no side entrance on the street next to it which would probably help the traffic flow better. The machine seems to be washing the car better than the one located in Amherst. Super lane is not a super fast lane just like any locations. Non members gets in faster for some reason.

I go here multiple times each week for car washes and to fill up on gas. Today Diante asked asked if I could answer a few questions and write a review. So here it is, this place is great always fast service and everyone is very helpful. All of the food is great, although the Dunkin Donuts could improve their speed significantly everything is up to par with the quality of the product I get at any other Dunkin Donuts. Every Delta Sonic employee I have ever encountered at this location and all other locations always have provided exceptional service. They give you attitude if they cant scam you into their monthly plan or superkiss wash and even if they did your car will still be dirty after going through. cheapest wash is $10 but not worth more than $5. We left David Chevrolet Buick Car Wash Club after 3 years. Cost was $32.00 per month. Started Delta Sonic Super Kiss Plus plan about 6 months ago. Greatest ever, no extra cost. David cost us extra every car wash to get additional things done. After every wash at Delta Sonic we get into the drying station where Colin is. He does twice the job of all other employees at the Niagara Falls location. We are so glad we switched to Delta Sonic!

When she came back she did apologize, but after that her communication was poor and she took over five minutes to say we were good to go. People are not following the instructions for which line to use for carwash. Unlimited members are getting into pay lines and then instead of staying in those lanes are going straight to the unlimited gates. He was very polite and even did a few small jobs that I didn’t ask of him. I really was thankful for that. Paid $125+ for a 1-hour express detail service today. After two hours I finally asked if my car was ready because I noticed its been sitting in the back untouched for a while. An employee walks over to check my tag they put on my car and informs me that it hasn't been started yet. I AM LIVID!! He then ask me if I would like for him to get someone on it immediately?! OF COURSE! !! Why am I even here in the first place!! ! What I can't understand is how out of all cars my car was sent to the back to sit? Worse experience ever!!! And to top it off I was not offered any discount for my EXTRA LONG wait, my patience, or my money! !!I am now running behind for work and cannot complete the other errands I had lined up as well. TEARS OF ANGER!! !

Just was in on Monday for two new tires, I was in and out super fast and the salesman helped me find exactly what I was looking for, I had no idea what I needed and instead of being taken advantage of I got what I thought was a really good deal. Horrible experience and customer service. Some worker was detailing my car and when I got my car back my window tint was chipped and it looks like a right triangle. The worker said he thought it was “tape” on my window so he took a knife and cut off my tint. I went to the supervisors and they said they aren’t responsible for any damages. Very poor customer service and now you guys costed me $400 on top of $100 for your horrible interior. Very disappointed.

The drying stations are I need if improvement. My car is never properly dried off. Tire gloss is rushed. I really kept this package through the winter to keep salt off. Considering discontinuing this monthly fee during the summer months. Service is mediocre.

This is for the service department. I did not think human beings could move this slow. They were five guys mostly just standing around the service bay except for the inspector who moves so slow it was beyond comprehension. When the guys in the service department they were standing around did happen to Santa across the service bays, they did so at a pace that was breathtakingly, unbelievably, slow. When I told him I need an oil change and inspection, the service department seeing less than enthusiastic about, well anything. I thought perhaps some of the guys standing around even though they were moving incredibly slowly could perhaps perform an oil change while the inspector was inspecting other vehicles but this line of thinking was met with a confused stare. They tried to say the tent on my factory vehicle was too dark even though the same vehicle has been inspected in numerous years at the exact same facility and no changes were made they then told the street lie to my face at the ruling had changed in the last year speaking with the New York State police and the New York State Department of motor vehicles this is not true the people at the shop or just liars. In addition the noise levels in the area where I had to wait were certainly more than 85 dB above which hearing protection is required. I have contacted the Niagara county department of health and the occupational safety and health administration you should be hearing from them shortly. There’s a lot of heavy construction going on in the area.

Car wash is always great, but my last experience at the dunkin donuts was anything but positive. Hashbrowns didn't taste normal, too much creamer in our drinks, we received none of the flavors we asked for and no sweetener in mine.

Jah-zier is honestly one of the nicest most helpful employees I’ve ever met. I go there pretty frequently because I Uber so I get gas/washes and every time I go to get my coffee he greets me with a welcoming smile. (I have edited with update but will leave with 1 star because if your not the type of person to speak up ypu may get ripped off)I decided to get the wifes car detailed,steam cleaned and shampoo the seats, carpet and floor mats 1hr and 15min later it looked like they did something. everything was shining and smelled good once I got home I noticed the spots missed ... every light colored piece of trim/ door panels/ door sills and seathe backs werent cleaned they were sprayed with that shinny crap and wiped down which left the dirt or grime evenly distributed . I took a damp wash cloth and made clean design's all over each piece to show them when I return. They missed so much vacuuming and the shampoo didn't really do much I assume they spot cleaned be the carpet and seats because the majority was bone dry and looked no different . Over 100$ wasted yes I am going back when I have more time to waste to get it rectified and then never again. Edit: The manager was pleasant, and seemed upset that it wasn't done correctly, offered to redo it and gave me a coupon for free a detail. Outcome: Seats are much better carpets much better and all the dirt/ grime is gone from the light colored plastic/ vynel. He admitted that it seems the guy didn't do much cause everything came out or came clean with not much effort. THEY NEED TO WEED OUT THE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE JUST THERE FOR A PAYCHECK AND TIPS, DETAILING IS A REAL PROFESSION FOR SOME AND THOSE WHO DON'T HAVE AN EYE FOR IT SUCK.

I had the basic interior cleaning performed. There was still dirt in the compartments of my doors, the rugs needed to be re-vacuumed, the hard surfaces were not cleaned...they were barely wiped down and the windows were still dirty. Not happy at all!

Had an employee named COLIN D. (from the Niagara Falls Blvd, location in NF NY) dry off my vehicle on the morning of 06/15/19. I was concerned about possibly having to go through the wash again due to bug guts on window, however he was very attentive, took a wet sponge and cleared them off windshield without my having to mention it to him. It’s the little things that matter. As such, in my opinion, his performance was outstanding. Thank you Delta Sonic.
