I got in line to use the car wash and the attendant was washing the car in front of me. He did a very poor job of quickly rinsing off the car as he was the only one working. Then I noticed as the car was going in, that the car wash was broken and he was just driving it through the car wash manually instead of having the track pull the car through, which I believe would damage the transmission. Also, the foaming soap from the top of the car wash was broken as six nozzles were there but only one was dispensing soap on the side of the car. It looks like their equipment is very rundown and a number of things were broken. I didn't want to trust my vehicle to their car wash so I left. I would not recommend anyone go there.

I got full interior and exterior wash. The exterior was normal but the interior is a joke. For the money they charge they wash nothing inside. Everywhere you touch still has dust. The carpets are not properly cleaned only vacuumed.

Always do a great job with my car. Only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because every time I go there, I have to wait for a long time for the front office guy to take my payment. Alot of the times, my car is washed and ready yet I am still waiting to cash out! They need to have a designated front office person especially when it's busy.

I used to come here all the time and the last two times have been awful. I will not be returning. Almost an hour on a slow day and terrible finish. Car looks as dirty as when I got here except I've wasted an hour and $30. Utter B.S.

Terrible service. I paid for the premium interior and exterior which is supposed to include trunk, however the staff failed to clean the trunk out, even after I politely told them they can remove any bags while they clean it. On top of it all they did a shoddy job with the interior of the car leaving a huge smudge inside the window plus not vacuuming fully behind the seats leaving crumbs and garbage. Never again. Not worth $30

They did a fantastic job of cleaning my car, which had quite a bit of dirt in it from lugging rocks around. They didn't get ALL the dog hair, but I didn't expect them to. It was pretty deep in there. All for a really reasonable price. We're bringing my dad's work truck, caked with mud, to them shortly.

My car wasn't cleaned properly. Streaks of dirt still left on car. The rotating brushes left small scratches on the paint. I should have read all the bad reviews before going but it was a nice sunny day! Lesson learned, don't say I didn't warn you!

All I wanted was my interior cleaned up with the inside of the front window cleaned. My car was already pretty clean to begin with, just a tad dirty so it would have been an easy job for them. SOMEHOW, dirt still remained on the floor and the inside of my front window was not even cleaned! Makes zero sense. My cupholders were soaking wet also, not even dried. Strongly strongly recommend going elsewhere to whoever reads this and is interested in having their interior cleaned! Better off just cleaning it yourself honestly. Waste of money. Cannot speak for the exterior of the car as I did not get that done. Unless Autowash Express Car Wash takes their reviews seriously and puts more effort into their work, go somewhere else.

Turned my chrome rims black. When I showed them they said they used nothing but water on them. Funny, when I used water on the rims when I washed the car they never turned black. To fix it they suggested I buy black paint and paint the rims!! Thanks for the suggestion!

Second time back and first experience was no better still had dirt on my truck there was more tire shine spray on my rims than the tires the hand drying was a joke that was more smeared dust wipe marks all over the truck very poor if I could I would have given this no stars the good reviews in the past must be friends or the service just went so far down hill save your money people better off to do it your self or even a drive thru at a gas station honestly does a better job

Paid for a platinum clean inside and out. Waited around for 45 Mins. When I finally got my car back it was all streaked and water spotted. The interior was smudged and had oily finger prints all over and the seats were smeared with "protectant" . Definitely a rush job and would not go back

Worst car wash I've ever been too my car was still dripping wet I paid $16 dollars for nothing one mirror was dried and the other was dripping wet the attention to detail was horrible not to mention they spent a whole 30 seconds to a minute drying the car I mean I understand the quick part but this was just ridiculous never going back there again!!

Premium wash, vacuum. Vacuum job horrible, mirrors not wiped, I asked about it the trunk was vacuumed they said yes, asked me to open the trunk and it still looked unvacuumed, behind and under the seats still had little pieces of dirt and carpets were not removed and vacummed under! What a rushed horrible cleaning job . . . . Just not worth the money.

This place ought to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went to get my SUV washed interior and exterior. They did it and told me it was done. I pointed out there was dirt on my vehicle and stains. They told me and I quote" that's dirt mam' it's normal" I'm not sure about you guys but when I go to wash my vehicle its usually to remove the dirt on it. Not only that it was not even dried properly so left it with water marks. I asked them to wipe it and was told that too was normal. The only way to remove it would be to pay 80$ and was it. After I drove off my vehicle was still dirty. I called and was told to come back. I came back and they were aggravated and washed it again and left it even worst than the day before because they didn't want ti wash it again. Very poor service and car wash experience. I was charged 29$ to wash my vehicle and the job done wasn't worth more than 5$. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you have money to waste. Very disappointed. I just moved from montreal and it costs me 18$ to wash my truck and when its done its spotless. This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star wish I could give it half. If the owner reads this, I hope you encourage your staff to care more and do a better job for the price we are paying.

it was super busy i waited half an hour which wasnt an issue it happens, but i paid for the supreme interior exterior, my car took half an hour to clean, and when i got it back the floor mats were just as dirty as they were before. like half an hour in the car wash and no one thought to rinse the mats? wont be going back which sucks because theyre super nice here
