I have been going to these guys since the early 90s. I recently took my vehicle to them last week ( and it was a mess!) for a full detail since I was going to try to sell it. They did an amazing job!! Honestly, I couldnt be happier, the inside looked and smelled brand new! I have a dog so the seats and floors were quite bad. The motor, paint etc seriously looked new. Long story short, my vehicle sold in 3 days! And 2 different guys wanted it. The guys were courteous, and my vehicle was done on time and the price quote was accurate. I highly highly recommend them. A few ppl asked me when I was selling my vehicle who did the detail on it, I told them SHC and they all said that they will def keep them in mind for their vehicle.

bought brand new tires from SHC on july 8 2016......took car to mechanic in June of 2017 to have him tell me that tires are cracking,informed SHC of problem they found out tires were 4 years old,told me they would take care of problem with Michelin.2 weeks later after not hearing anything back from them call again and am told Michelin rep has to see the tires personally....two weeks later still no call go into shop personally because i am doing a long drive soon,they tell me i have to contact Michelin personally.Michelin sends me to an authorised dealer of Michelin (not SHC) to have them inspected....Michelin wonders why they sold me 4 year old tires,they cover 74% of the cost of 4 new tires,im still out $766 ......make sure you check dates on tires if you buy from SHC!!!

Update: Martin gave me a call and apologized for what happened. I was given a complimentary interior clean, which made the car look fantastic. Still working on trying to get the tint issues fixed, but even those are now being looked after. With this level of followup and customer service, you cant go wrong with Martin, John and Joe. Thanks guys! I have to say I was disappointed by this shop. I heard great these about these guys and their personalities are great, with a lot of fantastic advice. However when it came to their actual work, it felt rushed. I got my windows tinted and it clearly does not look good. It will need to go back a second time (which they do promise to fix) But for guys who run a detail shop, the interior looked like hell. There was dirt, boot marks and spray marks all over the leather and panels. While it may not be feasible to put down tarps, you think they would clean up after themselves. I am hoping the leather stains will come off easily. Exterior was also very dirty, with grime and grease on the front and back. Had to wash the car the same day. They did not mention at any point the car would look this rough. Overall I really wish they took the time to say: "hey we are really busy, we need 2 days, to take our time , clean up after ourselves and make you happy". I am sure people have had great experience with them, but mine was a miss.

dealt with these guys 3 times in the past 2 years. in my experience the guys are solid and know what they are doing. As i do quite a bit of research myself before hand and the fact that ive been in sales for years. I can genuinely say that these guys dont bs or try to upsell like every other shop here in town. These guys also have hands down the lowest prices here. These guys are the opposite of the bums and x cons working at salvage yards, who just try to sell you used parts for a higher price then if you were to buy a replacement part new. Genuinely being patient and not trying to take advantage of the lack of knowledge$ when dealing with people that dont know much about cars or costs of parts, etc. as experienced by me + friends. is what motivated me to write this review, even tho i rarely write reviews. My girlfriend purchased a full tint job on my Tesla for my birthday. I was a little bit nervous as I used to sell cars in Calgary and tinting customer cars always spelled trouble because of shoddy quality. SHC however, did a fantastic job from start to finish. On tinted frameless glass doors you will usually see a 'border edge' of the tint every time you roll it down -- not here - right to the edge. I will be back with my next car.

I was quoted for a full polish at $299 the week before on the phone. When it came time to pay it was $399 due to "how long they had to work on the car". They said they had even written it down in their appointment book as $299-$399. They showed me to confirm, however, the $399 was in a different colored ink and had clearly been filled in later. I argued the price with the owner who was the one who qutoed me to begin with and all they staff stood and said they didn't want to be "one of those shops," yet, they still charged me $319 and are indeed "one of those shops". Make sure you confirm the price before so you don't get ripped off people!

Had my VW GTI in the shop here to get the window tint. Then I heard that they repair damaged wheels. Needless to say, after seeing what a nice job they did on the window tinting, I decided to get the painted black wheels fixed up. I didn't have high expectations, as the two on the curb side were pretty dinged up. Upon seeing the finished product - Voila! - they looked (99%) brand new. Joe and the crew went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the work, the quality of their workmanship was high and I'd definitely recommend checking out SHC.

I came here on a whim, with a nasty long scratch down the passenger side of my new car that I've only had for 1 1/2 months. They were friendly and encouraging not pushy and he seemed to give me a fair price. They drove me to work, and I left the car in their hands. He called at the end of the day, my card wouldn't process properly, but without a second thought he still drove my car over to me. Handed me the keys and said I can settle with him tomorrow. Just picked my vehicle up from SHC after having a 4 stage wax job done. Not only is the wax job amazing but they also went above and beyond and fully detailed the inside of my vehicle including getting rid of the massive amounts of dog fur in the back. Probably my longest review ever!!! S-atisfaction, H-onest, C-aring!!!!!! 100 percent satisfied with the work/service they've done; they're honest- very straightforward, they'll let you know what's best for your vehicle not what's best for their profit; they truly care- they really do care for your vehicle, went above and beyond with their work. SHC was actually not my first choice when I'm shopping for new wheels for my Toyota Highlander. I did inquire with four other tire/wheel shops around town about my specific choice of wheels, KONIG Ampliforms and all of them gave me same price quote,and all of them have the same ETA of a month or so. I'm already convinced that I'll be getting my new wheels from one of the 4 shops and that day I drove by Bay Bridge area and in passing saw SHC shop. I decided to phone them and inquire and get a quote, the rest was history as they say. I spoke with Joe and he was very nice, accommodating and very helpful. I told him what I wanted, and he emailed me right away with the quote and gave some of his input/suggestions but he will not force you to get into something that you don't like.Very easy guy to talk with, very knowledgeable about his craft! True enough, it was a better deal price wise compared to those other 4 shops that I initially inquired at and in 10 days the wheels will arrive. But I wasn't able to put my order in right away and waited for 2 days and those wheels that I wanted are no longer available. I really wanted those specific type of Konig wheels and what Joe did was really exceptional, he contacted another supplier in LA and luckily it's still available there. The following day I went to SHC shop and placed the order. As promised, those wheels arrived on time and Joe booked me for appointment right away to have it installed so as painted the brake calipers. Joe phoned me and said he'll keep the vehicle overnight just to make sure that the paint is fully well dry, true enough that they don't rush perfection. The following day Joe phoned me and he said it's all ready for pick up, I told him I would have to take the bus and I live all the way from Langford. He actually drove all the way to my place and picked me up!!! What a gesture! Attached herewith is the piece of artwork done by SHC staff led by JOE! Come to SHC and see for yourself, indeed an ultimate customer service satisfaction! Will be back for sure!

Checked out all the usual online tire/wheel sellers. Found what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with, then--as per usual--took it to a local. It has been a few years since Joe at SHC took care of my Honda truck. Asked for a quote, and he was very close. Disclosed my online deal, and he bottom lined it. Net-net, online was insignificantly cheaper. For automotive esthetics like new wheels and tires, I didn't feel the minute difference, and it's a small price to pay to keep a business local. But, price is what you pay--value is what you receive. Since my last purchase, Joe has stepped up his game. He offers what the online guys didn't...extras such as installation, painting my calipers to make them pop, free flat repairs, etc. Crazy, the day before my appointment, I got a nail in my old tires (bad luck? Or good luck that it did not puncture my new tires?) As I need my car for work/family/etc; this was really going to crimp my schedules. Called Joe, and he helped me coordinate rides. Then he squeezed me in the same day! Long story short...328 looks great, deal was fantastic, and Joe was a problem solver. Thanks again Joe! Next project is S5 wheel repair, and spacers. K

I 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Joe worked pure magic on the exterior of my Hyundai Tucson, by getting rid of the scratches that would have cost me a huge chunk of cash upon returning my vehicle after my lease's end. Along with scratches all around the sides and back of my car, there were long and deep scratches on the hood of my car from a large dog who had jumped and scraped my hood, and those scratches are now completely gone. I'm so grateful for the time, effort, quality-service and attention that Joe put into bringing my vehicle back into top-notch shape. Additionally, he provided a complimentary interior cleaning, which included removing the nasty stains (dog vomit) from the backseat of my car and vacuuming up all the stray dog hair. The total cost of this service was only $299; alternatively, had I not had my car serviced by Joe and simply returned it to my dealership, I would have had to pay anywhere from fifteen hundred to two grand. Once again, I highly recommend getting your car fixed here. Thanks a million to Joe!

Booked an appointment to get my 3 remaining wheels and tires mounted and get theTPMS sensors switched over. The shop was busy but efficient and got the job done swiftly and professionally. I had a little trouble with a couple of lugnuts - the shop seems careful but they were too tight for me to adjust using home tools so I called and the guys fit me in the very next morning and fixed it right up. No issues, no finger pointing necessary, they just helped make it right. Pricing was fair and attitudes were excellent, would definitely recommend this business. Not just for tires either. I've had several successful tints done here too.

I just purchased a used Audi SQ5 that had next to zero tread on the summer set of tires, I called SHC spoke to John, we did some research together while on the phone, "couldn't believe someone would take that amount of time to help me on the phone to choose the best tires for my car"...I was blown away by his help and detail to customer satisfaction. We ordered the last set of Michelins that I liked that were available in stock in Canada. They arrived just as John said in 4 days, took my Audi to him on Thursday, he lent his work vehicle while he had mine in the shop for the day. I went into SHC to inquire on getting a custom decal done for my car, before we began they came out to my car so the staff could get a clear understanding of exactly what I was looking for. My car is brand new and the dealership I bought it from tinted the windows as part of the deal and upon delivery I discovered a couple of imperfections, they told me it would bake out in the sun but never did; the dealership is in another province and I was disappointed and felt defeated that I couldn't have it fixed for several more months. I pointed the issues out to SHC and they immediately offered to take care of them at the same time as my custom decal because they understand people's relationship with their car. I am a Manager of Customer Service at a large corporation, the service I received from SHC is top notch and what I work to inspire with my staff. Great work SHC!
