My experience at Prestige was nothing short of exemplary. The owner and his staff were all very professional yet friendly. The before and after of my car, which I wish I took pics of, made us rethink selling the car... it looks like it came off the lot now. We had a couple of surface scratches on the rear leather seat, likely due to a baby car seat, and even that is gone now. Everything was outstanding, from the exterior sap removal, the interior, the engine, etc. so happy we took the car to Prestige. I think I'll make it an annual cleaning from now on.

They did an amazing job on my Versa, the car feels brand new, they got into absolutely every nook and cranny. They also had an opportunity to charge me $80 extra for odor control that I asked for but they recommended to not do it because the regular deep clean would be good enough, and it was! Not often you find an auto shop that recommends you NOT to pay them extra. The owner is an ex-engineer / project manager, and it shows. The place runs like clockwork, very organized and neat. Vehicle was very clean but had to return and had the staff to redo the front bumper due to bugs with excrement still on it. My vehicle was extremely filthy had been driven all the way from Victoria to Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan then back and I ordered the basic pro exterior only. It was extremely dirty inside and very dirty on the outside with bird poop, debris from my sprinkler system, and the wheels were a mess. The owner, Jim, and all his staff blew my mind and how clean my car was when I came to pick it up. In fact I did not recognize it at first, I thought it was somebody else's but thankfully it was mine. I did a Perm on my brand new CX-5 on April 10th . They put a few of scratches on my car while doing it.They ended removing them after I pointed out. After 3 months I went back to get a complementary ( glass, window, wheel) perm and car wash and AGAIN they put a couple of deep scratches. I can see the primer... I wouldn't expect getting scratches from Car detailing shop...

Horrible service. Staff crashed another vehicle in to my truck. Owner complained about his costs and still charged me. Lost my truck for a week getting fixed. Place takes no responsibility for their poor service/actions. This was not a mistake. Sometimes google maps asks you to review places from past visits, I was prompted so I reviewed my experience. I'm sure you remember backing another car in to my vehicle and having the shop across the street fix it. weird that you would pretend that this didn't happen. Anyway I will not retract my review as it is accurate.

I use to live in Victoria and always used Diamond Detailing who were great. I just moved back to Victoria to find out Diamond was closed and friends had recommended Prestige. I had a great experience. Jim and his staff could not have been more friendly, and they did a fabulous job. I have a 2011 Civic and they made it look and smell like new. Not a speck of dust anywhere, they got every nook and cranny and the attention to detail really impressed me. I went with the packaged interior and exterior which I think was a great value. I've been to Prestige twice now. The first time I had a car with extreme micro scratches over the entire body and the folks at Prestige went above and beyond to take care of it, and I was blown away by their results. From speaking with some of their staff I could see how passionate they are about providing their customers with high quality service and work. My second visit was related to my wind shield having some sort of film on it that prevented the wipers from doing a good job, and it was difficult to drive with in the rain. Jim and Greg at Prestige took care of my wind shield issue and now it is like driving with a brand new wind shield, and their service was free of charge. I will be returning in the Spring to have my other vehicle detailed at Prestige.

I'd like to give 5 stars like everyone else but cant. Staff was helpful. Early key drop was great. My wife bought me a 300$ interior package for christmas that I just used a week ago. I added 200$ for the exterior, so $500 total. I dropped my truck off early and was called by 3pm that it was ready for pick up. I pick it up and we do a walk around. I see little blemishes, small misses on the exterior but in general its clean and polished. I wad more excited to see the interior. Its clean, but not 300$ clean. The leather seats have a residule soap stain running down both seats that I ask them about. They wipe it down. My molded rubber floot mats are piled in the box of truck un cleaned and Im told that the floors are still a bit wet from the clean. I dont have a chance to look over everything so I head home. 10 min later I go to turn on my headlights and my radio shuts off. I call them back and Im told to come back cause moisture may have gotten in somewhere. I go back and he blows out my light shifter knob with WD 40 and compressed air. Whatever I though...I just need to get home. On the way I start noticing misses everywhere. Things mot even touched. My guage lens's (rpm speed etc) never touched still dusty. Above my steering wheel never touched. I look really close at home and find things everywhere. The underside of my door plastics still dirty...my shifter columb grubby. Generally its clean but for 300 bucks I want it complete. I feel like because we paid 300 months ago it was a super rush job. I am not impressed and wont go back. I was shocked after reading so many good reviews. On top of all that my bag that was in the truck was removed and never put back. I had to drive back in the follwing day to pick it up. Im hesitant to ask for what the 300 package is beacuse I feel it was super rushed. Thats my experience and might not be the same for you.

Great experience. Brought in a work vehicle that was parked under trees for half a year. To say the least, this vehicle needed a team to tackle it. When it rolled out it looked like new. Exterior was nicely done, engine was nicely done and the interior looked amazing. Sadly I don’t have pictures because I was passing on the vehicle immediately after and forgot to take some. Will definitely be bringing any future projects to prestige.

I took my 99 Mazda Miata to Prestige about a month ago as I had some bird poop that managed to leave a stain in my clear coat. I had the car repainted a year ago and I was quite distraught that this happened. I tried a few things myself but was unable to make any difference. The guys at Prestige took great care of me and were able to remove this stain by using a very fine grit sandpaper. They finished by buffing the entire exterior which made it look better new. And to top it all off, they cleaned the dash for free! I'd highly recommend Prestige and will definitely be back!

There was an unfortunate issue with cleaning the front grill of the truck and they made it right, immediately at a significant cost to their business I am sure. I got my car coated in Permanon, and the next time I brought it in for a wash, Jim wasn't happy with how it looked, so he offered to re-do it at their expense. That's a $400+ dollar job that he re-did because he wasn't satisfied with how it turned out.

Prestige did a Fantastic job, I got their simplest package but felt like I got the value of their premium package, absolutely amazing. I wish i had a before and after picture of my rims especially, ive tried everything to clean them with no luck, and now they're white. They also repaired the cracks in my dash. They go above and beyond here. I would highly recommend.

Great service! I emailed and got an appointment for the next day because of a cancellation. On the day of the appointment, the power was out in that part of the city. They still managed to get me in the following day. They were short staffed that day but did an excellent job getting rid of a years build up of dog hair! Great value!

I got my car fully detailed here yesterday and am very pleased with the results. They even cleaned the gas cap housing, the spare tire housing and somehow managed to get out a small scratch on my driver side door from another car's door! The staff and owner were super friendly. As I was about to drive away the owner saw that there was a smudge on the inside of my windshield and had one of his guys come over and wipe it - I did not see it at all, the sun just caught it the right way as he was looking at it.
