Their ceramic coating product, Gyeon, is at the top of the industry, and I am very pleased with the results. In addition to the fantastic service, the job was priced very well. It's been a month since I used KZ to apply a ceramic coat to a new vehicle. The staff provided all the information about the service options without any sales pressure, it was very pleasant dealing with them. I could not believe how stunning my vehicle looked when I picked it up and it continues to look like I just picked up even a month later. No doubt that this finish will keep long. I also feel confident that they will stand behind the warranty and even offer a special price for the yearly deep wash and shine as part of the warranty maintenance. I see the ceramic coating as a solid investment for a new vehicle and am totally happy I found KZ Auto.

These people are highly unprofessional. They constantly race their cars up and down alpha street with no regard for the publics safety. It's a busy road with lots of traffic and pedestrians. I was almost struck. Contacting the police about their actions. This has to stop.

After an accident I was thinking of getting rid of my car. Brought it to KZ, who identified a botched repair that had happened on insurance (huge safety issues including wrong ball joint installed using furniture hardware etc.). After basic repairs, suspension upgrades (all accessed through the shop, owner works with you to figure out what parts will work best for your needs) the car went from being unfit to drive to one of the best handling vehicles I’ve personally driven. These guys care! 10/10!

If you are looking for a professional environment with a qualified team of experts that are genuinely enthusiastic about "all things cars," then look no further. I've had nothing but positive experiences with KZ Auto Group ever since I walked in the door. Their facilities are well-maintained, COVID guidelines are followed, and they have always provided me with fair and accurate quotes for their services. They have quite the diverse portfolio whether it be sourcing/installing wheels, suspension, and body kits from some of the top distributors around the world as well as superb detailing and routine car maintenance services. No matter what the task, they always put their best foot forward and are willing to go that extra mile to satisfy the customer's needs. Most importantly, their exceptional communcation skills with the customer add to the overall experience as you are never left wondering how the job is coming along or if any surprises presented themselves along the way. I've come to them recently to install some custom aero pieces (splitters, diffuser, etc.) and a set of coilovers on my vehicle and they are always down for the job, exceeding my expectations and doing things in a timely manner. Shout out to the owner (Keren) and the technician (Mike) who have been an integral part of my positive experiences at this establishment. If you are like me and take pride in your vehicle and reside on South Vancouver Island, then the choice is clear. My only criticism is that I wish I found them sooner!

What an amazing performance part and detail shop! The level of service and attention to detail is over the top and they also have access to amazing performance part brands! I will for sure is them for my next project! My 2019 M2 competition turned out amazing with Eventuri, akarapovic (which is related) and custom vossen rims and and carbon fibre parts and amazing ceramic coat! Job well done and very professional. They had the car for 2 months as I wouldn’t drive in the winter ... they took amazing care of it, and me! You will not be disappointed!

The fact of the matter is, if you have a vehicle that needs to be brought back to showroom condition - look no further. Roy & Karen and their team are perfectionists did a full paint polish on one of my clients cars was nothing short of perfect. I have to give them hug applause for taking a black car, with spidering, swirl marks and the paint looking almost ruined in my eyes; to what looks like a brand new showroom car! - I am impressed, and having worked with many detailers in this city; these guys are absolutely top notch and worth every penny.
